Gardner Sans is a humanist sans serif with a range of weights, italics, small caps stylistics alternates and a set of decorative ornaments. The light and regular faces work at smaller sizes and the heavier weights are good for display lettering. It is inspired by a few historical sources including Stephenson Blakes' Granby, Gill Sans, as well as some old hand-done lettering for sales tickets. The name (and the basis for the small caps) derives in-particular from the Roy Gardner collection of sales tickets from early 20th century that can be found on spitalfieldslife.com The heavier weights were particularly influenced by a later cut of Gill Sans, Extra Bold 321. The italic is more of a contemporary mix of humanist styles.

Crewekerne is a typeface family which speaks of the villages that are at the heart of English life. It is inspired by the arts and crafts movement of the early twentieth century, and is complimented by two other families, Crewekerne Magna and Crewekerne Magister. Three widths - condensed, regular and expanded and three weights - regular bold and heavy are offered. Alpha Midnight, reconstructed from an unnamed source by Dick Pape for Solotype, provided the pattern for this big, bold, unconventional stencil face, sure to grab your readers' attention. Both versions include the complete Latin 1252, Central European 1250 and Turkish 1254 character sets, as well as localization for Moldovan and Romanian.

We know very little about this font. A printer in Lisbon had it, but said it came from England. Nicolette Gray shows it in her Nineteenth Century Ornamented Type Faces as Lord Mayor from the British Typefoundry. We never got the complete font, but drawing the missing letters was not difficult.

Ekberg is based on a sample of poster lettering by Samuel Welo. It's got a spare but stylish and rather modern look. It's a bit of a change from our usual fare, but a gap we need to fill. Ekberg features more than one version of a lot of the characters.

ITC Giovanni is the work of the californian type designer Robert Slimbach, whose goal was to create a face of classic old style proportions that was nevertheless thoroughly contemporary. ITC Giovanni was given a modern feel with slightly shortened ascenders and descenders, a slightly larger x-height and optically lighter capitals.

1920s sheet music for the song "You Can't Get Away From It" provided the hand lettered title which acted as the basis for Nouveau Roundcorner JNL. A square letter form with rounded terminals, this condensed face is perfect for titling, yet has a bit of an informal, casual charm to it.

D. 1896” features the cover information in a beautiful condensed spurred serif type face with many flourishes to some of the letter forms. This rollicking fun face is based on legendary lettering artist Alf Becker's Super Thick-and-Thin, his twenty-third offering in "Signs of the Times" magazine. Chevalier LP is a revived decorative face with a European lineage. Its patterned and shaded 'fatface' letterforms exhibit the continent's 19th century fascination with elaborate engraving techniques, often used on currency as a deterrent against counterfeiting. It is not without reason that Chevalier conjures up images of bank notes and finance.
