Summit rehashes both Circuitry Fonts, combining them into one font. To further modernize Summit, I have included all the characters required for full character set. Regular with Small Caps. Summit includes all punctuations, numerals, diacritics and special characters. The oringinal Circuitry Font was inspired by the printing on electronic circuit boards, it was interesting that most all printed font-strokes were either 90 or 45 degrees. I have kept most if not all of these angles while simultaneously giving it a contemporary feel.

Feltboard JNL was drawn from images of letters and numbers contained in a felt board (also known as a flannel board) sign kit from the 1940s or 1950s. The irregularity of stroke widths and character shapes is representative of the actual shapes of the die-cut pieces found within this kit. Note: The cap height is slightly smaller than normal for the respective point size. This will give the effect of wider line spacing - similar to that of hand-made signs.

Originally, Viktor Solt-Bittner developed Attorney as a custom font for a law firm, hence its name. Eponymous is an Egyptian-style typeface with chunky, scalloped serifs. It is available in five weights in both roman and italic. I have always loved slab serif type and have created Eponymous to fulfil a yearning for a versatile, stylish and contemporary slab face. A key design characteristic is the implementation of scalloped serifs which, to me, imbues the typeface with a distinctive personality. Make use of the Open Type features that are part of Eponymous. No, it's not the complete set but a great way to send out invitations for Mah Jongg Parties, Notices, Posters, Banners and Flyers. Here's a menu of what's contained and take a look at the Character Chart for some close-ups. It may seem complicated but not really. Shift, Alphabet keys will give you caps Mah Jongg characters, tiles beside a letter of the alphabet. The "lower case" alphabet is the same letter font used in the caps but without a tile. The regular keys "1 through 9" are the actual Crack tiles with the correct oriental glyph. Numerals to match the "lower case" are found using Shift and the Number keys. The $ sign is the Forward Slash and the "¢" sign is the Back Slash Dragons: Left & Right brackets Nice One Bam symbols: Shift, Left & Right brackets Hitting Option & the keys, "A,S,F & C" will reveal attractive flower designs. Elicit Script is a hybrid script family, that can be as casual or formal as the occasion demands. Created by Laura Worthington and Jim Wasco, the design is based on pointed pen Spencerian Script handwriting. “It’s like one of those German italics from the early 20th century, that have beautiful shapes that hold their own,” says Wasco. Elicit Script spans five weights, from Extra Light to Bold, and three styles – Formal, Normal and Casual. This makes it an incredibly versatile script design, easily paired with other typefaces and able to be dressed up or down, depending on what it’s used for. The major focus of my life and ministry at this point is book design. In the brave new world of 21st century self-publishing a new paradigm has arisen: the indie small shop. One of the problems is that all books are published as ebooks, and many books are published only as ebooks. There are two problems with this: character availability and licensing. The licensing problem is solved by including an ebook license with all of the Librum E fonts. The character availability is the core of the design. OpenType features do not work yet with ePUBs [though it is in the spec, if I understand correctly]. Kerning doesn't work, and so on. So these five fonts have only the 256-character [or less] ASCII set. A separate small caps is included. It has lining figures {proportional} and small caps instead of the graphics. The other four fonts have graphics to give bullet choices in lists, oldstyle figures {proportional}, and care given to character shapes so they will work better without kerning. With all ego aside, Romp was designed and influenced by my daughter, Angel. For some time now, she has wanted me to design a font based on her handwriting. But each time I sit down to do it, I run into more that she needs to do and redo. On a recent attempt, I ran into the same situation again. Instead of moving on to something else, I decided to whip out a sumi brush and start making letters...for me, type design is something a little ‘serious’ and never a time to just have fun. This typeface proved that notion wrong—it really was fun. As a result, each letter encouraged another and the design grew...and grew! The happy result spawned 3 separate sets of letters & numerals (small caps and some ligatures too!). Using the beauty of OpenType, these 3 sets have been fused into one, randomly generating font set. The Augsburger Family is a product of the Art Nouveau period in Germany and Austria, reflecting the darker, heavier Jugendstil approach typical of the Secession movement in these two countries. Originally released by H. Berthold AG of Berlin and Bauer & Co. of Stuttgart in 1902, Augsburger has been attributed to the designer Peter Schnorr. This current version represents a year-long revision of the Augsburger Family. All three fonts have been updated to eliminate duel encoding, harmonize metrics, and review all glyphs. In addition, the following features have been included in the individual fonts: Augsburger Schrift: a total of 249 glyphs have been added, for a total of 467 and an increase of 114%. New are Tabular Numbers, Small Caps, a variety of Ligatures and the refinement of all accents. Augsburger Initials: complete redesign of upper case, inclusion of upper case from Schrift instead of lower case, plus inclusion of small caps and a selection of appropriate ligature. A three-dimensional all-cap font for title use, Thorowgood Sans Shaded was released by the Fann Street Foundry of W. Thorowgood & Co. in 1839. Interestingly, it more closely resembles Figgins' Four-Line Emerald Sans-Serif Shaded of 1833 than Fann Street’s own Grotesque Shaded of 1834 (with light and shadow reversed). The idea of a shaded font is of an outline font whose letters have each been extruded through a die and then viewed from the lower right to reveal the third dimension. That third dimension has also been referred to as a shadow. Vincent Figgins' 1815-release of a shaded serif typeface was the first known of many shaded faces, as the other foundries rushed to bring out their own versions. Thorowgood Sans Shaded may be gainfully used today as a eye-catching headline font, just as it was so popularly used in the early nineteenth century. To assist with the usual all-cap letter-spacing problem, the following pre-kerned pairs are included: AT, AV, AW and AY. Gabby is an authentic handwriting of a First Grader. I took all the papers from her backpack during her first grade year and scanned in various letters, cleaned them up, and turned them into a font. This font is how I captured memories of my daughter's handwriting. This font is perfect for projects requiring the handwriting of a child, such as kid-friendly t-shirts and school projects. Comic Sans can move over because Gabby is readable and authentic. Unlike many decorative fonts, Gabby works well in All Caps or Caps and Lower case. The license allows creative and commercial use, meaning you can use this font on t-shirts, marketing gear, and just about any project you want to do, whether you make money or not. The only stipulation I have is try not to be a jerk with the font. This is my daughter's handwriting, and we would both cringe if we discovered it was used to bully or threaten people. The license attempts to protect religious icons and the US Military, but overall, just don't be mean with the font. If you want to be mean, try Comic Sans.

Duddy is a “friendly” sans-serif typography designed by Eleonora Lana and the Letritas team. The shape of Duddy was created based on sketches that looked after carrying the concept of kindness as far as possible, keeping always in mind the readability and functionality of the font. In the stage of brainstorming, the team started listing things that were friendly to the touch or sight, such as a candy gum, or marshmallow, to become acquainted with the intended goal. Although slowly, as the letters were being created, the objects associated with the forms were not satisfactory, since when forming words a special personality of its own appeared. By reconceptualizing everything, the personality of the letter the team wanted to work with had to be redefined. Thus it went from "caramel" to "teddy bear", from "teddy bear" to "puppy" and from "puppy" to "dolphin". And Duddy is the perfect name for a dolphin. Duddy was a sound idea: friendly, intelligent, social. Once the concept was nailed, the design of graceful and “soft” shapes started. Almost chewable, almost huggable, as if composing words was a game. Duddy has a slanted version with "real italics". These italics are slightly more condensed than the regular version, in order to give it a different text texture. The typeface has 9 weights, ranging from “thin” to “heavy”, and two versions: "regular" and "italic". Its 18 files contain 729 characters with ligatures, alternates, small caps, oldstyle and tabular numbers, fractions, case sensitive, and unicase figures. An exquisite Didot font in 18 series Ambroise is a contemporary interpretation of various typefaces belonging to Didot’s late style, conceived circa 1830, including the original forms of g, y, &; and to a lesser extent, k. These unique glyphs are found in Gras Vibert, cut by Michel Vibert. Vibert was the appointed punchcutter of the Didot family during this period. It is the Heavy, whom sources were surest that Jean François Porchez has been used as the basis for the design of the typeface family. In the second half of the 19th century, it was usual to find fat Didots in several widths in the catalogs of French type foundries. These same typefaces continued to be offered until the demise of the big French foundries in the 1960s. Ambroise attempts to reproduce more of what we see printed on paper in the 19th century; a more accurate representation of Didot punches. So, the unbracketed serifs are not truly square straight-line forms but use tiny transitional curves instead. The result on the page appears softer and less straight, particularly in larger sizes. Designed by Malou Verlomme of the Monotype Studio, Macklin is a superfamily, which brings together several attention-grabbing styles. Macklin is an elegant, high contrast typeface that demands its own attention and has been designed purposely to enable brands to appeal more emotionally to modern consumers. Macklin comprises four sub-families —Sans, Slab, Text and Display— as well as a variable. The full superfamily includes 54 fonts with 9 weights ranging from hairline to black. The concept for Macklin began with research on historical material from Britain and Europe in the beginning of the 19th century, specifically the work of Vincent Figgins. This was a period of intense social change--the beginning of the industrial revolution. A time when manufacturers and advertisers were suddenly replacing traditional handwriting or calligraphy models and demanding bold, attention-grabbing typography. Typographers experimented with innovative new styles, like fat faces and Italians, and developed many styles that brands and designers continue to use today, such as slabs, serifs, and sans serifs. Verlomme pays respect to Figgins’s work with Macklin, but pushes the family to a more contemporary place. Each sub family has been designed from the same skeleton, giving designers a broad palette for visual representation and the ability to create with contrast without worrying about awkward pairings. With Macklin, Verlomme shows us it’s possible to create a superfamily that allows for complete visual expression without compromising fluidity.

My son Konstantin wants to become a cook. So I thought it would be a nice idea if I designed a script for his fabulous future menus as a gift for him. I think he will become a great cook. The three Konstantin cuts can be mixed. The A cut has the most straightforward letterforms, the B cut has more swashes in the capitals and swinging descenders and last but not least, the C cut gives you some fancy lowercase letters. Homenko was the only Ukrainian typeface for metal type casting developed in the last century. It has already become a 'classic'. Vasyl Homenko worked on it from 1964 to 1967. The typeface successfully combines the qualities of lineal humanist typefaces with the Ukrainian tradition of asymmetrical slab serif. The works on its digitization and further development has been in progress since 2000. The present version contains Latin Extended characters, Cyrillic with stressed alternates and several ornaments based on Vasyl Homenko's works. It works perfectly for books for children and is ideal for publications related to culture, history, literature and traditional art of Ukraine and other nations of Eastern Europe.

Named after Italy’s northernmost region, Alto Adige is a high-contrast display serif typeface. With its condensed width and bold contrast it is excellent for headlines, packaging, magazines, posters and advertising, among any other display use. Alto Adige has large x-height making it a steady choice for sturdy text blocks with tight leading. In large sizes, you can also try tighter tracking for maximum impact.
