FeggoliteMono is a decorative, monospaced typeface family with a small x-height and long descenders. Two styles (plain and bold but renamed in 2020 as light and regular) were created in 1994 and revised in 2010. In 2020 a bolder bold was added along with italics versions for each of the three weights. The design was an attempt to create a decorative typewriter font.

Schreibmeister is my interpretation of Arno Drescher’s design for Ludwig Wagner, Leipzig, completed in 1958. The letters X and x were improved as well as some ligatures. The letter E has an alternative, and the small d comes with two alternatives, of which one form can be reached by typing the partial different key. Generally it is recommended to activate both Standard and Discretionary ligatures.

Inspired by mosaic lettering by Heins & LaFarge, architects of the IRT (Interborough Rapid Transit) in New York City. Bedford hints at the station names on platform walls which date back to 1904 but modernize it through a rigid grid system and rounded corners. The family consists of two styles, Bitmap for web usage with a perfect pixel snap, and Rounded for a softer and bolder look.

Champloo is very unique typeface which combines serif features and brush stroke. Some letters have serif, but some don’t. Serif to be found on left side of stem only. It gives a quirky impression on short text. However the larger the text become, the more consistent look it gets as a whole. These two versatile weights let you play with the typeface freely and beautifully.

Little is known of the origin of these decorative Initial Caps. Series 448 at 24 point were a different design from the 36 point on which this digital version is based. In addition to the basic 26 characters, there is a negative version contained in the lower case position and a fill character (for two color caps) option in the number and punctuation key positions.

A two-font chromatic (or layered) set. The Primary font, which is the old Sutro Inlined Initials. Salvaged from the wreckage of my Type1 font library, the inlined initials have been in the shop for some repairs and detailing. I just added the fill font to support the inlined version. The two Wetetque faces are dual-line fonts made with simple lines. The family has two styles and is caps only, but the lower case in each style is different from the upper case, giving the family has four sets of letters.

Platinus Script Pro is the latest example of what has now become a Sudtipos tradition: Adapting conventional calligraphic methods from the last two centuries to produce modern digital scripts for the current one. This time the resulting font explores the evolution of invitation scripts from the classic commercial lettering of the 1930s to the ideas clearly visible in the greeting cards of the 1980s and 1990s. Most base characters are made up of a single stroke, with some of the strokes driven from the top down, and some from the bottom up, putting the emphasis on the casual but precise fluidity of the hand, an emphasis magnified by the expert use of loops and swashes everywhere. The Platinus Script Pro family comes in two weights, each loaded with alternates and Latin-based langauge support, for more than 570 characters per font. Platinus Script Pro is great for product packaging, as well book covers, menus and greeting cards.

Orkhon inscriptions (Orkhon inscriptions, Orkhon inscriptions, Khöshöö Tsaidam monuments (also known as Khoshoo Tsaidam, Koshu-Tsaidam or Höshöö Caidam) or Kul Tigin steles (simplified Chinese: 阙特勤碑; traditional Chinese: 闕特勤碑; pinyin: Què tèqín bēi )) They are two monumental installations written by the Göktürks in the Old Turkic alphabet in the Orkhon Valley in Mongolia at the beginning of the 8th century. They were erected in honor of two Turkish princes Kül Tigin and his brother Bilge Kagan. Both Chinese and Old Turkish inscriptions describe the legendary origins of the Turks, the golden age of their history, their subjugation by the Chinese and their liberation by İlteriş Kağan. According to one source, the inscriptions contain "rhythmic and parallel passages" similar to those of epics. In the Old Turkish Alphabet, 38 letters are accepted academically and this pattern is generally used in the books. But there are more than 38 letters in this alphabet, these special letters are included in this font.

Big Brush is the result of me seeing Brush Script everywhere around me. Toronto signage is full of Brush Script. My last two trips to the West Coast showed me mostly Brush Script. Brush Script must be the most widely overused North American script font of all time. Don't we all know at least one restaurant or bar with its sign made in Brush Script? And aren't you just sick of the weird F, Q and T of Brush Script? Well, out with the old and in with the new. Big Brush was made as a replacement for Brush Script, and then some. While Brush Script has only the single familiar letters we all know, Big Brush comes in two fonts, so you can keep the design fresh the neat and keep them guessing at the same time. The next time you want to design something that calls for strong, fast brush calligraphy, do the world's bored eyes a favor and use Big Brush instead.

Initially commissioned in the summer of 2009 for a popular North American ice cream parlor chain we cannot name, Tuba started with a reconceptualization of a somewhat flawed '72 alphabet idea by Swiss graphic designer Erwin Poell. During the back-and-forth of the custom project, other ideas seeped into the design, mostly from other Canada Type fonts, like Fab, Jonah, Jojo and Teaspoon. The end result was what the client called a "sugar circuit trigger alphabet". This now is the retail version of that project. Tuba's main style is a straight-forward mix of 60s/70s art nouveau ideas and late-70s/early-80s tube aesthetic. The Highlight and Outline styles are almost necessary spinoffs for this kind of typeface. And the all-caps Black style is a nod to the fat font fad of the past couple of years. All styles contain many alternates – so many that each style is almost two fonts in one. Make sure to check out the character sets for a few nice and useful surprises. Life's too short. Seek sweetness. Get gooey.

A neat blocky solid font for headlines. In two weights.

Coliseum Pro is a five-weight compressed spur serif font family. ITF’s original Coliseum family, released in 1992, was designed by Julie Hopwood and Pat Hickson. Steve Jackaman completely redesigned, redrew, and improved the Coliseum family over a two-year period, and two additional lighter weights have emerged: Light and Book. Coliseum Pro is inspired by Roman display typefaces, and is powerful and eye-catching at any size. Two sister typefaces, Clydesdale and Torpedo, were born from Coliseum’s redesign.

Casino Hand is a handwriting font that comes with some exciting new OpenType features*. The font comes with an alternate glyph for every uppercase letter, lowercase letter, numbers and some punctuation. These alternates are extremely easy to use with OpenType doing all of the hard work for you! Plus, you get the cross platform compatibility that OpenType provides. When the Contextual Ligatures feature of Casino Hand is utilized in your graphics application, the font substitutes a duplicate letter with the alternate glyph for that letter. This automatically makes the font look less like a font and more like real handwriting! Casino Hand also allows you to switch to use the alternate glyphs as the default by using the Stylistic Alternates feature. You can even use the two OpenType features together! This means that you can have duplicate glyph substitution with either the standard letters, or the alternates. With Casino Hand, you essentially get two fonts in one, and a handwriting font that is much easier to use than previous designs. * Contextual Ligatures and Stylistic Alternates require Adobe CS applications. Anna Clara can be dressed up or down, as fancy as you wanna be. On its own, it’s an organic script, with the fine hairlines, thick swells, and slightly undulating baseline found in modern casual calligraphy. Add swashes, and Anna Clara becomes a bit more playful and festive. Each capital letter has a flourished alternate—great for displays or headings, or to add emphasis to a particular section of text. For OpenType-aware software users, Anna Clara also features ten pairs of swashes that can be added to the beginning or end of any lowercase letter, for a custom flourished look. Illustrator and InDesign users can access extra swashes and banners by using the glyph panel. Photoshop users: These characters can be accessed via the “Ornaments” feature in your OpenType panel - try non-numeric punctuation marks and accents for swashes. For banners, type catchwords followed by an asterisk. “Asterisk asterisk” will produce a blank banner that you can use to create your own. Included catchwords are “and”, “at”, “by”, “for”, “from”, “of”, “the”, “to”, “with”, "l'", “le”, “la”, “el”, “et”, and “y”. Roman numerals can be used in the “Ornaments” feature by typing their respective keyboard characters “I”, “II”, “III”, etc. - followed by an asterisk. An ampersand (&) followed by one or two asterisks produces two special “and” characters.

OpenType Stylistic Alternates works on the principle of simple combinations with activated Standard Ligatures option in OpenType panel (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator). To get alternate just add for example number 2 (two) after any letter. Every Uppercase has 1-2 variations and Lowercase about 3-4 alternate characters. For example: A2 A3 - Uppercase; a2 a3 a4 - Lowercase; a.1 a.2 - Lowercase with underline. _1 _2 _3 - End-swashes Ligatures works with activated Discretionary Ligatures option in OpenType panel. This special features don't work in Microsoft Word.

Mark van Bronkhorst designed MVB Celestia Antiqua at a time when font choice was limited. Design was characterized by overuse of the few fonts that came with laser printers. A rustic typeface, recalling the roughness and irregularity of pre-digital printing, was a response to the cold crispness of DTP. MVB Celestia Antiqua holds its own among a large group of other “weathered” serif fonts, in part due to the size of the family: three weights, small caps, italics, and two titling styles. But it's also successful because it's simply drawn well, the contours only as rough as they need to be, enabling text at any size, large or small.

Isard is a very agile typeface, honoring its name, which is the name of a type of mountain goat from the Catalan Pyrenees. It is a multipurpose sans serif typeface with a down-to-earht elegance, thought for information design as well as branding. Isard is warm and friendly which also makes it suitable for advertising, packaging, and magazine. It has a contemporary feel to it with its squarish curves, it has being built with legibility in mind, bearing a considerably large x-height. The family covers two scripts, Hebrew and Latin. It has seven weights, from the very sturdy Black to the delicacy of the Thin, with its italics.

Notorious is a brush script typeface with features that come from gestural calligraphy plus a touch of personality, therefore, it delivers wider freedom in both rhythm and composition of words. As a result, this typeface is highly suitable to convey expression in a most natural way. Notorious is composed by two styles; the first one is black and the other one textured. Both generate a more natural look when it comes to writing. Every weight includes alternative characters, ligatures, numbers, final forms, swashes, extras and catchwords giving you more options in terms of fostering your creativity. If you are looking to create expressive and gestural messages Notorious is your ideal choice.

Songlines is based upon a pen-drawn script drawn by Michael Harvey to illustrate a poem by Johannes Thurman. The expressive and rough-edged letterforms of Songlines do not have any lowercase characters. Instead, alternative uppercase characters occupy their positions. By using a mixture of upper-case and lowercase characters, text can be given a very lively and vigorous character. For example, the two versions of L are designed to overlap and interact whichever way round they are used. The augmented Songlines Plus version, has many alternative characters and ligatures added together with Opentype features to enable their automatic substitution where the application in which they are used permits.

During development of Colophon 30, the base font of the typeface family, two requirements emerged; namely that it should demonstrate good legibility and robustness when used for text composition, and where individual characters become more apparent, as in much larger sizes, these should appear well formed. Colophon 60 and 90 progressively increase in x-height to allow the counters to retain openness. The italics lean towards informality, this being apparent in the descender tails. On account of its neutrality there are few instances where the use of Colophon would be inappropriate; a quality that can also be attributed to Roy Cole's other typeface families: Lina, Zeta and Coleface.
