A blank space is located on the equal sign keystroke, and a wider blank space is on the plus sign. Historical typography makes a comeback. A revival of one of the most popular of a number of rugged typefaces used around the turn of the century, Croft revives the creation of Lewis Buddy III, known as "Roycroft" in 1912 ATF catalogs. Even though the phrase Art Nouveau originated in Paris at the shop of Siegfried Bing, the French preferred to call it Le style moderne. This very sinuous, very Art Nouveau typeface was designed by an E. Mulier around 1894, probably also in Paris. The organic, vine-like curve forms are frequently seen in the art of the period. Examples include the architecture of Victor Horta, the furniture of Henry van de Velde and the jewelry of Max Gradl. Mulier Moderne is an all-cap font with a full Western European character set plus ST and TH ligatures, an alternate ‘E’ and two glyphs of period printer’s cuts. Warning: do not use for extended text. A Sans Serif Family with a few unique relatives Our Bookable Sans Family was inspired by a lettering specimen from “Letters and Lettering” by Carlyle & Oring, but you'll find the inspiration has come a long way, baby. From its original reference of displaying a standard width and weight, to the two words showing a light narrow and a heavy wide, this friendly utilitarian display text face has grown to include three width families, with six weights from light to black each. Artisinal, not to be confused with the term artisanal, is our revival of the Art Deco typeface known as Cubist Bold, by John W. Zimmerman for Barnhardt Bros. & Spindler in 1929, breathes new life into a classic. The original metal cast typeface was designed without a lowercase, as well as some wedge serif capitals made for not always perfect pairings. We've created a lowercase that blends well with the original design to give the typeface more usability. We've also created a fully sans version of the capitals as the default set, and moved the original wedge serif capital styles to a contextual alternates feature.
