Cervo Neue is the new perfected and extended version of Cervo, containing 18 variants. It differs from the previous version with the higher accents over glyphs, enlarged punctuation, old-style numerals and the newly added varieties Semi Bold, Bold, Extra Bold and Black. Additionally, there is the variety of grotesque. Font Cervo is inspired by a “You And Me Monthly” published by National Magazines Publisher RSW „Prasa” that appeared from Mai 1960 till December 1973 in Poland.

Keep up that great western tradition with Buckle Bold! Buckle was created to be a contemporary twist to old "cowboy" fonts. It is bold while retaining a narrow width. When reduced down, it has a slightly worn look caused by the reduced double diamonds inside the capitals - which does not look out of place at all.

Roncial is an Ultra Bold font with a hint of serif. This is one of the fonts originally designed before the advent of digital and started out being a bolder, slightly serifed version of Folio Extra Bold which was one of the boldest fonts at the time (old metal set). It is available as Roman and Italic.

Attic Antique by Three Islands Press. Flipping through a friend’s old hardbound collection of John Burroughs nature essays a while back, I thought it'd be fun to try to develop a typeface with the same uneven, imperfect look to it. I picked and chose among various printed characters, enlarged them somewhat with a photocopier, then hand-rendered each. Had to custom-make some of the accents and symbols, then added a couple goofy dingbats just for the heck of it. The result: an amazingly legible serif family akin to the Century faces.

One of my favorites. Rundgotisch is a easy to read for eyes that are accustomed to roman letterforms, yet keeps in touch with its blackletter roots. It was released around 1900 by Schelter & Giesecke of Leipzig, Germany. Can be used to set short text passages and pairs easily with many different decorative initials of the period. A very useful typeface. Don't leave home without it. According to Bringhurst, Schelter & Giesecke was formed in 1819 by Johann Gottfied Schelter and Christian Friedrich Giesecke. This old German printing house was sucked up by state-owned Typoart in 1946, after Marshall Zhukov and the Red Army had established Soviet dominion over East Germany.

The four weight semi-condensed Bartholemé family came into existence as a family expansion based on the designer's earlier concept, Bartholemé Open. This hybrid family was inspired by and loosely based on a number of contemporary mid-twentieth century type concepts having Old Face or Modern influence. Those inspirational type designs were primarily designed for various proprietary photolettering technologies of the time. The award-winning* Bartholemé Open and its companion design Bartholemé small capital open were inspired by various Shaded, Inline and Handtooled type models from the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Most of those inspirational type designs were designed as titling fonts with all capital sets only. To set it apart from the earlier models, Bartholemé Open is semi-condensed intentionally designed with a lowercase. Design qualities include a large x- height, tightly curved ample counters, crisp serifs and tight bracketing. The overall plan of the family was originally intended for display usage in titling and short passages of text. At higher output resolutions all fonts read well at smaller point sizes. The Bartholemé family works well on its own, but also is compatible with type styles possessing qualities that complement or enhance its own. The Bartholemé family consists of a Regular weight complementing a Bold weight, along with Medium complementing an Extra Bold weight. Kasuga, Japanese for spring day, is a contemporary script with eastern influence. Kasuga's pointed and fluid brush strokes evoke the orient with just a hint of the west. Kasuga is perfect for designs that need an Asian atmosphere.

ITC Snap is the work of American designer David Sagorski and represents both the creativity and humor of the native Kansan. It clealy displays the influence of cartoon graphics of the 1960s and 70s, but does not need to be limited to period or animated graphics. ITC Snap is ideal for headlines which demand attention.

Based on some examples of a Clarendon-inspired wood type design, Clarenwood JNL is a bold and effective titling font which harkens back to old times and advertising on a grander scale.

Striptease JNL is the bold, brash, "your-name-in-lights" companion to Showgirl JNL, and was inspired by a scene in an old television show depicting a burlesque house of the 1930s.
