Bang was designed by David Sagorski in 1993 as a playful font of spirals. It consists of two capital alphabets which can be combined like the usual capitals and small caps, although both have the same height. They differ from one another only in the decorative forms which adorn them and the highly decorated characters of one set are complemented by the slightly more reserved characters of the second. Serious this font is not, rather, with its circles and spirals, Bang is best in point sizes 12 and larger and is meant for short texts and headlines.

It is believed that the Egyptians likely borrowed the signs of the zodiac from the Greeks, possibly in the Ptolemaic period. Containing 52 unique characters, the series includes the 12 zodiac signs, the 30 phases of the moon in its equatorial position, the Gods of the four winds, and the Gods of the five planets of Venus, Mercury, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter. Alan Meeks designed Chesterfield in 1977. Chesterfield is a retro typeface, harkening back to decorative design from the turn of the century. There are many subtle art nouveau traits and curves in Chesterfield, and a hint to Frederic Goudy's work as well. Chesterfield is a display typeface, and should not be used in sizes below 12 point. This typeface would be a great fit for newsletter headlines, or signs for country stores. There are two styles of Chesterfield available: Chesterfield, and Chesterfield Antique. Chesterfield Antique is a more antiquated version of the typeface, and its letters appear slightly corroded.

Normative Pro is a sans-serif font family that includes a 12 styles (6 weight and italics), supports Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Eastern European, Baltic and Turkish scripts. The family uses a large number of useful Open Type features: small caps, contextual alternatives, stylistic alternates, fractions, proportional and tabular figures and more. Normative Pro is a font with a wide sphere of application, legible from very small sizes to very large ones. Can be used both in technical documentation, office work, business communication, as well as in advertising, visual communication, magazines and posters, in branding and packaging.

Praho Pro is a part of Warsaw Types – a project based on Warsaw’s local typographic heritage. The project, presented at the Museum of Praga, is a collaboration of 12 young Polish typographers. Praho Pro is a multilingual family inspired by the unique, historical character of Praga district of Poland's capital - Warsaw. High contrast, thin serifs, sharp terminals and large x-height are key features for distinctive headlines. The whole family consist of 9 weights and real italics, small caps, superscript and subscript letters, oldstyle, tabular figures and fractions. It covers latin and cyrillic script. Every weight has almost 2000 glyphs.

Dezen is a contemporary, mechanical grotesque typeface. Its letters were first constructed from individual modules and then optically refined to enhance its rhythm. Its tight letter spacing and narrow proportions make the typeface particularly well suited for display sizes and headlines. When you add spacing, font can be used for shorter amount of text, bigger than 12 points. Dezen type family consists of a wide variety of styles – solid and stencils. Dezen Pro subfamily combines all 4 styles (Solid, Stencil 01, Stencil 02, Stencil 03) in a specific sequence, which originates a “pattern” for the alphabet (or dezen, in Slovak).

Proza is a humanist sans serif typefamily, consisting of 12 styles (6 weights + italics), with roots in serif designs from the Renaissance, such as Garamond and Jenson. Proza was made to function well at a large range of sizes, from the smallest of text sizes, to gigantic posters, making it a highly versatile type family. Its large character set (support for 100+ languages) and opentype features do all the heavy lifting for you, while its elegance and refined details ensure to deliver a punch of class to your designs. Linotype Sketch is part of the Take Type Library, chosen from the contestants of Linotype’s International Digital Type Design Contests of 1994 and 1997. German designer Dieter Kurz gave his display font a calligraphic character. The forms lean slightly to the right and have a spontaneous and individual look. This light, cheerful font also displays a harmony among the forms and gives text a personal touch. Linotype Sketch combines well with modern text fonts which have the same narrow proportions. This font is well-suited for headlines and short and middle length texts with point size 12 or larger.

My son Sam turned 12 and all of a sudden he cares for his hairdo. It needs to be just so, not too long, not too short, with a lot of gel to hold it in place. ;-) He just had a haircut when I was creating this font, so now you know where the Haircut part comes from. The Holistic part is something that sort of sounded ok. Holistic Haircut is a nice, handmade display font. It comes with wider and narrower glyphs for the upper and lower case AND a set of alternates that likes to party with the rest.
