Francis is a design previously offered by the Lanston Type Co. in the early 1990s. It is a revival of a 1955 Günther Gerhard Lange design, but with a heavier overall weight. Coming out of retirement, it has been fully reworked and refined with elegant curves and an expanded character set. This font works well at small sizes and larger display sizes for everything from wine labels to personal stationery. This type evokes the elegant sophistcation of the Jazz age and pairs well with a Martini and a fine selection of charcuterie.

Talbot Type Klamp 205 is an elegant and streamlined, geometric sans-serif. A legible text font, its narrow proportions mean it’s economical with space; while at larger sizes it makes a confident, modern display face. Klamp 205 is available in a comprehensive family of seven weights, featuring an extended character set to include old style numerals, as well as accented characters for Central European languages. It is also available with some character variations as Klamp 105, most notably featuring a more modern, single-storey lower case a and g.

This hand-lettered italic script is another versatile font produced by Jeff Marshall. Named after the late Ron Aplin, who mentored Jeff as an apprentice sign writer early in his career. This font includes 19 unique ligatures and 15 alternate special ending glyphs.

The inspiration source for Viper Monogram is the 1934 Book of American Types by American Type Founders. Found in that specimen book, was a sophisticated two-color monogram design called Hollywood Combination Initials, which was available in limited size metal castings. This wonderful monogram style is now digitally recreated, revived, and updated for modern use! Viper Monogram supports one and two letter monograms, but due to its super condensed style works best for three letter monograms. The default typing style for Viper Monogram is an all horizontal all caps setup which can be used for headlines and titling. Type in Capitals for an outline effect, lowercase for a solid effect. By enabling OpenType Contextual Alternates, you can type diagonal top-aligned monograms up to three letters. By typing in all lowercase, and layer a copy of the lowercase with Stylistic Alternates enabled, you can create a two-color effect. Those who design books for young children should consider the different needs of their readers. When laying out pages for young readers, particular care should be taken over word spacing. Don't forget that justifying short lines disrupts spacing. Justification should be used only when absolutely necessary. In the research undertaken with young readers the importance of consistent spacing was clear. It also appeared that the poorer readers profited from wider word spacing, while spacing that suited the poorest readers, positively annoyed the better readers. These typefaces have built-in letter spacing because of their exit strokes, as well as extra clarity designed into them. Sassoon Primary Medium Condensed is a compact style for headlines combining the right amount of weight, yet in a friendly style. Fragment Pro Inline is a part of a larger OpenType font family (see also Fragment Pro). It is an elegant, soft and decorative typeface built on classical proportions. The recent tragedies in America have resulted in a tremendous need for donations. This new font was created to benefit the victims in New York. This font is a great opportunity for artists, designers and computer users to show their support. The font needs to be big, 36 points or higher is recommended.
