Designer Nick Curtis found the inspiration for this typeface on a 1920s poster for a German bookseller, by Berlin poster artist Paul Scheurich. ITC Jeepers retains the spontaneity and playfulness of Scheurich's original lettering and adds a few surprises of its own, one being the somewhat exclamatory ear on the lowercase "g". It was, in fact, the excited look of this particular character that gave rise to the font's name. Not to be outdone, the exclamation point takes on an even more startling demeanor. Memo, designed by Janet Valdez of Janworx, is a digital version of her own personal penmanship, currently displayed in abundance on sticky notes all over her desk and monitor. Although its basis is in actual handwriting, it's perfectly legible, offering a casual alternative typeface for everyday correspondence or simple things, ranging from event flyers to children's birthday party invitations. Memo performs well at regularly used correspondence sizes, but at a larger size can also be manipulated in graphics software for interesting effects. The letters can be moved randomly from the baseline, overlapped, and then contoured with good results for a casual look.

Lil Rhino is the more reserved but still slightly offbeat sister to the quirky comic Fat Rhino typeface. You can see the resemblance, they work well together, but they also each hold their own.

Linotype Maral is based on an historic Armenian typeface which was originally designed by Henrik Mnatsakanyan. Hrant Papazian has revieved and digitized this four weight type family . Armenian keyboard drivers for Mac OS 9 (and under) as well as for Windows are included when any of the Linotype Maral fonts are purchased. These drivers must be installed before the fonts may be used properly. Linotype Maral will not function properly under Mac OS X, unless you are using the OpenType-format version, which does not work under OS 9! The single-named, multi-talented designer Joluvian now lives in Madrid. Chip 01 was originally designed for a high tech transparent anniversary telephone card, to give this card its own identity with a slight technological reference. Chip 02 is an adapted version with slightly increased legibility.

With a rounded shape and a burlap texture, what else could we call this font? Circus Peanut is oblique and comes equipped with its own drop shadow. It's meant to be used at large sizes.

Victorian fonts are a delight to use, but many don¹t have a lowercase. Today, that doesn¹t cut it, so where practicable, we design a harmonizing lowercase to extend the usefulness of the font.

Desiring to create a scrapbooking font, I based Sweet Pea loosely on my own handwriting. The characters don't sit on the baseline but tend to rise above or below it, giving a casual, handwritten appearance.

Based on Mr. Hubbard's own hand printing, Richfont Medium is an extremely casual design. Actually light in weight, it renders best at 14 point and above. Richfont Light and Bold are available from the designer.

Merc is a four-letter word that stops just one y short of Mercy. Merc is also the standard street abbreviation for mercenary, or a soldier for hire. Now that the global security business has become a two hundred billion dollar industry, we thought you would like to have your very own affordable merc. Knew you'd be pleased. Merc is based on an all-cap metal face called Agitator, designed by Wolfgang Eickhoff and published by Typoart in 1960. The rough brush letters look like they were made by someone who is capable of elegance but has no time for it. These are letters that live to catch the eyes and warn them loudly: Doom is here, and if you want it screamed out, this Merc is at your service. This font contains more than 460 glyphs, which means quite a few stylistic alternates and support for the majority of Latin languages.

• Algarabía "Joy" is a provocative and multilingual text face designed by Leonardo Vázquez. • It was created for a mexican magazine with the same name that uses it as the body text font, and now it's released for the public. • In 1397, Frederic Goudy's was asked to draw a face for the exclusive use of the University of California Press at Berkeley. The font was called California. In 1983 a digital version of this typeface was created by Aaron Burns and it was called ITC Berkeley. • Algarabía is inspired by ITC Berkeley, it keeps the calligraphic touch and weight, but it presents certain features in its design that might result unexpected, yet at the same time they are invisible when used as body text and provides the typeface its unique own personality. • Small Caps and Small caps italic, Included in each version. • Ideal for magazines, Art books or any editorial purposes where legibility and originality are needed.

An advertisement in a 1936 issue of “The Film Daily” for the movie “Mr. Deeds Goes to Town” had much of its copy set in an extrabold typeface similar to the Beton/Stymie/Karnac group of slabserif designs. This is now available digitally as Serif Formal JNL in both regular and oblique versions.

Demetria is a font created in 2012 by Carlos Fabián Camargo and works to form words and headlines with medieval expressiveness. Thus his concept mix uncial, Roman and italic letters resulting serifs some here and there, extended width and high amount of contrast between thick and thin strokes. That way its vigorous ups and downs are higher than its “x” height, highlighting it as a font with regular caliber,outstanding to design headlines with strong proportions and texture. Consequently, typographic and aesthetic possibilities of Demetria are visually appealing by its chaotic forms that are embedded and remain fixed in the minds of its viewers; also, “Demetria Pro” has OpenType features such as “Swash”, “Titling”, “Discretionary Ligatures”, “Standard Ligatures”, Ordinals, Fractions and Superscript that make shine what is written by their abstract shapes resembling elongated paths of black ink diluted in water. This font also works in software without opentype features, so it is recommended to use the remaining files NON-PRO. In short, the expressiveness and mysticism of Demetria is reaffirmed with some capital letters with lower height designed to be interchangeable with similar metrics to lowercase but aesthetically different.Thus the font mimics strong imperfections and splashes that get slim or grow depending on their degree of spontaneity. In that sense Demetria is recommended to compose words, phrases and typographic textures in graphic design projects related to epic, historical or legendary matters.

Look closely: Odense has as much in common with Optima as Garamond with Baskerville. Am I right? Odense Neon is a special variant that can be used for logos or single words. The name comes from the Danish town Odense, the town of the famous storyteller Hans Christian Andersen, author of, e.g., 'The Little Mermaid.' My family and I recently moved to a ‘fixer upper’ farm from the 1930’s. It came with a slightly run down barn, 4000 square metres of land and a LOT of redcurrant bushes. I can’t really say that I am overly fond of them. I find them a bit too tart. As a kid, I used to smother them in sugar, but I can’t do that any longer, since I am a responsible dad… ;-) Redcurrant is a slightly wonky, slightly crazy handmade font. It can be used for book covers or post cards, but feel free to use it for whatever. Comes with cute little swashes as well.

Many songs were written with themes of romantic South Seas travel, and one vintage piece in particular entitled "Down Where the Trade Winds Blow" offered up the hand lettering which served as a model for Sea Cruise JNL.
