The inspiration for designing this font was our company logo, that we created first. The design is influenced by a typeface called Din. The main characteristic and features are clean, minimalistic, geometric. Young playful companies and clients could definitely use this font for their branding.

Calcite Pro is a contemporary sans serif italic typeface designed by Japanese type designer Akira Kobayashi. Although it derives its basic character from the italic scripts of the Italian Renaissance, Kobayashi has utilized a highly stylized and rational approach to create an inspired modern Adobe Originals adaptation. Calcite Pro's geometric form and almost crystalline texture evoke images of its mineral namesake. The dynamic appearance of this retro chancery script adds a strong graphic presence to modern typesetting, whether it is used on its own or in conjunction with more traditional typefaces.

Gate A1 is a typeface inspired by the famous DIN, but it is more humane compared to the prototype. Thanks to its straightforward, roughly naive construction and slightly increased letter spacing, the font is quite legible, even under difficult conditions. It makes Gate A1 perfect for road signs and orientation, as well as for interfaces. The typeface supports all European languages, including Greek, and the extended Cyrillic covering all major languages. In addition, Gate A1 has a functional set of arrows and several alternate sets of figures and graphic elements. The typeface designed by Dmitry Kirsanov was released in 2012 under the name of DIN PT and re-released in 2022 with additions by Alexander Lubovenko.

Designed by Werner Schneider and Helmut Ness, the Vialog® 1450 typeface family has been drawn within the standards of the German DIN 1450 regulations. The typefaces conform to the DIN specifications for proportion and line thickness and also contain characters designed in accordance with its requirements. These include characters that can be easily confused, such as uppercase I and lowercase l, and the uppercase O and figure 0, with the corresponding accentuating graphemes and ligatures. In addition, letter pairs that can readily seem to merge together under less than ideal reading environments have also been redesigned. Characters like the g, J and R have also been redrawn to be more legible. Normal glyphs are available as alternatives.

Technically a crowbar is a straight metal rod used for digging. The tool I had in mind when I named this font is called a jemmy or pry bar, but I guess I liked the name crowbar better. Unger redesigned the beautiful forms, completed and expanded this outline caps-only typeface for the profonts library. Brewmaster was inspired by the Budweiser logo from the late 1800s and its updated revival in 2000, this style of script was very popular in the 1800s and could be found in use on old billeads and letterheads. Although Brewmaster looks accurate in detail to the Budweiser logo, this font has not been approved as official artwork for Budweiser. I needed a name with ‘brush’ in it and most have already been taken, so I did a little digging and found out that Purshia tridentata, a flowering plant native to the mountainous areas of western North America is called bitterbrush. It is also known as antelope brush, quinine brush and buckbrush - but I settled on Bitterbrush. There’s nothing bitter about Bitterbrush. It is actually a very sweet hand brushed font. It comes with ligatures for double letter combinations and a truck load of diacritics. And (something I am very proud of): it supports the Vietnamese language!

BearerFond has been in my pen for years and I've used this way of writing a lot on cassette cases. Anyone still using cassettes? Me neither, so in order to keep it alive I have made a font out of it and named it bearerFond; as in bearer bond, since it looks like it could be used on official documents. Nothing too official though.

The Festival Titling font was cut by Monotype in 1950 as the official display face for the Festival of Britain which was staged in 1951. Used for all official Festival announcements, Festival Titling was made available for general use in 1952.
