P22 Sparow is based on handwritten lettering executed with a fine-pointed steel "crow-quill" pen. Designed for use in small sizes of continuous text setting such as poetry. This style was originally designed for a series of hand-crafted calligraphic booklets in 1963.

Stencil Octoid JNL was inspired by a set of twelve inch tall stencil letters and numbers made by Duro Art Industries in Chicago. The bold type style with angled rather than rounded corners gives the font a strong feel of industry or military usage.

A text sans serif type family of 8 styles was designed by Natalia Vasilyeva and released by ParaType in 2007. It has narrow proportions, open shapes and can be used in a wide variety of applications — for text setting, for headlines and for display matters.

Bannetters (Banner Letters) was designed to alternate two letter sets. Both sets are formed on parallelograms, with one set of parallelograms sloped upward to the right and the other sloped downward to the right. When alternated, the result is a zigzaggy line of text. In applications that support the OpenType feature contextual alternatives (calt), the two sets of letters are automatically alternated. The Bannetters family has two styles, one with straight outer edges and the other that rounds these shapes for letters that have curved exteriors. Both styles are largely monospaced and monoline (not to mention weird, strange, and unusual). The tiling pattern of text created by Bannetters makes it attention-grabbing and appropriate for signage, posters, advertising, and other uses where eye-catching text is desired.

At first glance, »Angulosa M.8« is one of those fonts that a technician or engineer would probably draw. And yet it differs fundamentally from typefaces constructed in this way. The right angle forms the basic element of the »Angulosa M.8«, but that's about it with the pure mathematics. Serif-like upstrokes and downstrokes on some letters improve readability, and carefully used slants makes the appearance a little friendlier. The proportions are not based on any mathematical principle, but are derived from freehand writing of the letterforms with a broad quill. In terms of style, »Angulosa M.8« belongs most closely to the modernist, constructivist typeface attempts, such as those undertaken at the Bauhaus in the 1930s. The styles of »Angulosa M.8« range from "Condensed" to "Expanded", from "Light" to "Black", plus the respective oblique form, which in this font is slanted to the left. Paverify is an all-caps geometric slab serif display face inspired by a particular pavement tile component which is evoking a blocky “I” letter. All other characters were interpreted based on its look and drawn accordingly. There are three uppercase Roman fonts in different weights and widths substantially. With the additional versions, type family consisting of 7 fonts in total. Over 220 Latin, Cyrillic and Greek script languages supported. Each font contains an extensive multilingual support with more than 1600 glyphs and OpenType features, including number forms, fractions, and stylistic alternate sets those provide different looks by the typographic preferences. For the lowercase letters there are small caps variants, i.e., shorter caps. These also have identical glyphs and matching marks to enable “Small Capitals From Capitals” feature. Narrower Medium and Bold styles was produced to accompany the Black first design. Paverify comes with an ornaments font named as “Extras”, which contains geometric graphical elements, i.e., paver stone patterns, banner/sticker background sets, star comps and a collection of catchwords to simplify creating feature rich layouts. As is known as interlocking paver in certain regions — a rectangular shape with the distinctive diagonal tabs — transcribing the simplest letter to draw into the whole alphabet was a challenging task. Not only it was the single thing that can be used as a source, considering its thick form in roughly 1.2:1 proportions compared to the sophistication of letterforms was the challenge. Starting point was keeping design consistent while both avoiding and preserving a particular appearance to achieve a similar texture, basically a repeating pattern on the streets. In contrary of a traditional approach, Paverify tend to have more contrast than the other slab serifs which helps to reduce massive stem weight of the source form. This look contributes to its hand painted sign effect achieved in a certain degree, which may otherwise impractical to transform because the source material is an inorganic, static form by definition. Tight and even spacing of the pavement tiles was inspirational for the kerning balance of the letters. Although the lighter weights have more space between the letter pairs, black weight adjusted as to be close to each other as the original grid. Tight spacing can be ignored by using Capital Spacing OpenType feature for the Outline versions as layer fonts. In one stroke, this gives an extra space between the letters to avoid diagonal armed letter terminals overlap. Black typographic colour and texture gives a sturdy appearance to the lines, it is useful for the projects where a robust display faces preferred for the titling, strong headlines, letter stacks, dropcaps, initials, short names on materials such as advertisements, book covers, posters, logotypes, wordmarks, package designs, and more in print or digital. Paverify can be paired as a complimentary face in a combination with broader type systems, where vintage look compositions and woodcut style fusions requiring an extra stunning texture.

Based on William H. Page’s Clarendon Extended wood type from the 1800s, Clarified JNL is digitally available in both regular and oblique versions. In the days of wood and metal type, foundries often made changes to an existing design to make their font more unique and different from their competitors. Clarified JNL is different from Clarenwood JNL (which is partially based on another wood type Clarendon and features many alternate letter forms).

The design of the first "Fat Face" is credited to Robert Thorne just after 1800 in England. It is considered to be the first type style designed specifically for display or jobbing, rather than for book work. The first instance of Fat Face in wood type is found in the first wood type specimen book ever produced: Darius Wells, Letter Cutter 1828. This style was produced by all early wood type manufacturers. The style is derived from the high contrast, thick and thin Modern style of Bodoni and Didot developed only decades previously. The extended variation makes the face even more of a display type and not at all suitable for text. This type of display type was used to compete with the new Lithographic process which allowed for the development of the poster as an artform unto itself. This new digitization by Jim Lyles most closely follows the Wm Page cut. The crisp outlines hold up at the largest point sizes you can imagine. This font contains a full CE character set.

The name “Fiction Crusader” was generated by a random word generator. It may sound odd, but I like the feel of it. Use your imagination: what exactly is a fiction crusader? Each letter has 6 slightly different versions, and they automatically cycle as you type. A great way to make your text look more lively and vibrant! I guess that this is an all-purpose font, because I can’t think of a project that couldn’t use a font like this!

Villain is a new handwritten, multi-alternate glyph font. This font was created with a natural flow in mind. Since it's meant to look handwritten, Villain comes with 3 different glyphs per letter and number and even a few alternate symbols, as well. Jim Spiece has a taste and a talent for reviving type styles from earlier in this century. ITC Deli Supreme is a “futuristic retro” face that would be at home as a logo on a car or a roadside diner from the 1940s or '50s; the lowercase nearly joins, in script style, thanks to the long extenders stretching out from the bottom-right corner of most letters, while the caps have beginning strokes leading in from the top left. ITC Deli Supreme, like ITC Deli Deluxe, features slightly rounded corners on all the letters, for a soft, streamlined look despite the squareness of the letterforms.
