John Baskerville spared no effort to create the ultimate typographic book. He prepared deep black inks and smoothed paper to show to full effect the letters that he had John Handy cut from his own brilliant designs, based on a lifetime of calligraphy and stonecutting. Punches and matrices survive at the Cambridge University Press. The present design is an accurate recutting, with particular attention to George W. Jones’ revision from the metal of Baskerville’s English (14pt) roman and italic in 1929 for Linotype & Machinery Ltd; Mergenthaler Linotype imported this design to the USA two years later.

Jemgonza is a Sans-serif font started on January 26, 2022. This font with hyper-extended character sets allow for usage for billboard signs, logos, and even professional documents and essays. It contains localized forms for certain languages that write them differently. For example: Л and л shaped like upside-down V's, д shaped like a lowercase g, и shaped like a lowercase u, and more for Bulgarian; б shaped like the Greek lowercase letter delta for Macedonian and Serbian. There are two non-standard variation sequences for the light and dark shades for when they are used vertically. Banister looks both contemporary and vintage. It contains a total of 12 styles including two main styles (Normal and Loaded), and for each style it comes with two widths (Semi-condensed and Semi-Expanded) and three weights (Light, Regular and Bold). The 40’s inspired style is subtle in banister, so it comes across more contemporary. Also, slightly curved strokes can be found on some letters, which gives a more organic feeling overall. To gain full advantage of banister, you can toggle “Fill” and “Stroke” on any editable applications to experiment the style, also layering normal and loaded styles let you discover something unexpected. Linotype Maral is based on an historic Armenian typeface which was originally designed by Henrik Mnatsakanyan. Hrant Papazian has revieved and digitized this four weight type family . Armenian keyboard drivers for Mac OS 9 (and under) as well as for Windows are included when any of the Linotype Maral fonts are purchased. These drivers must be installed before the fonts may be used properly. Linotype Maral will not function properly under Mac OS X, unless you are using the OpenType-format version, which does not work under OS 9! PF DaVinci Script Pro is based on DaVinci’s own handwriting. He is considered to be one of the greatest painters of all time and perhaps the most diversely talented person ever to have lived. This great Italian artist left us with a unique writing (used to write from right to left), which we attempted to decode and simplify with PF Da Vinci Script Pro. Many of these letters are free interpretations and do not stick to the original forms. This typeface comes in 2 different styles: Regular and a more informal style called Inked. Berney (a graphic artist and friend of Jeff Levine) had suggested making a font featuring many of the ampersands from Jeff's large library of type, noting their popularity as decorative embellishments. In his book Showcard Alphabets, Dan X. Solo called this little gem "Whitestone Scrawl". This version is beefed up slightly and the letter proportions have been altered somewhat, but it's still LOADS of fun. The Opentype version of this font supports Unicode 1250 (Central European) languages, as well as Unicode 1252 (Latin) languages.

This is Solotype's version of a popular mid-nineteenth century style explored by several early foundries. It reads surprisingly well in paragraphs, and is a handy font for work with a Victorian theme.

The techno sound of the 1990s, a personal computer, font creation software, and some inspiration all came together to inspire the F2F (Face2Face) font series. Alessio Leonardi and his friends had the demand to create new unusual typefaces, which would be used in the leading German techno magazine of the day, Frontpage. Even typeset as small as 6-points, in nearly undecipherable layouts, it was a pleasure for the kids to read and try to decrypt the messages. Letterforms in F2F Metamorfosi are parts of other characters that have been rotated to take on new meaning. For instance, an upside down V has become an A, a German ß has become the B, and a left parenthesis has become the C, etc.

Jalebi font is quite like its namesake, the Indian deep-fried sweet. It is fat(tening), uneven, crunchy and addictive. Jalebi is an all caps font, but upper and lower case glyphs differ slightly and can be mixed. An ideal font for fat headlines, product packaging, signs and posters. A blackletter font tending towards the gothic which was released by Klingspor, Offenbach am Main, in 1937. Claudius can be used for clerical as well as for secular purposes and shows a strong character of its own. The original esthetic atrocities of placing the dieresis within the letters A and O - due to former German industry standards - were abolished. Allow the font's beauty spread by giving it enough leading between the lines. This font contains various useful ligatures, and by activating the Ordinals feature and typing 'N', 'o' and period you get an oldstyle numbersign.

Ritornelos is a lively hand-drawn typeface, perfect for adding that whimsical touch to your designs. It's a unicase alphabet that contains two variations for each letter (accessible through keyboard's upper/lower keys) and handy embellishments.

The font I made based on the Greek alphabet used by the Karamanlı Turks, who are Orthodox Christians, by adapting it to Turkish, which I deduced by looking at the inscriptions and translations. In order to write in Turkish, Turkish special characters are loaded with letter combinations and sounds. But it can still be easily written in Greek.
