Vintage sheet music was initially a partial inspiration for what started out as a simple retro typeface, but the basic hand-lettered design from the Art Deco era lent itself to some further experimentation. Geometric shapes were added to the original monoline letters and numerals and the end result was a marvelous display face called Cafe Society JNL. During the 1930s, "Cafe Society" was popular slang for the financially privileged during the Great Depression who dined at fine cafes while others who were able to eat out did so at diners and cafeterias. The last couple of years felt like I was living in a bad dream: I witnessed crazy leaders, climate change and now Covid. I usually name my fonts after things that affect me and this one is not different. Dreamworld is a font I made with a cheap marker pen I liberated from my kids’ pencil box (I will put it back, pinky promise…). It is a bit rough, but also very easy to read and distinctive enough to make your work stand out. Of course it comes with extensive language support (let me mention Vietnamese again…) and two sets of alternate glyphs, that cycle as you type.

Garagin Rock was developed from the studies for the title of a publication called Garagin in 1999. Its use is indicated for the titles on posters and stuff like that, but feel free to dare. Anyway, it really was not made ​​for small sizes and is not a WebFont obviously, but again, feel free to dare. May you notice something odd in the baseline position, this is to keep leading with a defined size. But of course you can change it in any editing program. Being a heavy typeface, use in moderation... or not! Garagin Rock Lite is a version with a limited set of characters.

I am not sure if there is such a thing as a Sunday Fish. But anyway, now you have a font with that name! My idea of a Sunday Fish is a lazy, goofy and kinda laid back one. One you'd like to play around with, and a friend for life - not that kind of fish that ends up on your plate! :) Sunday Fish has massive language support and 4 different versions of each lowercase letter, and these automatically cycle as you type! It comes in 4 different layered versions, which works well together - just play around with the layers and your favourite colours!

There are a lot of narrow passages... like the Straits of Gibraltar, Hormuz, of Malacca, of Thermopylae, the Dardanelles, the Dervenakion, Magellan, Rentina of Naruto, Kerch etc. I tried to pass into mine closely with the name «Artios Pro". Walking on the same considerations as the previous series (Khamai/Aeolus/Corset) I tried to give some sense of diversity for narrow passages of the letters. These twelve style are the result. And here, the "Rail" engage with "Semi Bold" in the same way as the previous series. This series is composed and includes 12 fonts with 625 glyphs each, with true italics and supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic.

What can I say? I like fonts with stars. Space Time is a hand drawn font with a lot of variety. I started designing the regular version with the characters slightly touching but it wasn't quite what I had in my head. I’d imagined tightly spaced letters with overlapping shadows and the only way to get that effect was to create a second version with stackable layers. That means this download includes regular, base, outline, shadow, and stars files. Plus, the base and outline can be used for stacking or work fine as standalone fonts. This font is all caps but the lowercase letters feature alternative styles.

My brother is an architect, and I have always loved his lettering, you know, the style of writing that can be found on architectural drawings. There is a common thread to it, yet each architect or engineer brings their own personality to it. I have seen a similar style being used by some hand-letterers for invitations, place cards and signage. Inspired, I set out to create my own, and the result is my new typeface, Robard! I wanted something compact, somewhat modular, done quickly but with control, and sourced from hand-lettering. Starting out with a handful of pigment ink pens, I settled on a 0.1mm Copic Multi-Liner, and using a light table with a grid underneath the paper, I cranked out grouping after grouping, letter after letter, numbers, punctuation, accents, just trying to zero in on the feeling and the look I was after. There were some ideas that didn't work, like unicase (there would be no regular lowercase), or swash alternates. Ultimately, I ended up with a decent array of glyphs to choose from, and alternates like oldstyle numbers, and an alternate set of caps for the lowercase slots, and even alternative figures so doubles like 88 would be different. In the font, the OpenType ligature code automatically alternates the cap and lowercase (alternate cap) letters, and numbers as you type, lending Robard that hand-lettered look in a digital typeface that I was hoping for. There are also oldstyle figures, and unlimited fractions, ordinals, and a few alternate letters. I hope you like Robard!

This is in contrast to the alternative forms with the gill-like lowercase letters g and t as well as a traditional shape of S and the German ligature t/z, which traces back to old German spellings. Also inspired by German poster designs from the early 20th century are the elongated i-dots and dieresis-dots that can create eye-catchers in headlines or logos. The Data Error Vert AOE Pro family is another spinoff of my Data Error AOE Pro family. Quite simply, it takes on a slightly different feel than the original pin matrix grid by stroking across all vertical glyph lines. The vertical lines break up the readability somewhat of the original grid and lend a more tech vibe to the family. Originally designed by Alois Ganslmeier as a Billboard-Font, the Coma Font was later developed into a complete typeset with capitals and small letters, Cyrillic letters, Greek letters and Hebrew letters by Andy Jörder and Jörg Herz. The Coma Font is a massive constructed font which can be used for headlines. When only typed in capitals it gives the impression of blocks for there are no ascenders or descenders. The font comes alive because of its massive appearance, its edgy form and the opulence impression when used line-by-line. Not without reason, the font is named “dick und eckig”.
