The Cavolini™ typeface family, by Carl Crossgrove, is unique to handwriting fonts. It is a family of several designs, and it was developed for imaging on small screens. While drawn for a specific use, the family is also equally at home in many interactive and print applications. Cavolini has all the casual charm and immediacy of handwriting, while maintaining high levels of typographic clarity. Cavolini’s large x-height, open character spacing, clearly defined apertures, and easily differentiated forms enable high levels of legibility and readability at small sizes, while the family’s multiple designs of roman, bold and italic in regular and condensed proportions enable breadth of choice for creating emphasis, hierarchy, and typographic diversity a wide variety of environments. A large character set enables the setting of most Western European and many Eastern European languages, including Cyrillic and Greek – and adds to the family’s broad range of uses.

This font was inspired by my sister Emily's handwriting. She has neat, fluid cursive handwriting.

We designed Mrs White for our next book for children. We needed a clean script that would give a feeling of a primary school handwriting. Mrs White is filled with ligatures and contextual alternates which gives her very smooth line of text. Scripts shouldn't be used without lowercase letters so we added a small caps for headlines and acronyms. Check out the manual for more information on how to use Mrs White. Polish language use latin characters but we would like our Eastern neighbors to be able to enjoy Mrs White so we added cyrillic alphabet (script and caps).

Since 2017, I have been improving my font creating skills. In the same year, I went through my father's notes and decided to make a font with his handwriting style. I completed the initial version with a lower number of glyphs in 2018. It supported only basic Latin, Turkish, and Azerbaijani alphabets. On the 15th of January 2021, my dad will turn 60. This font looks like a natural gel pen handwriting. It supports both uppercase and lowercase Cyrillic and Latin alphabets, numeral, punctuation, symbols, currencies. The story of creating is short: I made a font that would support the concept of the website. And then it seemed to me that this font could have more uses, so I decided to share it. You can use it for any creative project, I’m not going to list examples not to limit you. I am sure that with this font you will convey the vibe you want. Just use imagination, and your masterpiece will look perfect)

Lorna by Fontazy is a rounded connected script of narrow proportion in both vertical and slanted styles. Lorna consist of six fonts (Light, Regular and Bold and matching italics). All fonts in the family have Latin (West, Central and Baltic) and Cyrillic encoding for multilingual support. Inspired by the condensed, small, skinny handwriting traits I have consistently seen in scientists' handwriting, it exemplifies the effort of trying to write neatly when appearance is not the first priority. Leapfrog is a friendly and restless cursive font with no baseline containing 3 glyph variations per character. Each variant of the glyph is slightly different and is replaced randomly as you type, giving the impression of a unique handwriting. The font is suitable for logos, large headlines, posters, signs, children's books and comics. Its character is cheerful, kind and playful due to the random set and rounded stroke endings. Leapfrog contains extended latin, cyrillic, ligatures, peace sign and frog, the total number of characters is 1902. It contains OpenType functions: liga, numr, dnom, calt, ss01, ss02. The font is also case sensitive, has fractions, currency signs, and arrows.

Quota is an investigation into the modularity of the Cyrillic alphabet. Unlike Latin and Greek, the Cyrillic alphabet owes much of its form to its development in early industrious printing and movable type. This lead the Cyrillic alphabet to be dominated by hard edge and straight lines, giving it a much more modular overall construction. The forms within the Cyrillic alphabet therefor allow for all the characters themselves to have somewhat unified side bearings without compromising ease of reading. Within Quota the default character set has only unified side bearing, giving a more relaxed mono-spaced appearance. While the first stylistic set unifies the entire character set with the same character width, creating a true mono-spaced typeface. Quota was initially designed in Cyrillic, catering to all languages using the alphabet. While the Latin was designed after, and is loosely based of the forms present within the Cyrillic alphabet.
