Telegramo is modeled on a historic telegraph from Belgrade to Vienna 1914. The original archetypal character set consists of lowercase letters and numerals only. Uppercase letters and special characters were added after careful research. Contact pressure variations of the rudimentary type writing machine are directly imitated in the three weights: the regular weights edges are sharp, medium edges are rounded and the bold letters can nearly be called soft. Since the original typeface did not seem perfectly suitable for modern desktop publishing purposes, two additional stylistic sets were created for each weight, improving certain issues in rhythm, legibility and quirkiness.

Zygon Regular is a shape changing, unicase display font inspired by British cultures and transcultural theory. Zygon Regular was inspired by the 2012 Royal Diamond Jubilee and the notion that the Jubilee, as a multicultural event, would feature celebrations inclusive of all cultures. The typeface is based on the Panjabi syllabary alphabet (Gurmukhi script) combined with the Latin alphabet. Zygon Regular contains a set of stylistic alternates as well as a range of standard and discretionary ligatures. These are accessible in applications that support OpenType features. British designer Jeremy Tankard began Blue Island in 1996 with the idea of creating a completely ligature-based roman typeface, an original but complex task that took years to realize. Individually, Blue Island's letters can appear a bit dismembered, but when set together, they are clearly transformed into words which fall in waves down the page. Successfully balancing readability with intriguing decorative forms, Blue Island is especially effective for titling. Advertiser JNL is a simple A-Z only font used to make retro-styled titles and names. Based on a popular style of retail signage from the 1950s and 1960s, alternating keystrokes will create a contrast of positive and negative letters. The capital letters have the alphabet in white on black boxes, the lower case have the black letters alone—with the white space conforming to the width of the black boxes. In a pinch, the boxed characters can also be used as initial caps. For a more complete character set with the same style of lettering, use DuBois Block JNL.

Tabulamore is a monospaced script typeface with two goals: to make a script face that looks as natural as possible within the limitation of monospace, and to offer better all-cap solution where many script typefaces fail to address. The typeface style is generally a loosely spaced casual script, whose spacing allows big letters like M W m to fit comfortably. The automatic small cap part is based on so-called Architect�s Casual style, and shows up automatically depending on the context. Naga is Hans van Maanen's original creation of art deco shapes interected with intricate mazes of what could be Celtic or Mesoamerican knotwork art. The totality of the typeface borders on the mysterious, exotic and yet clearly discernible as far as readability is concerned. Naga comes with a companion outline style that emphasizes its intricacy. Both fonts hold up quite strongly when combined with photo/illustration masks. The Naga family comes in both OTF and TTF formats, and includes an extended range of characters covering most Latin-based languages. A few unicase forms are also included.

The figures of Quartz font are based on those on digital clocks and LCD displays. All strokes are set at right angles to one another to create abstract characters. Fonts created for electronic displays gained in popularity at the same time as the computer became an everyday object. My son Sam turned 12 and all of a sudden he cares for his hairdo. It needs to be just so, not too long, not too short, with a lot of gel to hold it in place. ;-) He just had a haircut when I was creating this font, so now you know where the Haircut part comes from. The Holistic part is something that sort of sounded ok. Holistic Haircut is a nice, handmade display font. It comes with wider and narrower glyphs for the upper and lower case AND a set of alternates that likes to party with the rest.

Lavenda font is a result of my two year classic calligraphy studies, and is based on my own handwriting. The overall look is classic, which makes it a match for invitations, place cards or other paper goods where old time elegance is required. With the glyph count just under 1500 the font has many alternates and options which makes it flexible to use. Apart from swashes, alternates and ligatures - number of fancy dingbats is also included. Again, with vast number of glyphs contained should you write in other language than English - Lavenda comes as a natural choice.

This double-wide wonder is based on Oswald Cooper’s original drawings for the typeface Cooper Fullface. ATF rejected this offering because they felt that several of the letterforms, and particularly the numbers, were a little too wacky for the mainstream. By now, you know that such an accusation is a "Please don't throw me in the briar patch" plea to yours truly. So, here, proudly and true to their designer’s original intent, are two versions of a really fun font. Both versions of this font include the complete Unicode 1252 Latin and Unicode 1250 Central European character sets.

ITC Juanita is the work of Argentinian-born designer Luis Siquot and was inspired by a text set only with woodcuts which he was reading during a long international flight. ITC Juanita is a series of six distinct typefaces which Siquot sees as a personal reinterpretation of designs that originated in the 1930s and 40s and were still popular during his childhood in the 1950s. Vermont is an outline semi slab serif created by British designer Freda Sack. The serifs of Vermont are typical of slab serif fonts, having the same stroke width as the base strokes and forming a right angle to them. The strong figures of this font still manage to seem light and airy and the marked shading makes them seem almost plastic or sculpted. This class of font appeared at the beginning of the 20th century as an advertisement typeface, rose in popularity through the 1950s and phototypesetting in the 1970s. Vermont should be used exclusively in headlines and displays in larger point sizes.

Meet Voga. Voga is a condensed modern Didone typeface with three weights: Regular, medium and bold. My aim was to create a very elegant and “sexy” typeface with some unique letterforms based on the principle of contrast - curves vs. strong straight lines - thin hairlines vs. thick stems - ball terminals vs. geometric serifs. These contrasts make it a glamourous display font for titles and large typography settings, yet readable at text sizes. Voga was inspired by iconic typefaces such as Bodoni and Didot. It has an extensive glyph set that supports languages for the Americas and most of Europe.

Philip Bouwsma makes use of his extensive calligraphy and type design experience by reaching into his vault and completing one of his unfinished projects from the mid-1990s. The result is Styx, a four-font connected-script family, with rough and smooth variations, each containing two sets of majuscules and plenty of alternates sprinkled throughout the character map. BLOGGY designed in 2010 by André Toet. In the series of typefaces that were created by our team, BLOGGY stands out as a rough typeface based on a grid. Within this square grid the typeface is enlarged and reduced in size in order to create a dazzling font. A complete ‘extra alphabet’ was added to the font by cutting the letters diagonally. To us typedesign doesn't only mean designing fonts for books but also advertising, posters, film or digital use. We hope that BLOGGY will do the trick !
