Radical Brush is a rather radical font: I made it with a really wild brush and Chinese Ink. I’d probably use it for revolutionary posters, packaging design for extreme products or for R-rated movie posters.

Delator font is a display typeface, inverted contrast, and condensed. Inspired by the personal experience of the designer who, with resilience and daily struggle, managed to get ahead. Its name is linked to the song of an Argentine rock artist called "Corazón delator", this means that it is a typeface that does not go unnoticed, it attracts attention for its shapes and its way of being and above all, when it is present, it automatically "gives itself away".

From the remnants of an old freeware font by Ray Larabie comes Cardholder Dispute SRF. Thoroughly rebuilt from the ground up by Jeff Levine, this post-80s techno lettering can also double as a pop culture font evoking 60s or 70s rock concerts and hippie colonies or (as the name implies) credit cards. My wife was watching ‘Memoirs Of A Geisha’ the other day, and I am going to take my son Sam to see Japan in May this year, so when I started drawing out the glyphs for this font, the name was already chosen! Tokyo Geisha is a handmade brush font. I made it with Chinese ink and one of the Chinese brushes my late father in law gave me. Tokyo Geisha is a font with speed and a certain flamboyance. Creating Halla was a bit unusual for me since I started out creating the italic version first and that inspired the name Halla, meaning to tilt in Icelandic. It is also a fairly common female name in Iceland. “Halla” is derived from old Norse word “hallr” = 'flat stone, rock' or 'sloping, leaning to one side' Halla is a true italic inspired by handwriting and mechanical type. The combination of Light and Italic makes Halla ideal for advertising, branding, signage, packaging and editorial design.

Do you remember that kid from Lord of the Flies? Why do I even remember that kid, I’m too young for that. However, his name was Piggy, and I wanted to make a typeface that resembled him. So this is my tribute to Piggy who got killed by that falling plastic rock in the movie. May he live forever through this typeface, on birthday cards, or maybe some sweet candy packaging or why not through an graphic identity for a toy company?

The Yenisei Inscriptions consist of a total of 158 Turkish inscriptions, kurgans (graves) and rock stones that have been found along the Yenisei River, which passes through the Khakasya, Tuva and Altai Autonomous Republics in Russia. The inscriptions were written with Turkish Stamps, which we know as the Orkhon Alphabet. In addition, there are dozens of versions of the Turkish Runic script, apart from the Yenisei inscriptions and the Orkhon inscriptions. I will present the other versions here as soon as possible.

Welcome to Sacremende, a chunky, slightly messy display font. As the name implies, this font was inspired by the retro California aesthetic and, in particular, old surf rock posters. To highlight the vintage feel, the font package comes with a distressed option for a well-worn effect. This font is all caps but includes unique styles for upper and lowercase letters. Both versions are available as webfonts but for better performance, I would recommend using the regular option for the web.

Mapuche means ‘man of the land’ and it is also the name of a group of indigenous inhabitants in South America. During the southern Winter solstice, between June 21 and June 24, the We Tripantu, the Mapuche New Year fest, takes place with a magical rite in the middle of the nature. Indigena is a dingbat font that remakes the artistic expression of the Mapuche people in Chile, recovering the handmade stroke they used in textiles and ceramics, but with a fresh look. This dingbat is based on pre-Columbian iconographic drawings shown in the book Dibujos Indígenas de Chile (1929) by chilean art teacher Abel Gutiérrez.

Ventana (Spanish for window) is an old-fashioned handwritten typeface. It was created using Chinese ink and a bamboo pen. The result is a rather classy, stylish font. Ventana is highly legible and comes with all the diacritics you'd probably ever want.

During the 1960s Hippie movement, a large amount of the rock and roll poster art was strongly influenced by the Art Nouveau period of the early 1900s. A poster for an appearance by The Doors at San Francisco’s Cow Palace Exposition Center (presented by Fillmore East and West owner Bill Graham) featured some wonderfully eclectic Nouveau-styled serif hand lettering. Now recreated as a digital type face called Cow Palace JNL (and named for the performance venue), the font is available in both regular and oblique versions.
