This family is not only an update though; in fact it is the expansion of the original concept that takes the Avenir Next design to the next level. In addition to the standard styles ranging from ultralight to heavy, this 32-font collection offers condensed faces that rival any other sans on the market in on and off—screen readability at any size alongside heavy weights that would make excellent display faces in their own right and have the ability to pair well with so many contemporary serif body types. Overall, the family’s design is clean, straightforward and works brilliantly for blocks of copy and headlines alike. Akira Kobayashi worked alongside Avenir’s esteemed creator Adrian Frutiger to bring Avenir Next Pro to life. It was Akira’s ability to bring his own finesse and ideas for expansion into the project while remaining true to Frutiger’s original intent, that makes this not just a modern typeface, but one ahead of its time. Greycliff Thai CF adapts Greycliff's popular soft, geometric design to the Thai script. Both Latin and Thai scripts are included, allowing for visually cohesive multiple-script applications. The Nimbus Sans Thai has been designed contemporarily and fittingly to the Latin Nimbus Sans family. It includes four upright and three cursive styles and the necessary OTF language features. Neue Frutiger Thai embodies the same warmth and clarity as Adrian Frutiger's original design, but allows brands to maintain their visual identity, and communicate with a consistent tone of voice, regardless of the language. One in the series of fonts celebrating the Halcyon Days of Handlettering. Thai Foon, a fun-loving, freewheeling script, is based on a font presented in the book "Lettering of Today" (today being 1933), by W. Ben and Ed C. Hunt.

This font is, like, totally inspired by the handwriting of, like, teenage girls. You’ll note that the [ ] keys are actually adorable little hearts! Totally rad! This font includes enough European characters to fill a loose leaf binder.

Westcoast Letters is a fun hand painted headline font by Cultivated Mind. Westcoast Letters comes in four font styles, extras, frames and page rulers. Westcoast Letters is a sister typeface to the ever popular Pacific Northwest font family. Westcoast characters are wider than Pacific Northwest and offer a new style of letters. Extras include hand painted pacific ocean icons, wild animals, a set of numbers and symbols. Frames and page rulers are decorative and look great with the Westcoast fonts.

This is really Congo from Barnhart Bros. & Spindler, but we felt it would be improved if we smoothed out some of the curves slightly. Conjures up visions of Pacific Islands and other exotic ports of call.

A Tokeh (or ‘Tokay’) is a nocturnal arboreal gecko, native to Asia and some Pacific Islands. The name comes from the sound it makes. Tokeh font is a cute brush font, which comes with some swashes, alternates and ligatures.

Handlettering on a 1930s travel poster for the Canadian Pacific Railway provided the pattern for this distinctive Deco typeface. A strong dropshadow treatment has been added so you can create can't-miss headlines easily. Both versions of the font contain characters to support all major European languages.

Chronically strong, yet pacific. Chronically bold, yet friendly. This font was at first inspired by a HAP Grieshaber work and soon incorporated elements from pieces by Willem Sandberg, two astonishing artists who lived through two world wars. They had to struggle for freedom and consistently manifested, with words, works and actions, their absolute love of liberty. Both were chronically free. As this font intends to be.

Raw was designed in 2006 for Shelter, the UK homeless charity. It was originally called “Cathy”, after the film “Cathy Come Home”, which was instrumental in inspiring the founding of the charity. Now reworked with more “inkiness”, it is released as part of the Device range.

Stencil Creek font family is a rounded stencil typeface that comes in eight weights and two rough versions. It is inspired by classic sans serifs and influenced by street signs of the North West Pacific. You can also overlap some of the weights and get an extra inline font. Stencil Creek is a legible typeface family designed for contemporary typography, especially for use in headlines, but also for reading purposes, includes extensive language support and many more OpenType features. Polynesiac was discovered deep in the jungle on a cave wall on Gilligan's Island. "I was looking for ancient pictographs, and I find this crap instead!" says designer Wesley Poole. "But, the more I looked at it, the more I appreciated its charms." Sort of tropical, but not strictly Polynesian, this sans serif face never stoops to caricature, and achieves instead, a mysterious new flavor of the South Pacific Islands. Fun as it is, there's a certain dignity to it. "Living in Hawaii you just absorb this stuff. This is a fun loving culture. I hope I captured that, along with some Island Aloha."
