Glypha was designed by Adrian Frutiger and appeared with D. Stempel AG in 1977. The font consists of ten cuts and is formally based on its predecessor, Serifa, although its lower case letters are a bit larger. Like Serifa, Glypha is also based on the general scheme used to design Univers.

Zulu-Ndebele Pattern is the first ever font to be based solely on the traditional decorative patterns of the Zulu and Ndebele tribes of Southern Africa. The designer has lived in KwaZulu (Place of the Zulu), for over 50 years and has made a life-long study of traditional Zulu beadwork and carving, and of Ndebele wall decoration. There are 52 pattern units that may be combined in many ways to create borders, backgrounds and an unlimited number of designs. The pattern units correspond to the upper and lower case letters. The reason that the Zulu and Ndebele patterns have been grouped together is that the true tribal areas are contiguous and the there has been much artistic cross-fertilization between the two cultures. Many of the patterns that are used by the two tribes are identical.

There are very few Western-style stencil digital fonts available, hence Overland Stage JNL. In the days when stage coaches, wagon trains, the Pony Express and the first transcontinental railroad crossed the landscape of this country, merchants shipped their goods any way possible to the growing territories and states. Picture wooden cases filled with dry goods, hardware or foodstuffs marked in hand-cut stencil lettering and nailed shut for their cross-country journey. Companion fonts to complement this design are Frontiersman JNL (Western lettering with an inline engraving) and Frontiersman Black JNL.

Frank Marciuliano designed the basic forms of Linotype Constitution around those of the swash alphabets of the 18th century. While the capitals are generously designed, the lower case letters have more reserved forms and are narrower. The characters of Constitution seem to have been set to paper with a feather and ink. The marked stroke contrast and elegant forms makes it a dynamic and sentimental font. The capitals can be used as initials mixed with other fonts, but Constitution is also good for texts which should give a feeling of nostalgia.

Koala was originally designed in 1999 by Eric de Berranger with an individual, independent character. A distinguishing characteristic of this sans serif font is its marked stroke contrast, typical of Modern Face fonts. The open, airy forms are reminiscent of ancient Roman capitals. The lower case letters display traits similar to those often seen on posters and in advertisements of the 1930s and 1940s. The lively Koala is particularly good for shorter texts and headlines in larger point sizes and combines well with fonts with little stroke contrast.

The Alternasci family consists of five consists of five individual fonts in the spirit of renaissance. Alternasci Regular is a handmade typeface resembling markings in old manuscripts. It supports most European languages. Alternasci Alchemia comes with the uppercase Alternasci letters and (in Latin) explained alchemy symbols. FA Komunikat is an experimental and geometrical typeface based on simple elements: a circle, it's parts and straight lines. The typeface communicate the spirit of future, dynamism and modernity. FA Komunikat design was based on the sketch of unique lettering from 1932 made by Władysław Strzemiński, Polish vanguard abstract painter, an artist and a typographer. Strzemiński claimed that modern economic letter forms should be standardized and based on lines and arches. He wrote that readability is a matter of habit and after a practice the new letter forms would be very well readable for everyone. In 2004 Artur Frankowski revived original design creating set of characters, widen up with numerals, punctuation marks and diactrics.

Newsreel Caps JNL is a novelty caps-only outline letter with cast shadow set inside film frames. Although the design idea itself is not new, this version is based on lettering from a vintage piece of sheet music for a song featured in the movie "Fox Movietone Follies". The font is a wink and nod to Fox's long-running newsreel series called "Fox Movietone News". The upper case keys have black letters on a white frame, while the lower case keys have white letters on a black frame. There's nothing really disastrous (impending or not) going on in my life right now, but I have always liked the expression. I thought about it when I watched a news item about the recent storm we had in Europe. The news showed footage of a person narrowly escaping a huge falling tree. Impending Disaster font is certainly no disaster. I created it using my fantastic Chinese ink and a broken tapas skewer (I seemed to have run out of my regular satay skewers). The result is a slightly rough, comic book kinda font. It comes with two sets of alternates for the lower case letters (which cycle as you type), one set of stylistic alternates for the 'O' glyph (and all accented O's), an alternate ampersand, asterisk, question mark and exclamation mark and a set of alternate numerals. Impending Disaster comes with extensive language support, including Vietnamese, Greek and Sami - so don't come running and say you didn't have any options! ;-)

No mystery here: this monocase neon face is based on the old logotype lettering for The Electric Company TV show. This version adds a little jolt with happy outlet characters in the dagger and double dagger positions, a plug at the section mark, and a rather novel treatment of the mu character. This font contains the complete Latin language character set (Unicode 1252) plus support for Central European (Unicode 1250) languages as well.

Pop Flowers is set of 64 cute graphic flower illustrations derived from Kapitza's graphic pattern font Pop. Pop Flowers marks a new direction in Kapitza's exploration of shapes in nature. While their projects such as Blossomy and We Love Nature Leaves are based on photographs of plants and flowers, Pop Flowers is constructed of graphic shapes. In moving away from 'realistic' forms, Pop Flowers creates a reality of its own that evokes a magical atmosphere.

Res Publica is a workhorse. It is quite anonymous as typeface, without any distinctive marks. But it gives a harmonious text body, well suited for large amounts of text, such as official public reports, magazines based mainly on text, school books, and so on. The public" concept is part of the name. Res Publica is Latin for "public matters". The word republic has the same origin. Res Publica was released in 1992.

Song Publisher JNL features a design based on the 1945 Art Deco-era hand lettered sheet music title "When the Old Gang's back on the Corner (Singin' Sweet Adeline Again)". It's a good thing sheet music wasn't sold by the word count found in song titles, because this twelve word example would have been more costly than titles such as "Nola", "Tenderly" or "Ciribiribin".

This hand-crafted font is sporting scary claw marks throughout for a scary, haunted feeling.

Jeff Levine first designed Sennetarium JNL back in 2004; based on the large drop caps found on intertitle cards from an old Charlie Chaplin film. The font’s name is a nod to Mack Sennett, king of the screwball comedies of the silent film era.

Alternate Gothic Pro is one of the fonts of the SoftMaker font library. Designed by Morris Fuller Benton in 1903 as a complement to his Franklin Gothic type, Alternate Gothic was created to solve a common problem: fitting headlines in narrow columns. For that purpose, it comes with three similar styles of varying widths. SoftMaker’s Alternate Gothic Pro typeface family contains OpenType layout tables for sophisticated typography. It also comes with a huge character set that covers not only Western European languages, but also includes Central European, Baltic, Croatian, Slovene, Romanian, and Turkish characters. Case-sensitive punctuation signs for all-caps titles are included as well as many fractions, an extensive set of ligatures, and separate sets of tabular and proportional digits.

The 1908 art exhibition in Vienna (Kunstschau 1908) featured works by Josef Hoffmann, Cark Otto Czeschka and Gustav Klimt, who showcased his famous painting 'The Kiss'. Kunstschau font was modeled on a stamp, designed by Austrian artist Bertold Löffler, for the 1908 exhibition. Kunstschau is a loose, handwritten font which comes with a distinct all caps upper and lower case, plus an extensive language support.

Built in the early 1960s, it advanced over the years and changing social developments to a trademark building of the capital. The lettering display on the roof was created by the graphic artist Klaus Wittkugel (October 17, 1910 – September 19, 1985). He had been Professor at the School for Applied Arts in Berlin, and, in addition to the creation of many posters, book covers and postage stamps, he was responsible for the signage of the Kino International as well as for the complete graphic treatment for the Palace of the Republik. The signage for the Café Moskau with the words »RESTAURANT«, »CAFÉ«, »KONZERT« and »MOCKBA« set in capital letters, becomes the basis for the Moskau Grotesk which was developed by Björn Gogalla in 2013. This face should not be seen as an imitation. A few shortcomings were »fixed«. In favor of maintaining the core characteristics some unique features were, however, not relinquished. Lower case letters and the missing capital letters were designed from scratch. It is not surprising that the plain, unassuming geometrical direction of the basic character style forms a bridge to the architecture of the 1960s. Inspired by the then favored, diverse possibilities inherent in the architectural example and wall reliefs, two complimentary pattern fonts emerged.

Decour is a Slab Serif typeface that features low contrast between thick and thin strokes and whose proportions were based on those of Art Deco design. A big height difference between lower case and upper case letters makes Decour a very expressive font and well-suited for headings and subheadings. Its versatility also allows it to be used in other ways, such as publishing and retailing.

I decided to create Hebrewish because the only Hebrew Latino font I have ever seen didn't really live-up to my expectations. Each Roman letter and Arabic numeral in this font is based directly on one or more of the Hebrew characters. Originally I was tempted to create an upper case only - since there is no lower case in Hebrew that I know of. But, as this would have limited it's usefulness, I changed my mind and added a lower case also. Nevertheless, those who want to create very Hebrew looking text, need only use the upper case. I've also added some typical Judaic symbols for the artistic minded, e.g. David's star *, the Menorah ^(Jewish candelabrum) and brackets{ } based on this, as well as brackets [] which, used together, produce a 'Ten commandments' stone-tablet symbol(use this [~] for another version). In short, you can either have some fun with this font or use it for serious work - the choice is yours.

Konscript is a distressed typewriter face developed from analog samples from papers Mary Browers typed in the 1950s for her high school coursework. The model and age of the typewriter are not known. Additional characters were developed based on the analog samples to complete the character set.

The letterforms are based on Inserat Cursive, a bold script popular in the late nineteenth century; the treatment was suggested by cover artwork for Graphic Styles from Victorian to Post-Modern, written by Stephen Heller and designed by Seymour Chwast. Included in the font are several handy ink blots (section mark and superior numbers positions), a stylish tailpiece (florin position), and a couple of ink bottles patterned after those on the bookcover (bar and broken bar).
