Valibuk is a compact clean typeface for headlines and short text. No details are small and it’s a bunch of details that make Valibuk as it is. It’s a heavy, condensed face with a high x-height and tight spacing and that’s why Valibuk can write loud. The quality of the spacing and kerning is ensured by Igino Marini. Lomidrevo is a grunge stencil family derived from Valibuk.

The majority of the letterforms in this mono-case font are based on a little-seen titling typeface designed by Frederic Goudy. Rounded, two was designed with a simple idea in mind: the basis for the majority of the characters is a perfect circle. That circle is then intersected and cropped to make unique, modern and stylish letterforms. Rounded, two is an improved version of my initial experimentation. Arkit is a ‘constructivist’ sans with a humanistic taste. Its geometric look hides an organic soul that can be felt rather than seen, as for instance in the strokes that are slightly tapered.
