ITC Kendo is the work of British designer Phill Grimshaw, suggesting the dash and verve of quick, sketchy calligraphy, complete with splatters of ink. Gridiot is a constructed, semi-serif, two-weight stencil family that expands an approach taken by Josef Albers.
