Sticks was originally designed as a custom logo for a sour gummy candy. It was then expanded to a full font, with numbers, symbols, foreign accents, and even a few ligatures. An all caps font, the capital letters are even more capital than the lower case capital letters. As a bold font, it's ideal for parties, flyers, greeting cards, posters, headlines, and snipes. Gerücht Typeface is a family of digital fonts designed in 2019 by Gabriele Bellanca for Rumors Foundry in three different weights and their corresponding slanted versions. All rights reserved. Gerücht (in English rumor) is the name of the font-family: today the name of a font is part of the graphic design itself, unlike in the past, where it usually consisted of a simple retrospective description (such as in the case of Gothic Condensed No.2) of its characteristics. It's a "one-word advertising slogan", writes Tobias Frere-Jones, which serves to build an idea and a charm to associate with that type of character.

Sheldon family draws inspiration from the beautiful and eloquent posters of Polish graphic artist Marian Stachurski. Generously sprinkled with stylistic oddities, this is the perfect typeface for having some cool typographic unevenness without losing the ever-handy sans-serifness. Sheldon is an all caps font but holds different characters on upper- and lower-case slots for a more consistent handcrafted feel. Normally, a short paragraph or two on this page tells the backstory to a font design. In this particular case, that story has been lost to time. Whatever the original source – whether a vintage bit of typography or an original idea – the beginnings of this font lay unfinished for quite a while as it was perceived to duplicate another previous release. However, after recently checking a sample of the design against other Jeff Levine Fonts, it’s reasonably certain this type face may have similar characteristics, but can stand on its own merit. That said, Clean Deco JNL is available in both regular and oblique versions.

The IronOn fonts are a collection of geometric display faces that were inspired by the iron-on t-shirt lettering of the 70s. The original source came from a submitted sample to the MyFonts "What the Font" forums, and while it had similarities to ITC Machine, it could not be tied to any existing typeface. And so, this new geometric sans family was born, exhibiting a more open letterstyle with several weights and widths, with a complete capital and lowercase set, no allcaps set here. Ideal for packaging, T-shirts, advertising, or for industrial applications like signage and newsletter headlines, this powerhouse font family offers a unique rigid flexibility.

This font is one of the most used broken letter fonts today. Fette Fraktur is used to invoke a nostalgic or rustic feeling and found often on restaurants with hearty homemade food’ or breweries who use the good old recipes’ of the founder. The font was designed in the 19th century and from the beginning intended as an advertisement typeface. The lower case letters have a gothic character with only the ornamental flourishes making them broken letters, while the capital letters are more characteristic of broken letter typefaces. One could say Fette Fraktur is a true mix of styles, not unusual for typefaces created at the turn of the 19th century.

I wouldn't recommend that you use this font for massive text, or text written in CAPS ... but then again, go ahead and try - I even kerned all the capital letters ... just in case that you would do something so crazy! :) Dynamique is a kind of a "straight out of the highway" grid-font. But then again, not ... if you use the lowercase alone, you have this almost monospaced font - try starting every word with a capital letter, and let it end with the alternate ligature, your words suddenly got even more power! If you want to go lightspeed - then use the same technique, but only with the italic version!

Leapfrog is a friendly and restless cursive font with no baseline containing 3 glyph variations per character. Each variant of the glyph is slightly different and is replaced randomly as you type, giving the impression of a unique handwriting. Museum is the Wundes foundry's first font revival. These letter forms are scanned from the engravings of Freeman Delamotte who in 1879 published a spectacular set of ancient and mediaeval ornamental alphabets. The original forms for this font were created in 1490, a few years before Columbus discovered America. There was not much information on the origin of this font, save that it came from a British museum, hence the name. The original character set was missing the letters J,P,V and W so I've constructed these letters in the same style to complete the alphabet. Other than those 4 additions, the engravings are true to their original forms.

Wasty Pudding was made by drawing a lot of letters, over and over again - and not caring so much about the looks, but focusing more on the speed of drawing, because I wanted a font that represented the way I write, when I am taking notes for myself. It’s not pretty, but it’s legible and scribbeliciously beautiful! :) Anyway, I think the purpose of this font is massive amounts of text. Song lyrics, novels, stories, diaries, manuscripts, books, etc. I bet you can fool someone with them thinking that this is not a font, because I have added 6 different versions of each lowercase letter!!!

Clumsy is a two weight all caps handcrafted awkward font with alternates for all characters and digits. The font was inspired by a few lines of text from an old soviet book about vine. Clumsy is a good choice for small amounts of text. When Clumsy is used in OpenType applications, its Contextual Alternates feature produce a striking random-like effect on glyphs distribution, achieved by cycling through alternates. When not using the Contextual Alternates feature, you can still pick the alternates in the Glyphs palette or use the alternates available from the keyboard upper and lower case.

Gobsmacked is a rather new English word. It has been around since 1959 and was used mostly around Liverpool at that time. The word means: ’astounded’, ‘flabbergasted’ (another nice word!) or ‘speechless’. Gob could be of French or Scottish Gaelic origin and means ‘mouth’. Gobsmacked font was created using a brush and black gouache. The result is a very eroded, very legible and quite unique brush font. I have created alternates for the lower case letters, plus two double letter ligatures (oo and ss). Use it for any design that needs a little brushwork; I am sure the result will leave you gobsmacked!

For some reason I had Paul Simon’s song ‘You Can Call Me All’ in my head when I was busy working on this font, so I just had to call it Bonedigger. Bonedigger does not dig bones, but it does have ‘heavy bones’, as it is quite big. Bonedigger is seriously eroded and would look great on book covers and product packaging. It comes in a lovely regular and italic style and a seriously twisted inline style (with, of course, its own italic). As the song goes: With a knick-knack paddywhack, give the dog a bone, this old font came rolling home.

I came across an article in which the author warned about the growing pile of technojunk. It appears we throw away 50 million tonnes of unwanted gadgets EVERY YEAR - and, yes, that number is growing as these are the figures for 2012. 50 million tonnes - just think of that! The new font I was working on had a squarish look - almost computer like, so I decided to call it technojunk. Hopefully you won't throw it away… Technojunk is a 3D font, every glyph was drawn by hand. It is fat, fun and very useful. Try it out!
