School Desk JNL is a block-style sanserif based on die-cut cardboard letters used in classrooms during the 1940s and 1950s for making various projects and teaching children the basic shapes of letters.

The family consists of four typefaces- regular, weathered, shaded and shadowed, and has it's origin in a design challenge which came up in conversation, as all the best ones do. In this case it was 'design a legible all capitals black letter...' Challenge accepted and completed!

Protest is inspired by protest posters and the power of the people! Each glyph is written by hand with a Sharpie® Magnum marker on big sheets of paper. It is designed to fit more into the poster and still be legible for the media from a block away. It's bold, slightly condensed, and neatly drawn with love and conviction, with the warm imperfection that comes from being hand drawn. Protest consists of over 1,430 glyphs. This includes 300 alphanumeric glyphs with 3 contextual alternates each, 20 stylistic alternate glyphs, and 20 protest themed dingbats. Contextual alternates will rotate through automatically when OpenType features are enabled, giving it more human irregularity. Protest supports 219 latin-based languages, using Underware’s Latin Plus glyph set.

Metaverse Display Font Family The basic skeleton structure of this font family is based on block-shaped rectangles and arcs. The Siseriff family of types contains nine different styles, which were developed by the master Swedish typographer Bo Berndal in 2002. Siseriff is a contemporary slab serif face. Except for the Siseriff Black weight, all of the letters display a slightly condensed appearance that is coupled with a relatively uniform width throughout the alphabet. Siseriff's nine styles are distributed across five weights (Light, Regular, Semi Bold, Bold and Black). The Italic companions for these styles (Siseriff Black does not have an italic companion) are true italics. These redrawn italics add a higher degree of differentiation from the Roman weights than could be achieved with obliques alone. Many common Slab Serif families (e.g., Serifa) do not offer this degree of differentiation. This variety makes Siseriff the perfect choice for journalistic and editorial work, where a good hierarchy may be achieved solely by relying on the various weights available, and their italics. The Country Blues it's a cool fancy font family inspired by the good old vinyl records / movie covers, bowling and golf aesthetics and good old Rock'n'Roll melodies such as "Runaround Sue" was. The sans comes in five widths from light to black. Each letter has a stylistic alternate to get your typography more individuality. Especially it looks good with all caps and bouncing baseline. But it still good with normal block texts with straight line. The script has also stylistic alternates for each capitals and some lowercase features as awesome underlined 'g'/ 'j' / 'y' or special 't' with long stroke. All these fonts come as Clear or Raw (roughen) style if you want to add some "Horror" mood. As a dessert you'll get the graphic font with a lot of vintage sign shapes. 78 graphic elements total. Wood Clarendon JNL is based on Hamilton Clarendon Condensed (circa 1899) and is available in both regular and oblique versions. The design of this typeface retains many of the charming (but slight) design irregularities often found within pantograph-cut wood type from the 1800s through the early 1900s.

Piano Lesson JNL comes from the hand lettered title on a 1940s-era piece of sheet music called "The Adult Explorer at the Piano". The mix of both regular and irregular character shapes makes for an interesting font that's Art Deco influenced, yet has its own individual personality.

Online auctions continue to be a surprising wealth of font design inspiration. In this instance, a number of silk embroidered Art Deco initials inside inverted triangles inspired Deco Pennant Initials JNL. The uppercase version is white lettering on a black background – similar to the originals. On the lowercase keys is a set of initials that are black on white with a black border. Since the inverted triangles resemble pennants, there’s a solid black blank on the left parenthesis key and a outlined blank one on the right parenthesis key. In this way, the initials could be used for monograms or interspersed with the blanks to form short banner messages.

A modern cutting designed to give the appearance of an old wood type. The letters were cut as linoleum blocks about 2 inches high, then duplicated as copper electrotypes. Used for some Ringling Bros. circus work.
