The Mehdi Mutamathil type family follows the guidelines of the Mutamathil type style. It has only one glyph for every basic Arabic Unicode character or letter. The Mehdi Mutamathil family includes all required Lam-Alif ligatures and selected marks positioning so it does use limited glyph substitutions or forming. Mehdi Mutamathil employs variable x-height values. Text strings composed using typefaces of this family are non-cursive with stand-alone isolated glyphs. The Mehdi Mutamathil family includes both Arabic and Arabic-Indic numerals, all required diacritic marks, Allah ligature, in addition to all standard English keyboard punctuations and major currency symbols. The fonts in this family support the following scripts: Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Pashtu, Kurdish, Baluchi, Kashmiri, Kazakh, Sindhi, Uyghur, Turkic, and all extended Arabic scripts.

Quadratique is the first font of a large family that was originated in geometric patterns. We developed a system through a square of 6 modules of side, which are transformed and combined to give up 104 originals glyphs. As a result, each letter is a subfamily that may be combined by overlapping (A, a, a.salt and a.swsh) and thus generate more than 365 glyphs, or thousands if we combine different letters. Quadratique is so easy to use, that user does not need guidance. You just must typeset [aaaa, bbbb, etc.] and start to play, try to make that each module overlapping with others and repeat [(a + A) (a + A) (a + A), etc.] You may create thousands of new patterns and creative frames just combining different modules.

Ni Serif is a contemporary serif typeface with slight diagonal modulation, amazingly legible, and with a very steady rhythm that allows a wonderful performance, especially in long passages of text. Ni Sans closely match the design characteristics and proportions of the serif counterpart. Ni Sans undeniably shows the strong calligraphic influence that comes from Ni Serif, resulting in a very comfortable humanistic typeface, suited both for print and digital environments. Ni Slab is not a simple Sans with serifs attached. Despite the thick and strong serifs, Ni Slab is a gentle mixture of the DNA of the Serif and Sans counterpart and does not intend to reflect any mechanic approach.

With a somewhat formal (ha ha) yet warm, friendly feel, its normally calm, even tempered and sensible rhythm takes on the syncopated, jazzy beat that goes along with too many martinis when discretionary ligatures are turned on. A friend once asked, was I trying to design a font that looked sort of �Korean?� I said no, I was trying to mess up the Latin alphabet. So, here it is: After 5, a bold, upright condensed slab-serif display typeface with a mixed-up attitude. Complete with bold roman and matching italics. This attention getting font is ideal for Posters, headlines, Packaging and logos.

Équipage is a French word meaning ‘crew’. It is used for the crew on boats, airplanes, but it also applies to horse-drawn carriages and all that goes with it. Originally the word means ‘to fit out’ and it is probably derived from the Norse word ‘skipa’, which means ‘arrange, fit out a ship’. Then, if you’re really interested, the word ‘ship’ hails from this same word, just like the Danish ‘skib’, Middle Dutch ‘ship’, Dutch ‘schip’ and German ‘Schiff’. See? You learn something every day! Équipage is a really nice, handmade serif font. It is quite elegant and would look fantastic on labels, postcards and book covers. Comes with extensive language support and a set of alternates for the lower case glyphs.

Albion's Americana is a fun display family and a tribute to our transatlantic friends. The stars and stripes motif is applied to an American inspired all capitals Roman display face, producing something that is bold and boisterous and well...American. The regular face is intended for conventional use, while the 'Black', 'Red', 'White' and 'Blue' faces are designed to facilitate patriotic multi-coloured lettering (of course, you can use other colours as well). It's worth trying out different combinations here- Black and White alone work well, as does read, white and blue minus black. Albion's Americana Companion is also offered, intended as a small or all capitals face for subsidiary lettering. Next time you need some graphic typesetting with that American feel, this is your answer!

Linotype Syntax™ Letter is reminiscent of the style of the Roman Rustic capitals and is an earthy, almost snappy companion to the other Linotype Syntax™ typefaces. Instead of subtly expressing the rhythmic dynamism of handwritten letters, this face is more overt about its connections to writing movements, such as the lead-in and exiting terminals, and the organic branching of round strokes from main stems. Linotype Syntax Letter was designed especially for office communications, and it does add a warmer, more personal touch to such documents — while still combining nicely with the more formal Syntax relatives. The Boboli garden in Florence (16th century) is one of the first examples of Italian renaissance garden, where nature was shaped into geometric beauty; the Boboli font was designed in the same spirit, filtered by a Modernist view. It comes in two sets, Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer: by mixing them you can compose the typographic season of your choice. From the geometric, minimal Fall/Winter set stem the leaves of the baroque-esque Spring/Summer set, with many stylistic alternatives that allow perfect matching. Probably everyone living in Europe has heard of the (in)famous Route Du Soleil. The Route Du Soleil (Motorway Of The Sun) is a stretch of road from Paris to Lyon (in the south). It is THE route holiday makers take to reach southern France, so they can get there before everyone else does. The result: endless traffic jams, overheated engines and people and more toxic exhaust fumes than your average petroleum distillery. Route Du Soleil is also a very nice hand written font that comes with swashes and ligatures. If you happen to find yourself in a traffic jam on your way to southern France, then I hope you have downloaded this font. Just one look at it and you’ll forget your problems! ;-)

Geogrotesque Stencil is a member of the popular Geogrotesque family, and despite being thought as a display typeface, it goes one step further and tries to solve some of the typical problems with stencils fonts. Liquorice Twist is a light-hearted fun font which developed from some hand drawn text designed to accompany and be integrated with some ‘Zen Doodling’ art that someone had drawn. It is very informal and unconventional, with the glyphs created using unusual and loose ‘rules’. The font has a set of stylistic alternates with equal height lower-case letters. It also has the option of alternate initial capitals and alternate ending lower case letters accessible via contextual alternates. Nono is the nickname of my oldest son, Konstantin. His little brother could not really speak yet, but he was always looking for him and said something to the tune of, "wea is a nono". From that time on I call Konstantin Nono. I designed a handwritten script with his real name, that i named Konstantin. Now I made this slick version of that script – hence – Nono! I made three basic sets of characters plus a smallcaps version. To top things off, I designed a set of endletters that I throw in for free. Everything can be mixed! Arzachel is a humanistic sanserif with a big x-height and a specific organic look. Its design is scientifically sharp and efficient in small type sizes as well as rugged and dramatic in headlines. Arzachel’s essential feeling comes from several features: all the letters are slightly sloped, stem terminations are flared at the top, and the terminals in letters a, c, e, f… are widening with the inside parts completely flat. The stroke contrast is low in the regular weight while it increases in the black; finally the capitals have an inscriptional flavor. Despite being a sanserif (thus a product of recent typography) Arzachel’s roots stretch back to the Renaissance tradition: Olocco took inspiration from some of the early and rather weird types cut in Venice in the 15th century. Arzachel was conceived during Olocco’s MA in Reading to provide a companion for his Zenon for use in small type sizes. But instead of expanding the Zenon family with optical sizes, the designer decided on a sans with its own personality rather than a sanserif version of Zenon with chopped-off serifs.

Chilada is an outrageous display family by designer Patricia Lillie for Image Club. Across four versions, the decorate treatment inside Chilada's letters becomes more intense. Chilada characters exude an energy of their own. Their design could be described as a cross between Bank Gothic and Neuland, with a spoonful of funk mixed in. Big and chunky, Chilada's forms are made up of straight lines only. There are no curved elements. The resulting design is angular and cuts a good figure on the page. Of the Chilada family's four members, the basic font is named Chilada Uno. Uno is Spanish for one!" The forms of Chilada Uno's letter are solid black-or whatever color you choose to set them in! Chilada Dos, Tres, and Quatro each offer their own decorative treatments: Chilada Dos's letters sport a zigzag inline, Chilada Tres is decorated or an ornamented leaving leaves more black from the letters than white, while Chilada Quatro's level of decoration is just crazy. Its letters are made up more more from white space than from black marks. Chilada Quatro is almost an outline font!"

Organic versus geometric are two different universes that converges on nature systems and has its reflection on this new sans serif typeface. Frambuesa is a half humanist-half geometric sans that merges decorative curves with straight lines looking for a balance. The result: a solid but somewhat romantic, nostalgic type program that go ahead harmoniously, dancing to the rhythm of a naturally imperfect melody. Frambuesa can’t hide its family genetics. Structure and proportions come from Elisetta, her older sister they so both have a really good text performance. Regular variables and italics feel comfortable in a lot of contexts and are useful for little words or big title compositions. Eurostile® is one of the most important designs from the Italian font designer Aldo Novarese. It was originally produced in 1962 by the Nebiolo foundry as a more complete version of the earlier Microgramma, a caps-only font designed by Novarese and A. Butti. Eurostile reflects the flavor and spirit of the 1950s and 1960s. It has big, squarish shapes with rounded corners that look like television sets from that era. Eurostile has sustained the ability to give text a dynamic, technological aura. It works well for headlines and small bodies of text. The Eurostile font family has 11 weights, from roman to bold and condensed to extended. In 2009 Linotype released a revised version in the Platinum Collection under the name , with three weights in all three different styles. Julia Child once said: the secret to great french cooking is butter, butter, butter. Thus, we present to you Manteiga - butter in Portuguese! - a typeface for heart-melting, word-spreading goodness. The idea we had was to play with brush lettering - a style we love - and go as far as we can with the shapes of the letters while finding balance between positive and negative space. We wanted biiiig personality. And small inconsistencies - the ones that add texture and life to lettering. We left extensive OpenType features and technical stuff aside for a moment, adding later only what we thought was necessary, like different shapes for the Q, a and g - for example. All caps setting was something we wanted from the beginning. In text case, the x-height is rather short for a brush script, and this lends a quirky voice. Spacing is ultra tiiiiight so don’t go too small, but make it as big as you want! Ah! And there are some fun dingbats thrown in for good measure.
