So Skinny and Husky were created to be with Regular and all together, they became Family Joe. All is well.

Happenstance came out of a play session with Bezier curves with a sense of fun built into its being. First came play, then came work. Deconstructed JNL is another set of rubber stamp alphabet letters and numbers from a 1930s toy printing set. The original typeface of this set is Cheltenham Open. Searching the internet for interesting type ideas leads one to many unusual items for sale online. An antique, hand-cut metal stencil from France with the word “Bagagens” [luggage] provided a condensed Art Deco design in a semi-stencil format (some solid letters, others with traditional ‘breaks’ within the characters).
