A cute and funny kid-friendly typeface inspired from bears and handmade with passion and joy. Will you believe if we say, HollaBear is made by bear cubs. The typeface is essentially simple but very uniquely expressive when it comes to the design of posters, flyers, cartoons graphics, logotype, web and display usage. A movie poster for the 1952 Dean Martin & Jerry Lewis comedy “Sailor Beware” had the text rendered in a casual style of brush lettering similar to that found on store show cards. This inspired Show Card Brush JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Batchelder Elements contains 26 images from legendary Pasadena tilemaker Ernest Batchelder's design books of the 1920s. From cats to ducks to flowers -- even a bear and a couple of rabbits -- there's a design for everyone and every purpose.

Frozen Memory is a heavy-boned cartoon display font. Even though it was completely made by hand (using a roller ball pen and some quality paper), it has a clean look, crisp lines and generous curves. Frozen Memory comes in three distinct styles, helping you to create versatile designs. Frozen Memory urges you to eat more ice-cream, but just beware of that brain freeze!

Brumers is a fun sans serif font. Inspired by the curves of a bear. The basic concept is actually hand-drawn. Then, I developed and improved it in the next process. It comes in six styles, which makes it easy to choose according to the project you are working on. Brumers is perfect for headlines, branding, and many more.

The hand-lettered movie titles from one of the William Powell-Myrna Loy "Thin Man" series of films was the basis for Intrigue JNL. Although the lettering style is decidedly from the Art Deco era, it also bears a strong resemblance to the 1980s techno movement; this font being adaptable to any era or design theme.

If you watched ND Gestalt glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. You know all these sans serifs will be lost in time, like tears in rain… If you like circles you will like ND Gestalt just as much. The unconventional stem to counter bridge in the lowercase gives this one its rather unique appeal. Fonts like this are unlike any other font – they’re either a benefit or a hazard. Beware!

Streamwood JNL is an outline sans wood type re-drawn from vintage source material. The design bears strong resemblance to Woodlawn JNL; but is a bit narrower and has a much different set of numbers as well as a more stylized letter "Q".

Beware of the Phantasm! Just in time for Halloween, Phantasm is perfect for your creepiest projects. It has great legibility and boasts a much larger character set than most display fonts. It can look wispy and vaporous, or you can make it look like it has been scratched into a surface by hand. All letterforms use a minimum of strokes and the gentle curves reinforce the hand-etched look.

Gyanko is one of a kind display font. With tight and equal side bearing, bold weight, and rhyme! It comes with Regular and Stencil version. Use it with tight space for the best result. Of course it's support multilingual. I also add some alternate, so you can have more option when you using the interlock feature. Have fun with Gyanko!

This typeface bears a superficial resemblance to Belwe Extrabold, but is based on a work called Thor, issued by Frederic Wesselhoeft Ltd of London in the 1930s. The characters in this font are loosely spaced for use in attention-getting subheads, but you can tighten the tracking to get spectacular headlines, should you wish. Both versions of the font include 1252 Latin, 1250 CE (with localization for Romanian and Moldovan).

Remember party banners made out of string and letters on cutout card shapes? Well, Valentine's letters is the typeface equivalent of these joyful banners. A wise orange cat said once: There are three things certain in life. Death, taxes and teddy bears. The closest thing to a fourth is red tape. Restricting you, bounding you to the rules of a bureaucratic organisation. My advise, carry a scissor with you all the time to cut through it. WBP Red Tape is a great monospace font specifically designed for headings and logo design.

Just Animals… is just really cute. 34 animals – monkey, frog, bear, sheep, tiger, leopard, lion, cat, dog, horse, cow, penguin, birds, ducks, snake, bunny, ladybug, dragonfly, fish, shark, turtle, pig, mouse, hippo, elephant, giraffe and a deer. Think scrapbooking or kid’s party invitations. Lots of cuteness, lots of uses.

Arnold Boecklin is a true Art Nouveau font, evocative of outdoor cafes in the years prior to World War l. Arnold Boecklin seems to be telling a story, with its decorative curves and varying emphasis of strokes. The Arnold Boecklin font should be used for specific copy as in headlines or advertisements, bearing in mind its strong design. Arnold Boecklin is a trademark of Linotype GmbH and may be registered in certain jurisdictions.

Wilderness Doodles is full of water and trees and mountains. Silhouettes of fish, moose, beaver, bears, elk, wolf, deer and sheep. Camping and hunting boots, float plane, coffee pot, cabin, tent, ax, hatchets, snowshoes, canoe and more. Create ads, invitations, store signage, cards, placemats. All with a outdoorsy Northwoods feel.

Performance is a set of perforated plates that appear to be characters. The construction of characters is described by sequences of holes whose shape and placement define the appearance and mood of font styles. An interesting feature of the design is an absence of side bearings and leading. Due to this feature a text article set by Performance forms a perforated coherent surface similar to postage stamp block.

Horror Korpus is an artistic rebellion, a statement against the clean and the pristine, evoking the gritty scenes of a horror movie into your design. With flames burning in its strokes and a wild, untamed demeanor, this rough font wears a garment of distress, with eroded and destroyed textures that screams an extreme temperament. It stands defiant, bearing a resemblance to edgy tattoo designs that adorn the bravest of souls.

Himawari means ‘Sunflower’ in Japanese. It was raining while I worked on this font, so I needly something to cheer me up - like bright yellow sunflowers! Himawari Script is a nice and neat handmade font, which was (more or less) inspired by an older font of mine, called mama Bear and, like the font it was modeled on, was made with a bamboo pen and Chinese ink. Himawari Script comes with some swashes and a cute smiling sunflower (just enable Stylistic Alternates and hit *).

A 1934 advertisement for the Roney Plaza Hotel at 23rd Street and Collins Avenue on Miami Beach yielded the inspiration for Tropical Tourist JNL. While this wonderful example of Art Deco lettering survived, sadly the original Roney was torn down around 1969 and replaced with a modern apartment house/condos bearing the same name.

Roosk is a round, reverse-contrast serif designed for display usages. It bears a 70s influence as well as a subtle western vibe, although it’s more rounded and chunky. The font is a single weight, Caps only and sports a set of 450+ glyphs and some cute symbols such as hearts and floral hearts. Roosk has Cyrillic and All European Languages Support and is best suited for posters, headlines, editorial, merchandise and packaging.

Dex Gothic is another sort of stencil type. Instead of the "normal" routine of blocked-out horizontal or vertical areas, Dex Gothic creates its stencil appearance through the unique placement of diagonals. The result is a technical-like appearance, which bears some resemblance to 1980s technology products. Dex Gothic should be used large in headlines or logos.

This typeface was inspired by a font used by Henrie Ballard. Ballard operated on Fleet Street at the Signe of the Bear in London, England. He was active in the industry from 1597-1608. The font is meant to capture the feel of the original typeface with the capability of reproducing the many ligatures that are part of what make that era's printing interesting. The Italic version has a dramatic feel that is almost handwritten in appearance. Every Proportional Lime font comes with a complete guide to its Unicode extended character set.

Our Galindo Pro was inspired by the heavy-weight animated fonts such as Ad Lib, Nightclub, and Bear Club, blending geometric cuts with light-hearted contours. Collateral Damage is a classic splatter font from the earlier days of the internet. A consistent fan favorite since its initial release in 1999, this ink-dripping font was inspired by the gonzo art of Ralph Steadman. It looks hand-painted, like graffiti. Or crazy scary, like splattered blood. It was made by designer Chris Hunt who lives in the Canadian North with the polar bears. After years as a Chank.com exclusive, it is now available at MyFonts for your personal or commercial use.

Quota is an investigation into the modularity of the Cyrillic alphabet. Unlike Latin and Greek, the Cyrillic alphabet owes much of its form to its development in early industrious printing and movable type. This lead the Cyrillic alphabet to be dominated by hard edge and straight lines, giving it a much more modular overall construction. The forms within the Cyrillic alphabet therefor allow for all the characters themselves to have somewhat unified side bearings without compromising ease of reading. Within Quota the default character set has only unified side bearing, giving a more relaxed mono-spaced appearance. While the first stylistic set unifies the entire character set with the same character width, creating a true mono-spaced typeface. Quota was initially designed in Cyrillic, catering to all languages using the alphabet. While the Latin was designed after, and is loosely based of the forms present within the Cyrillic alphabet.

Diaper Bag is a ding bat font providing images related to baby: bottles, pacifiers, rattles, cribs, bassinets, safety pins, and some random things like umbrellas (for a baby shower), expecting moms, storks, baby feet, teddy bear, rubber duckey, booties, teething ring, etc. You can use these to make baby shower invites, baby announcements, and anything you can customize with your own design. Caslon Antique was designed by Berne Nadall and brought out by the American type foundry Barnhart Bros & Spindler in 1896 to 1898. It doesn’t bear any resemblance to Caslon, but has the quaint crudeness of what people imagine type looked like in the eighteenth century. Use Caslon Antique for that “old-timey” effect in graphic designs. It looks best in large sizes for titles or initials.

Caleb Mono Font Family It is originally inherited from Caleb Grotesk. And, It is a reinterpretation of the proportional and grotesque sensibility of Glphs with a more modern and rarity feeling. Monospace fonts are a great choice for any designer who wants to create a retro, and minimalist feel. The disadvantages of ambiguous readability due to its wide width and mechanical placement are clearly present, but still attractive and elegant. To overcome these shortcomings, this font family gave variable side bearing values to each glyph and adjusted the width of the glyphs themselves. It is designed with a more human sensibility.

Reinstaedt is a fancy new display font family designed from scratch by Andreas Stötzner. The very first sketches were inspired during a holiday spent in remote Reinstädt of Thuringia (Germany). This family was inspired by an engraved plate from Diderot & Dalembert's Encyclopedia (publication beginning in 1751), illustrating the chapter devoted to letter engraving techniques. The plate bears two engravers names : "Aubin" (may be one of the four St Aubin brothers ?)and "Benard" ( which name is present below all plates of the Encyclopedia printed in Geneva ). It seems to be a transitional type, but different from Fournier or Grandjean. Small caps are included in fonts for TTF and OTF version, separate files are included in the family sets of the Mac TT version.

Stripes is a caps only font and does not contain additional ligatures, because there is an easy way to create as many of them as you like. To form a ligature, convert your word or word string into vectors. Activate the corner points of the straight lines (not the round ones) of a letter and drag them over the next or the previous letter. This way you can create any ligature of your own. Beware of overkilling, it could decrease the legibility of your text. Besides the normal J, Stripes contains a stylistic alternate which should be used to avoid ugly gaps between critical letter pairs (see pdf document).
