Velino is the most recent of our Premium Typefaces. The serif version comes in two packages with three widths: Velino, Velino Condensed and Velino Compressed. The Display package contains high contrast typefaces, with a modern flair, very feminine but with plenty of character, specially designed for fine print in big text sizes. The Text package was designed for any running text. It’s proportions and colors make it the ideal for text, even in very difficult conditions such as newspaper printing. We also designed the perfect companion to this enormous type system: Velino Poster, a Slab Serif typeface with only one weight and it’s respective italic, but with plenty of muscle, for every time some extra strength is needed, like setting very big text, magazine covers or newspaper’s special sections. Finally we designed Velino Sans and Velino Sans Condensed to perfectly match the weight and proportions of Velino, all with matching italics.

NoExit is an industrial vernacular type system with multiple widths. Originally designed for the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel, its inspiration was an old sign that said “STAIRWAY” found the hotel’s old building. A pointed uppercase letter A stood up against the mechanic aspect of the rest of the letters, and that discrepancy was love at first sight. From that, we developed a type system in multiple widths and weights that looks best at large sizes. It’s an ideal typeface for signage systems, magazine headlines, posters and packaging.

Using the built-in OpenType pseudo-random contextual alternates and over 300 individually drawn ligatures, you can infuse your typography with personality and variety.** OpenType Features Meritocracy comes with more than 900 glyphs! Whitley is a handwritten signature font package with a personal charm. With a style that I feel is the first time being blended with a different brush so it has a natural hand. It includes Whitley Alt weights which have alternative characters, both with capital letters and small that is completely new. Mundane information—the sort you might ignore—often appears in the form of very simple, utilitarian lettering, devoid of personality, the sort of industrial lettering you find on old blueprints, park restrooms, and electrical boxes.
