Designed for Linotype Library GMBH and the International Typeface Corporation in 1997 by Phil Grimshaw. Based on bold script Banco designed by French graphic and poster designer Roger Excoffon and released in 1952 by the Fonderie Olive. Originally Banco was an all-caps bold typeface, and the lower case and the corresponding light weight were created for ITC. Banco was the first typeface work of French designer Roger Excoffon and was released in 1952. Bango Pro is a lively, heavyweight font with a strong cartoon feel, perfect for poster design, packaging, and anything that needs to draw attention - in an informal way. Since 2005, I have repeatedly attempted to create a neutral-looking grotesque with a humanistic character. I wanted a pleasant, soft typeface. The typeface should appear similar to Helvetica or Univers, but with more open shapes and therefore better readability. The features are deliberately reserved with 4 gradations plus italics. The onum feature for Old Style Figures contains additional alternative letters such as a looped g. The italics have a swash feature with some decorative shapes. As a sans serif, HGB Bacco does not appear to be technically constructed, but has a friendly, open character and is also suitable for longer texts.

ITC Vino Bianco was created by German designer Jochen Schuss. He drew his inspiration from the handwriting of the waiter in his favorite local pub, especially the form of the capital Q. Based on this one character Schuss developed the entire alphabet. The figures are sketchy and generous and look as though they were written on paper with a ball point pen.
