TwentyFourNinetyOne [2491] is a reinterpretation of the alphabet of 1919 by Theo van Doesburg; the original a true rendering of the thinking of the Dutch-based art movement “de Stijl.” Jump forward to 1980 and prop lettering used on the Buck Rogers in the 25th Century television series; a vernacular typeface that was a utilitarian mix of geometry and pixel-based forms, used to symbolize the futuristic universe of 2491. At times it would appear on spaceships, laser guns, signage at space ports or in one episode, a Spandex tapestry. It only seemed logical to combine and rethink the letterforms, add ligatures + other extras, and see what the results would be. Fushar is a bold comic color font family which comes in 5 layer-styles easy to compose in a multicolor manner and 3 OpenType-SVG color styles to make the work faster and easier. Character set covers Latin alphabet of European languages, Vietnamese and Pinyin with standard ligatures, digits, punctuation, currencies and other symbols - the total of 555 glyphs. The idea came from a custom logotype I made several years ago for a local charity organisation that helps children. The logotype was based on bold letters with light that make the "balloon" effect visible in "Holes" style. Later I expanded the family with "Cuts" and all the derivative fonts that make the whole color family. The purpose was to create a funny, friendly and playful script that would embrace the beauty of the Arabic script which is available in Fushar Arabic. The Latin character set is a useful addition and is available in multilingual bundles. Solid, Cuts and Holes are classic one-color styles which can be used separately to compose a simple text. Clementine, from Okaycat, is a font designed to be expressive. First, we wanted Clementine to be uplifting, friendly and warm. Secondly, we wanted it to be familiar, but neither staid nor boring. To make Clementine more warm and friendly, 90 degree corners and cubic forms were not allowed. All straight edges are either subtly curved or lightly tapered (with the small exception of the serif foundations, to create a secure base). To add an uplifting feel, all tapering flows towards the apex of the forms and the ascenders were allowed extra rising freedom above the capital height, similar to the effect intended in the architecture of old European churches -- to point all elements gently upwards towards heaven. To keep Clementine familiar, traditional type setting shapes were used throughout the font. To avoid the usual coldness of typical typewritten fonts, all forms were opened up, calligraphic touches were introduced, and any unnecessary serif elements were omitted. The result is a look that brings a touch of nostalgia or a "retro" feel. Clementine is highly appropriate anywhere a soft and friendly feel is desired. Can work well as a body text, or as ad copy. The Vale Press was a contemporary of Willam Morris's Kelmscott Press. The types used by the Vale Press were designed by artist Charles Ricketts, who also supervised the design and printing of Vale Press books. The main type used, Vale, was based on the Jenson 15th century roman type style. The King's Fount was an experimental semi-uncial font based on the Vale type. In October 2010 I released a font called “Zanoix” It was based upon a an old horror movie poster. I looked through and old folder, and found the font that served as a base for this the grungy font. Zonaix is opposite to Zanoix, because it is super clean, pointy and is made entirely of straight lines! Today this old beautiful wood type rises again from the archives complete with original numbers and an all new lowercase. An all caps Greek character set has also been added plus accented characters for western, central and Eastern European countries. Included in each font file are two sets of left and right pointing hands located on the Less Than and Greater Than keys and also on the Bracket keys. Because this font works well with a Las Vegas theme I've decided to make the pointing hands gambling related with one set of hands rolling dice and the other holding cards. The condensed versions were created because in today's computer graphics applications people stretch and condense fonts to fit their project but don't notice the change in vertical stroke widths or line thickness. After compressing the letter shapes of each Broadgauge Ornate condensed font the vertical lines were corrected making sure they were the proper width or thickness. The results are balanced condensed versions that weren't simply compressed with out consideration for their appearance.

MedicineShelf has old-fashioned looking letters on old-fashioned looking bottles. The letters are taken from the typeface NeuAltisch . The MedicineShelf-Blank and MedicineShelf-Outline styles can be used in layers with the base MedicineShelf font to increase the coloring possible with this typeface.

SchwarzKopf is an 18th Century European "Schwabacher" blackletter which features a distressed edge for creating authentic "antique" documents. Old features the long "s" and other archaic forms. Both Old and New variations feature many additional ligatures such as tz, sch, ss, ff and ck.
