This font was created with math teachers in mind. It is hard to represent fractions in a way that can print easily in black and white on worksheets or tests. A very distinctive style of font, in a kind of art deco style form the '30s. Distinguishing characteristics of Frank Marciulano’s Linotype Automat™ are its strictly constructed basis and its uniquely placed stroke contrasts.
