The name Powerplay is based on the Battersea Power Station, London. A vintage rubber stamp alphabet and star printing set had a package header with Art Deco-inspired lettering describing the product. Snow Job JNL was inspired by the hand lettered titles for the 1964 Rankin-Bass animated holiday classic "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer".
