Scoreboard JNL emulates illuminated scoreboards and is based on an alphabet found in an old clip art book of sports-themed alphabets.

Oldhand is based on an original handwriting of an elderly gentleman. I worked it over carefully to keep the handmade, authentic touch.

Frederic Goudy designed this blackletter face based on Gutenberg's 42-line Bible. The Lombardic Caps were designed as an accompaniment to Goudy Text and are offered paired with the lower case as an alternate option. The Goudy Text Shaded is an inline variant that was added later by Lanston Monotype. Both varieties of capitals, as well as an expanded Central European character set, are offered in the Opentype set versions.

Based on an engravers’ pattern plate, this outline form deriving from an English roundhand was fitted to linecasting matrices by Intertype about 1940.

Kylemott was developed from an earlier font called Quadlateral. It was a look at the curve and line used in an angular fashion.

Naughty Brush is a set of two fonts, featuring an upright an upright caps and regular slant style, and also includes extra swashes.

Crosstown JNL is a serif treatment of Midtown JNL, an Art Deco typeface displayed in the pages of an old 'how to' lettering book.

Spring Fashion JNL was modeled after an example of hand lettering from an old book displayed on an online auction. Rendered in lower case only with basic punctuation, this type design was made specifically for headlines. Its light, airy personality adds charm to simple ad copy or titles.

Bygone is an elegant brush font - well, insofar a brush font can actually be elegant that is… It is an all caps typeface, completely handmade using Chinese ink and a rather expensive brush. Use it for posters, book covers and packaging. Comes with an old-fashioned amount of diacritics.

Viva Moira is an experimental psychedelic display font inspired by the delicate and curled leaves of Monstera esqueleto. This font has an all-caps format with charmingly connected letters or ligatures, making it an ideal choice for posters, titles, and designs that require a distinctive and vibrant theme.

GalexicaMono is an attempt to create a futuristic typewriter font, which may be an oxymoron. Unlike most typewriter fonts, it is sans-serif. The family has two weights, plain and bold, each with an oblique style. For a variant of the design that is not monospaced, see Galexica.

Emphasis is the work of lettering artist Martin Wait. Its eye-catching double line effect highlights any display in an authoritative, contemporary style. Emphasis is an all caps alphabet which offers an alternative to conventional brush lettering styles, giving a casual yet robust look wherever it is used.

XPawnShop is a typographical chess font; the pieces are letters. The Pawn is an awkward letter P, the knight is a horse in the shape of an h, the bishop is a decorative letter B, the rook is an elephant with an R shape, the queen is a Q, and the king is an ornate K. Two other XPawnShop fonts are made of very simple pieces, but as a bonus, both have the set of dominoes from the unicode block 1F030 to 1F093. Modeled after an image of an almost complete set of Latin Condensed wood type, Cattle Trail JNL is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Henri Modeste is a mix of capital and lowercase forms. It has an high contrast and many ligatures to give your documents an eccentric look.

Overbold is an unapologetic display typeface inspired by an illustration in Eric Gill's Essay on Typography (p.51), in which he demonstrates �how not to make letters�. In particular, he shows that increasing the weight of the downstroke in a serif �A� without structural adjustments yields an absurd, �overbold� result. I found the letter so charming that I decided to blatantly disregard Gill's wisdom and draw an entire overbold typeface. Here is the result. I'm not sorry.

Most folks might picture wood type lettering as the fancy styles of the 1880s which so perfectly evoked images of the Old West. Occasionally there is an exception to that rule, as an online image of some vintage wood letters with an Art Deco influence inspired a revival as a digital type face. Wood Lined JNL features a bold alphabet with an engraved line throughout the characters, and is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Based on an architect's handwriting, Lu has a good balance between quirkiness and legibility. With an extended character set, it is a good choice for setting short texts.

It is inspired by the geometric typefaces of the 1920s and the egyptiennes of the 1930s. An emphasis on circular and rectangular shape give it the identity.

Kubrickle is an unique typeface release by the Discourse Type foundry. It comes in three styles a block, stencil and swash. The swash types comes with an large set of special ligatures that can give you titles an edge. Strongbox JNL is based in part on an incomplete sample of an old wood type alphabet seen on an image sharing site. Commonly known as a grotesk (or grotesque) face, this style of sans serif lettering is well-suited for headlines, display work, price cards or anything where a bold, condensed typeface is needed.

Gábor Kóthay in Hungary has developed an archaic identity largely based upon lettering from a rare Type Specimen of the Jesuit Academy Press of Tyrnavia (1773). They have developed many baroque style typefaces of Hungarian derivation. Gábor wanted an authentic handwriting revival from that age as well. La Danse is a 'facsimile' font, based on the manuscript of an inventory found in the original Tyrnavia specimen. The manuscript was written in an archaic Latin alphabet therefore some modern interpretations have been inserted.
