Originally designed by Alois Ganslmeier as a Billboard-Font, the Coma Font was later developed into a complete typeset with capitals and small letters, Cyrillic letters, Greek letters and Hebrew letters by Andy Jörder and Jörg Herz. The inspiration for this font came from a wall-writing in Cuba. At first glance we thought: "There is something wrong with the wall-writing." But a closer look revealed, that it just mixed up different stroke-styles. That "feature" became the designing principle behind CA Segundo: Round characters like O, U or C are available either with a fat or a thin stroke, whereas other characters with orthogonal lines come in two different styles – uppercase characters emphasize the vertical strokes, while lower cases emphasize the horizontal strokes. This gives you the opportunity to design just while you type.

Killer Garbage is a grunge version of my Spitzenklasse font. It's worn and torn real bad - but not more than the font is still legible even at very small sizes. I don't fancy grunge fonts that only has one or two versions of each letter available. The text usually gets very static and predictable, because the same letters are repeated again and again. That's why I have included 6 different versions of each letter in this font! And the great thing about this is that the letters automatically cycles as you type! Forget everything about repeating the same letters all the time!!!

Montix is a narrow, constructed type family that developed by the German designer Diana Fischer in 2003. With five weights (light, light italic, regular, regular italic, and bold), Montix is a particularly effective small family, especially when used for headline or display purposes. Montix's letterforms have relatively long ascenders and descenders, which compared with its horizontally compact body gives it its unique style. The gifted Hungarian punch-cutter and printer Miklós Kis was active in Amsterdam in the 1680s. Iki Mono is a multifaceted monospaced typeface designed for publishing and coding. Its sans serif structure displays some letterforms (as well as a degree of contrast) that are reminiscent of 19th-century grotesques, while in the non-oblique versions the letters have been very slightly slanted leftwards. Like typewriter typefaces Iki Mono has to cope with the limitations of a width system that forces shapes into a specific space. This extensive type family of forty weights and styles – from Compressed Thin to ExtraExpanded Bold, including their slanted versions – takes its name ‘Iki’ from the Japanese word for breath.

The type family in four basic styles was designed in ParaType (ParaGraph) in 1992 by Tagir Safayev. Based on Frutiger, of Mergenthaler Linotype, 1976 by Adrian Frutiger. Frutiger font was originally designed for use on signs at the new Charles de Gaulle Airport at Roissy. The straightforward sans serif shapes are suited well for both text and display setting. Six additional styles were added in 1998-2000. Multilingual versions of 6 styles (Light, Demi and Extrabold) include Armenian alphabet designed by Manvel Shmavonyan in 1997. Two condensed Cyrillic styles (Demi Condensed and Bold Condensed) designed by Manvel Shmavonyan in 2005.

This is a fully connected script font, not calligraphic, but entirely designed to follow handwritten cursive ligatures rules as teached in schools. In order to correctly visualize it, you have to enable OpenType features (Contextual Alternates, Discretionary Ligatures, Standard Ligatues and Kerning). Trying to write All Capitals will generate Block Letters writings, since cursive style doesn't allow more than the first uppercase per word, however this font is not meant to be a Block Letters font. Using specific type combinations will generate special glyphs. All of these features are intended to reproduce a classic schoolboy or schoolgirl notebook.

Print Shop Parts JNL has a nostalgic assortment of blank sign panels, a pointing hand, decorative embellishments and even an assortment of "Made in U.S.A.", "Made in America" and "Made in United States" emblems located on the 1-9 keys. All are from vintage type catalogs and sign painting instruction books from the early 1900s. When scaled up, the blank sign panels can be used for small signs or price tags as originally made in years past. Duc de Berry is a part of the 1990 program Type before Gutenberg, which included the work of twelve contemporary font designers and represented styles from across the ages. Linotype offers a package including all these fonts on its web page, www.fonts.de. The design of Duc de Berry was influenced by those of typefaces created between the 13th and 16th centuries. The font was named after Duc de Berry, whose beautiful missals inspired typefaces of the 15th century. Niveau Grotesk—the companion of Niveau Serif —is a type family of six weights plus matching italics and small caps. It was designed by Hannes von Döhren in 2013. Influenced by classical nineteenth-century faces, the fonts are based on geometric forms. Because of its straight architecture, Niveau Grotesk has a “punch” in big sizes but is very legible in smaller sizes and longer texts—in print or on screen. Niveau Grotesk is equipped for complex, professional typography with alternate letters, arrows, fractions and an extended character set to support Central and Eastern European as well as Western European Languages.

The "Fou" typeface family was designed as an alternative to "Trade Gothic condensed bold". During the design process of a normally wide font variant a system developed that responds to white space and changing proportions. Thus, round transitions become rectangular and vice versa, space is made and space is taken away. This system and the associated changes are continued on a model with semi-serifs. "Fou" can also be used as an alternative to Din or the wider Q-Type, but in comparison offers more room for emphasis with its italics and condensed styles, expert sets and numerous special characters.

Anca typeface started as a comission work for Fest Anca, an international animation festival. They needed something to complement the corporate identity of the festival. Inspiration came from a sketch made by my friend long time ago, which had a tremendous potential. As letters were digitized and the basic alphabet was completed, a very practical and universal typeface resulted. The whole type family has a playful and simple look with rounded stroke endings as well as long ascenders. The construction skeleton uses the minimum number of strokes and as a consequence, some original letter shapes (Q, w, j, &, A, §) were produced. Despite the fact that most letter shapes are based on geometry, some strokes are intentionally irregular, which creates a very natural feeling. Anca is appropriate for setting short paragraphs, headings and big inscriptions.

Neutral and universal are two words that could describe a kind of perfection. The search for neutrality and universality is part of history in type design; it was specially important in the so-called Swiss Style. Samplex is a typeface that joins this particular search. The design gets rid of unnecessary elements and stays away from style conflicts.
