Clocko automatically turns the time stamp text into an analog clocks using the OpenType ligatures. The Strapwork is a symbolic font with the ornaments from the 16th century Mannerism era. These type of ornaments are called Strapwork and are combined with the Moreske ornament. Together they create a rich and refine style. As a prototype for this font I took the tables of ornament examples by etcher Balthasar Bos (1554). There are more than ten basic motifs and a great number of combinations. The ribbon elements are easily laid out by typing the combination of letters.
