  4. Praxis Next by Linotype, $57.99
Praxis® Next has the same robust shapes and proportions as the original 1976 Praxis design. Its large x-height, substantial counters and open apertures guarantee high levels of legibility and reading ease in print and on screen. More weights, condensed designs and true cursive italics differentiate Praxis Next from the older design. Praxis Next shines where space is at a premium. The regular designs are modestly narrow while the condensed typefaces perform with grace in the most crowded of environments. The bold designs create powerful headlines and banners and the lighter weights are ideal for both long and short-form text copy. Because of its many weights and proportions, Praxis Next is also an ideal design to build a brand identity. Praxis Next Variables are font files which are featuring two axis and have a preset instance from Light to Ultra and Condensed to Roman. Pair Praxis Next with old-style designs like Bembo® Book and Stempel Garamond™ to create a dynamic typographic contrast. Or complement the design with its serifed counterpart, Demos® Next . Unger also drew ITC Flora® as an alternative italic design. Looking for something a little different? Pair Praxis Next with Masqualero™ .

  17. Prescott by Page Studio Graphics, $25.00
The three fonts in the Prescott series are re-creations of 19th century favorites with an Old West flavor. The town of Prescott was the capital of Arizona Territory from 1864 until 1912, when Arizona was admitted to the Union, and the capital moved to Phoenix. In 1986 Page Studio Graphics started its digital foundry in Arizona. The fonts are thoroughly pair-kerned, including all accented characters. Auto-kerning should be turned on in your application program. The font packages include both TrueType and PostScript versions, and are available in either PC/Win or Macintosh format. In order to avoid serious problems, be sure not to install the same fonts in both TrueType and PostScript on the same computer.
  18. Transport by Monotype, $29.99
The idea of Transport originates from text found on the large wooden boxes used for transport. Such text is still stencilled on them in the same way as the companies have done for decades, at least. That explains the typeface's name, too. If you find some similarities with Devin, you are right. Transport is nothing other than a special variant of Devin. But since the two are aimed for totally different uses, I decided to use two different names for them. Transport is a mecane and its use is primarily as a headline typeface. But in small quantities it can be used even for body setting, if special effects are desired. Transport was released in 1994.

Introducing "AZN Knuckles Varsity" font by AthayaDZN. Revolutionizing a varsity slab serif, combining sharp and rounded edges, angled serif, and a variety of weights, fitting it into the modern scene. Equipped with 3 styles ( Defined, Regular, Stencil ) Use the Defined version if you are aiming for that slab serif look, just like the name suggested, it defines the modernized slab serif on each letter, giving it that retro look yet still in the modern scene. Especially on the light weight of this version, the slab serif is really prominent. Use the Regular Version if you are aiming for any type of design that you see this font fits especially the modern scene, just like how it's advertised. Use the Stencil version if you are aiming to make a statement, my favorite one is the Bold and Italic version of the Stencil if I was to make a statement, just like the preview where it says "Anarchy", the separated shapes of the letter combined with it's bold and slanted shape is perfect to make a strong statement. 26. Neue Plak Variable by Monotype, $344.99
A little-known design by Futura designer Paul Renner gets a long overdue update by Linda Hintz and Toshi Omagari, in this reliable and impactful industrial sans serif. Neue Plak offers more weights and widths than the original 1928 design, extending its use for branding, editorial, logos and UIs. The pair based their updated and extended version on the original Plak wood type, uncovering lost details and incorporating them as alternates – including the choice between open or strikethrough counters. Neue Plak's outwardly stubborn personality is counteracted by unexpected details, which make for an unusual juxtaposition of severe and playful. “It felt like we should pay Paul Renner more tribute,” says Hintz, who spent time researching the typeface in Hamburg's Museum der Arbeit. “The forms themselves are partly quirky, partly really fun, but with a German stiffness that makes for a strange mix.” Neue Plak offers 60 weights, including a new text version that pairs well with the display weights, and allows the design to function in print and digital environments, and for a wide range of uses. Neue Plak Text Variables are font files which are featuring one axis and have a preset instance from Thin to Black.
  27. Mymoon by Tour De Force, $25.00
Mymoon is geometric modern sans serif family that comes in 22 weights. Aimed for universal use, in any size and in any media. Contains extended Latin character set with OT features such as OldStyle and Tabelar numerals and fractions.
  28. Golovolomka by Alexandr Galuzin, $30.00
This font is reminiscent of the Middle Ages texture fonts. But geometric shapes make it more modern. It will work well in large and short inscriptions. The large array of text readability is reduced due to the characteristic rhythm of the font. It has the standard ligatures and ligature to failed pairs. There are two sets of numbers: the proportional and the Old style.
  29. Toska by Locomotype, $20.00
Toska is a geometric sans serif font. This font has a strong but friendly impression because the rounded corners make the eyes feel comfortable. Comes in eight weights, each weight having an italic version so you are free to pair various weights to make your typography more attractive.
  30. BMF Brohan Black by BuyMyFonts, $25.00
Brohan Black is a monospaced font: each character has the width of the piece of paper from which it was cut with a pair of scissors. The loss is minimal, as the counters are as small as possible while still retaining maximum legibilty. To save ink, print negative. Recommended for cement companies, post-industrial record sleeves and heavy poetry. Also great for temporary signage.
  31. Hilton Sans by Juraj Chrastina, $39.00
There is something special about thin fonts. On one side there is the sensitive, charming and warm touch, on other side they are uncompromising, thoroughgoing. Here the contrast can't hide the clear shapes. Hilton Sans and Hilton Serif is a pair of highly legible, subtle and elegant sans-serif and semi-serif display faces. The quality of spacing and kerning ensured by Igino Marini.
  32. Retail Merchant JNL by Jeff Levine, $29.00
Retail Merchant JNL is strictly for making prices. The 0-9 keys have large numbers, the shift position of the same keys have smaller, centered numbers, and the alphabet keys have a variety of smaller numbers with underscores in single digits, pairs of numerals and even a few complete prices such as "$1.00". Thrown in for good measure are companion words... "at", "for, "each", "lb." and "dozen"...
  33. Veneribe by Greater Albion Typefounders, $10.95
Veneribe -the Venerable face- is an experiment in what many today might call 'grunge', though we at Greater Albion would probably prefer to talk of rustic (or if we're feeling really old-fashioned rustick) charm. It's a derivative of our Clementhorpe family, and aims to combine a battered antique look with the charm of that decorative Roman family. Regular and oblique forms are offered.
  34. Fort Collins by Letterhend, $13.00

  35. Corpulent by Suitcase Type Foundry, $85.00
Corpulent is a display font whose forms are extremely thick, up to the extent of being nearly illegible. In the 1980s, these construction principles were explored to their very limit. So if the lyrics of Eyes Without a Face resonate in your mind, the feet turn numb in super-tight trousers, and you fancy a big hair style, this font is the one for you.
  36. Geometrisk by Daniel Brokstad, $29.00
Geometrisk is a modernist futuristic font combining geometrical outer shapes with rounded inner curves, to create an interesting contrast. The funky italics are created through an offset of the regular type, giving it an almost pixelated look. Well fitting within a cyberpunk world, and an interesting pairing with the standard font. Five different weight and italics of each. Multi-language support. Stylistic alternatives. Designed for headline use.
  37. Flox Rounded by ParaType, $30.00
Flex Rounded display typeface was designed in 2000 by Vladimir Pavlikov as alternative 'soft' variant to the original Flox face. In contrast to Flox there are rounded stroke ends and curved shapes in most of Flex characters. The project was aimed to create a decorative vivid alphabet of geometric shapes. Cyrillic was developed in 2005. For use in advertising and display typography. Licensed by ParaType in 2005.
  38. Bobalicious by Daily Studio, $13.00
Bobalicious is a gorgeous display typeface that is sure to stand out. Make your design look exceptional with easy accessibility. Designed by Daily Studio. 39. Offhand Brush by PintassilgoPrints, $24.00
Offhand Brush is a fast and spontaneous brush font with quite a messy feel, a great option for book covers, packaging projects, album art, web titles, and even small chunks of text. It looks messy, but don't get it wrong: on the inside, it's a laborious piece of work, with four alternates for each Latin letter and two for numerals, as well as two options for Cyrillic and Greek letters. To make things even more uneven, there are still a few different letter designs programmed to pop up when specific combinations of three or four glyphs appear in the text. These are managed by the OpenType 'Standard Ligatures' feature, although they are far from standard and are not quite ligatures. And why so? Because this way it will usually be on by default, making the font way more interesting. Hey, wait! There are some ornaments too. And a couple of contextual kerning pairs, hell yes! Use it big!
  40. Spillsbury by Greater Albion Typefounders, $9.50
Spillsbury was inspired by some examples of 1920s signwriting (principally seen on the side of some vintage vans-good thing they were in a photograph and not on the move!). Spillsbury draws inspiration from these sources to provide a unique combination of legibility and flair, which echoes the charm of advertising and publicity material from the halcyon days of the 1920s. A basic range of four display faces os offered - Regular, Plain (not all that plain really!), Shaded and Shadowed. In a new departure for Greater Albion, three pairs of 'Duo' faces are also offered. These are designed to be used in pairs-and only sold on that basis for little more than the cost of a single face-to provide for two-coloured typographic design, enabling the recreation of those evokative two coloured blocked lettering styles that were used to such good effect in the past. Take a trip back to more colourful times today with Spillsbury!
