The name African Gold is associated with Johannesburg, the "City of Gold"; (the Zulu name for Johannesburg is eGoli). The font was so named for two reasons: the intricate African patterns within the characters of the font suggest the shafts and tunnels of a gold mine, and, as with a gold mine, the richness lies within. African Gold is a display font that is best used at larger sizes, however, it contains a full character set with all accents, special characters, diacritical marks and all the characters are carefully spaced and kerned. The numerals are mono-spaced so that they will line up correctly in columns of figures. The letters of the alphabet are spaced according to their width and are carefully kerned to create an attractive appearance.

“Kindah” is a Yemeni ancient tribe with evidence of its existence going back to the second century B.C.E. The kings of Kindah exercised an influence over a number of associated tribes more by personal prestige than by coercive settled authority. The Kindites were polytheistic until the 6th century CE, with evidence of rituals dedicated to the gods Athtar and Kahil found in their ancient capital in south-central Arabia. It is not clear whether they converted to Judaism or remained pagan, but there is a strong archaeological evidence that they were among the tribes in Dhu Nuwas' forces during the Jewish king’s attempt to suppress Christianity in Yemen. They converted to Islam in the mid-7th century CE and played a crucial role during the Muslims' conquests of their surroundings. Among the most famous figures from Kindah known as Kindites are Imru' al-Qays (526-565?), al-Ash'ath ibn Qays (599-661), Hujr ibn 'Adi al-Kindi (?-660), al-Miqdad Ibn Aswad al-Kindi (589-653), and Abu Yusuf Yaíqub ibn Ishaq as-Sabbah al-Kindi (805-873) known as the Philosopher of the Arabs. "Kindah" font is a modern Kufic font comes in three weights (i.e., bold, regular, and thin) which is mainly designed to be used as a display Arabic font. The main feature of this typeface is the mixture of curves and rectangular shapes used in the designed Arabic characters. Kindah font was inspired by the design of the Yemeni modern windows of houses in which only top part of the arc is used for building such windows which reflects the originality of the architecture preserved in this part of the world. "Kindah" font is extremely outstanding when used in printed materials with big sizes especially for headline, titles, signs, and names of brands. Hence, it is suitable for books' covers, advertisement light boards, and titles in magazines and newspapers. It has also a Latin character set and it also supports several Arabic character sets which makes it proper for composing alphabetical and numerical words in Arabic, Urdu, and Persian.

The Atrament font family was originally conceived in 2003 as the corporate display type family for Suitcase Type Foundry. Its original source of inspiration is the front cover of the Devetsil - Revolucni slovn’k almanac (1922), designed by Karel Teige. The lettering on this cover is a condensed sans serif with rounded stroke terminals. Atrament is significantly broader than the model and its characters are better balanced, reflecting the evolution of semi-condensed sans serifs throughout the 1960s. The horizontal strokes of both lower and upper case are less stressed than the vertical stems. Noteworthy are the unusual tiny gaps in the apex and vertex of letters with diagonal strokes, designed to prevent ink from spreading and smudging the letter shapes. This detail is one of the main features of the font's character. The general feel of the italics closely matches the strictly vertical, parallel character of the regular cut. When converting the family to OpenType the alternate character shapes from the Alternator weights were incorporated in the regular cut, which allows the user to switch selected characters from one shape to another within the same font. A number of glyphs and accents were corrected, and all the glyphs missing in the Suitcase Standard character set were added, along with the relevant kerning pairs. The individual weights of Atrament Std thus contain accented upper and lower case, small caps, alternate glyphs for most European languages, nine types of numerals, superscript characters, caps glyph versions, and much more. Its narrow proportions make Atrament the perfect choice whenever economy of space is a must. It is however not very well suited for setting long texts. Ideal for headlines and display use, it is perfect for situations where the text needs to make a great impact in a little space.

This font is the right choice for a modern design, can be applied to invitations, writing messages in the form of quotes, book and magazine covers, and of course for your brand logo text.

Afrik is a hand painted font which letterforms were inspired by Proto-Saharan Ancient African writing system and scripts for African languages such as Mande and Vai. Drawing technique I took from Ethiopian Tribe Karo body painting. I drew each letter with my finger using self-made paint from crushed charcoal. Afrik is uppercase font and instead of tall capital letters uses wide. They can be used instead of double letters or just to diversify a typing. Also, I included up to 4 alternate "decorations" for most of the letters which will help you to create unique artwork (use "Contextual Alternates" feature to randomize look automatically). This family was created inspired from the Garamond patern set of fonts used by S. Millanges "imprimeur ordinaire du Roy", in Bordeaux, circa 1580-1590. Especially for reprint L'instruction des curés (Instructions to parish priests), from Jean Gerson. The set contains two styles, Normal and Italic, the second one with a lot of caps and ligatures variants. The initials, except a few decorated letters (six in total) where only large caps, covering no more than three lines. Added are a few fleurons. It can be used as variously as web-site titles, posters and flyers design, publishing texts looking like ancient ones, or greeting cards, all various sorts of presentations, as a very elegant and legible font... This font supports strong enlargements as easily as small size (legible from 6 points when printed) remaining very smart and fine. Its original cap height is about five millimeters. Decorated letters like 1512 Initials, 1550 Arabesques, 1565 Venetian, can be used with this family without anachronism.

Fluted pillars… As for the name of "Cyceon", it is a "juice-drink" that they made in ancient Greece...! In this font the straight lines are not vertical but inclined like something from the Doric columns!!! There are two versions of letters. In the first version, it is of a normal character, while in the second version I have mixed some capitals with lower case letters. I have given them the acronym Msc "miscellaneous". I tried in this way to give another version of the small capitals and I think they show a different view from the purely small capitals… And in this family, the “Strap”/“Strap Msc”/“StrapIt”/ and “Strap MscIt” with “Solid”/“Solid Msc”/“SolidIt”/ and “Solid MscIt” engage in the same way like… “Layered font families” as the previous series. This series is composed and includes twenty-four fonts with 642-658 glyphs each, with true italics and supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic.
