Linotype Monticello was designed by C.H. Griffith in 1946. Its design is based on James Ronaldsons Roman No.1 and Oxford Typefaces from American Type Founders and was revised by Matthew Carter while he was working at Linotype between 1965 -1981.

Barnsley Gothic is a condensed sans serif font family. It was designed by Steve Jackaman (ITF) in 2017. It was developed alongside its sister font family, Steelplate Gothic Pro, and includes support for Latin 1 and Central/Eastern European languages. The family is named after the town of Barnsley, a coal mining town in Yorkshire, England. In 1960, there were roughly seventy collieries within a fifteen-mile radius of Barnsley town center, however the last of these closed in 1994. Barnsley Gothic has a straightforward, industrious, no-nonsense feel, much like the town it shares a name with. Always ready to do the heavy lifting in any design project, Barnsley Gothic is the quintessential workhorse font family.

Anicon Sans font family consist of 18 weight: from Thin to Black, each weight paired by italic. Also including Latin & Cyrillic language support with more than 35 languages. Anicon is a superfamily, semi condensed sans serif and slab serif with humanistic forms in the characters. This font was crafted with the intention to present clean, legible, multipurpose characters that are easy to read wether it's on screen or print. Fit for all purposes; text, display, headline, print, corporate identity, logo, branding, product, infographic, photography and other applications and medium.

Kunjani, (the Zulu word for "How are you?") is a feisty, contemporary "African Renaissance" font, vibrant and richly decorative, embodying the spirit of modern Africa. The characters are full of movement and excitement, combining a hand-carved look with contemporary elegance. Traditional and contemporary designs are used to make the upper-case alphabet essentially African, while lending variety to the already interesting structure. NATRON is rounded and condensed sans serif typeface, designed for tight-fitting text. Supports Latin and Cyrillic codepages for Western, East and Central European, and Baltic countries. The NATRON family has two weights, medium and bold, and a collection of thematic adapted pictograms (for food product packaging and textile industry). This typeface has been designed for all type of visual communication projects and especially for labels and packaging and accompanying declarations.

A bold condensed caps-only cross-stitch font, based on an embroidery pattern from the middle of the 20th century. Use it in large sizes for advertising, posters, greeting cards, etc.

Kfontz is a display font that simulates the appearance of typewritten text. Each letter in Kfontz has been carefully designed to resemble the effect you get with a typewriter. This effect adds a sense of nostalgia to the text, as if it were from a bygone era, adding an authentic charm to the designs. Kfontz retains its varied and extravagant style, giving the text a lightness and a certain nonchalance. Remastered in 2023.

Monograph conjures ancient typewriters, telephone switchboards, vintage office machines past visions of the future. As though it were drawn with the rounded nib a of a Speedball "B" style pen, the soft curves and rounded serifs speak of a gentler less complicated time. It is nuanced with traces of the Arts and Crafts movement at the turn of the 20th Century which stressed craftsmanship and preserving and emphasizing the qualities of construction and materials.

Based on turn-of-the-century advertising type. A condensed, fat-faced display font with a touch of the medieval. The influence of art nouveau is also present in the high-waisted caps and flowing lines, putting the face into the early 20th century.

Roundkey Is the font sans serif family for branding and text. Comes with two basic characters, namely "sharp" and "soft", each character consists of 6 weight with matching oblique. A total of 24 fonts with basic condensed shapes and unique curves. the soft version has a different degree of softness. medium and bold have wider curves because they are suitable for displays, while thin to regular have smaller curves for easier reading. With these sharp and soft version make it can be applied more widely

Soft Rock is a bold condensed sans serif with rounded contours that contrives to be gentle and dynamic at the same time: rather like the soft rock bands (Chicago, Air Supply, Fleetwood Mac etc) after which it is named. It's a warm, friendly font ideal for branding everything from soup to soft furnishings.

MVB Fantabular proves that monospaced faces needn’t be formal or bland. Inspired by the letterforms of older typewriters, Akemi Aoki designed a playful family of three weights with italics. With every character the same width MVB Fantabular works wherever a monospaced font is needed, but the face is so loose and carefree it hides its fixed pitch construction well, allowing it to be used in other settings too. A sans serif version—MVB Fantabular Sans—is also available.

Here's another old-timer that needed a lowercase, so we drew one. Originally issued as a caps-only type by The American Type Founders Company about 1898, this font found its way into Craftsman period design. It was the inspiration for Galadriel, a dry transfer sheet alphabet.

The source of inspiration for Haute Monde Monogram is the 1934 "Book of American Types" by American Type Founders. Found in that specimen book was a wonderfully elegant traditional smallcap-Capital-smallcap monogram alphabet known as “Elite Monogram Initials”. This elegant typeface is now digitally remastered and updated for modern use with functionality beyond its original intentions. Doire is a monowidth font based on the face used on the old Royal Gaelic manual typewriter. Doire Royal is a “rough” version of that font. Doire was first digitized in 1993 by Michael Everson and originally used the MacGaelic character set on the Macintosh platform, and ISO/IEC 8859-14 on the PC. In 2008 Doire version 3 was released in OpenType format, completely compliant with Unicode encoding and with an extended character set.

Ravensara Serif - elegant high contrast classic serif. Style of the typeface originates in a classic Didone but took a step to simplify some letter forms and make Didone feel more contemporary. Ravensara Serif is a part of the Ravensara superfamily, united by the same anatomy, which currently also includes Ravensara Sans and Ravensara Stencil. Branding Iron is similar to Barnum Block. Use the Branding Iron font for headlines, signs, menus and posters, especially where an American Western quality is desired.

A revival of one of the popular English Antique styles of the 19th century. The slab serif style was also used by American wood type manufacturers.

Bronco Valley is designed with vintage style or you can say “American Rodeo” for classic look branding, logotype, poster design, t-shirt design, and much more.

A set of capitals popular with American engravers and typefounders through the last third of the nineteenth century, shown under this name by ATF in 1903.

Spiegel Sans combines the shapes and proportions of an American-style gothic – the ultimate industrial typeface – with subtle diagonal stress and almost imperceptible traces of handwriting.

A modern text design with a medium x-height and short ascenders. The axis of the curves is inclined to the left in the Old Style tradition. New Prairie was kerned for text point sizes but requires subjective display kerning and compensation.

QUIPO is a typeface based on my recent survey (Freeflow) on hand drawn logotypes used by American and English pop groups in the 60-70s. We thought it an interesting project and a free flow exercise to design this particular font just in capitals and well... yes it’s rather ‘bulky’. I made Company into a font after several inquiries from designers in America. I always liked Company and was quite happy to digitize it.

ABTS Gunsmoke is a typeface inspired by the wild west of American History. It is a narrow typeface with a nice rhythm and balance, allowing for easy typesetting. Gunsmoke includes 447 characters, including all of the symbols seen in the gallery images.

Lambada font is the work of British designer David Quay, a font with a Latin American look. It should be used with closer letter and word spacing. Lambada will create eye-catching headlines and is perfect for wherever a festive appearance is desired.

Hancock Bold Condensed is slab serif typeface. The original Hancock design was produced by the Keystone Type Foundry, circa 1903; a condensed version was added circa 1917 by Lanston Monotype. Steve Jackaman (ITF) designed and produced a digital version of Hancock in 1994, and completely redrew the typeface for its 2017 release. The new version has a 40% larger glyph set, and supports Latin 1 plus Central/Eastern European languages.

Elida JNL was modeled from an image of some wood type for sale online. Although the type design most likely has its roots in the classic Bodoni, there were a few characters in the original wood type that had a bit of a square or block shape to them. Those characters were modified in order to keep with the overall roundness of the other characters. The name Elida JNL comes from a small town in New Mexico. Available in six styles: Regular, Oblique, Extra Condensed, Extra Condensed Oblique, Ultra Condensed and Mega Condensed.

Does the world really need one more vernacular pop culture typeface? We here, at astroluxtype shout a resounding yes! Sure, at myfonts.com, you can find the apex of fine font design that will have your mind and eyes burst with joy at the level of sophistication and craftsmanship they exhibit- Koo Koo Puff Light Condensed and Regular Condensed are not one of those fonts. But if kooky goofy is your thing, we're selling it at the astroluxtype booth. Koo Koo Puff Regular Condensed is the companion font to Koo Koo Puff Light Condensed. Both fonts includes an upper and lowercase glyph set. Regular Condensed has a different upper and lowercase “O” from the original Koo Koo Puff Light Condensed. Spacing metrics are looser, as well. The font is not a match for Light Condensed, it is a separate font. Both are headline display faces, for optimum usage it is recommended to be set at 48 points or larger in size. Wedding Text was designed by Morris Fuller Benton in 1901 for American Type Founders (ATF). The face was so popular that its forms soon began appearing with other font foundries under different names, Elite Kanzlei with D. Stempel AG, Comtesse with C.F. Rühl, Linotext with Linotype, etc. Its ornamental forms are not considered very legible by today's standards; therefore it should be used for headlines and short texts in point sizes 12 or larger.
