The idea behind Nolan is to create emotional response due to its inviting character and legibility. It is ideal for headlines, presentations, product signage and bespoke logotypes. Due to the structure of the letters, Nolan can also stand its ground in body text, although this is not its primary purpose. Nolan is created slightly wider than what is to be expected from a typical sans font, yet not to the point of being considered a wide typeface. Rukou originated as a logo for a fashion designer. The idea was to make a fusion of a geometric typeface with the flavour of childish features. Rukou was inspired by school hand-writing models, but adds very specific and interesting features to it. Rather than focusing on readability, the primary goal was to have a unique type texture. This is the reason why lowercase is disconnected. The disconnected letters opened the possibility to create the special shapes for individual letters. The typefaces consist of two different styles inside one font. You can choose to set your titles in uppercase, or lowercase/titlecase. As each style has a slightly different texture, there is the opportunity to combine them in interesting ways. The uppercase can even be set in small paragraphs

The original Headhunter shareware font was created in ©1992 by the famous D. Rakowski. I've always enjoyed this limited Halloween font, but its incompleteness had to be rectified; thus I took it upon myself to delve slightly into the world of typography, resulting in the birth of HeadhunterTwo. I've slightly reworked his original contribution and "fleshed out" more of the font than necessary. As of this writing, it consists of 777+ Glyphs and passes Underware's compatibility test for Latin Plus (Supporting 219 Latin based languages, which are spoken in 212 countries.)

Originally released in 1995 as a three font family, Paradigm forcefully addressed the emaciating effect that digitization was then exerting upon traditional serifed typography. Investigating the new media of a much previous era, Nick Shinn deconstructed the first roman type, designed by Sweynheym and Pannartz in 1467, and gleaned, from its minuscules, the low contrast and discreet serif treatment (portrayed by a novel convex effect), which he subsequently applied to both capitals and lower case of a classically proportioned Venetian invention. Now in 2008, the glyphs, metrics and hinting of the 1995 fonts have been refined, Extra Bold and Light weights added, a full range of OpenType features instituted, and the number of characters per style increased almost threefold. It is a major upgrade to a unique typeface.

The Face2Face (F2F) series was inspired by the techno sound of the mid-1990s, personal computers and new font creation software. For years, Alexander Branczyk and his friends formed a unique type design collective, which churned out a substantial amount of fresh, new fonts, none of which complied with the traditional rules of typography. Many of these typefaces were used to create layouts for the leading German techno magazine of the 1990s, Frontpage. Branczyk and his fellows would even set in type at 6 points, in order to make it nearly unreadable. It was a pleasure for the kids to read and decrypt these messages! F2F Frontpage Four is one of 41 Face2Face fonts included in the Take Type 5 collection from Linotype GmbH. Branczyk designed 16 of these himself."

It is still a mystery to us why Martin Wilke's 1968 Konzept design was ignored by the digital age. It certainly has the elements of attractive yet realistic handwriting, as well as a few very distinctive letters that make it very unique in its class. So here it comes digitally under another feline name from Canada Type. We named it Cougar because the top of the C gives off just that impression. Ditto the G's casual descender, and the gorgeous a and g. With casual letters like these, a handwriting font cannot get any more realistic.
