Borrowdale is a valley and civil parish in the English Lake District. In the 16th century a major deposit of graphite was discovered near Seathwaite, which kickstarted the pencil industry. Borrowdale font was made with one of my son's coloring pencils (which probably does not contain a single molecule of graphite). It is a very legible and easy-on-the-eye font, ideal for children's books, texts and product packaging. Comes with a mother lode of diacritics.

TypeAddiction presents “Gaufre de Bruxelles”, a playful handmade uppercase font. Lowercase letters have filled letters (A, B, D, O etc) and the uppercase letters have unfilled letters. "Gaufre de Bruxelles" means a Brussels waffle in English. The Brussels waffle is a rectangular-shaped waffle and is a Belgian culinary speciality. This script font was inspired by the type used in Leyden by Jan Seversz to print Breviores elegantioresque epistolae [...], author Francesco Filfelo, circa 1509. The original font contains all lower case characters, except w, eth, thorn, lslash, oslash and so... and almost upper case. In addition, one set of small lombardic initials were also nearly complete. It take place instead of the Bold style (in only one package)offering a real and rare complete historical printing set... The original small "a" hight was 2,8 mm !, the upper case hight no more than nearly 5 mm, the initials hight almost 15 mm, covering nearly two lines. This font includes "long s", naturally, as typically medieval and also a few ligatures, but not any variants. We have entirely recreated some characters, upper, lower and initials, to fill gaps. It is used as variously as web-site titles, posters and fliers design, publishing texts looking like ancient ones, or greeting cards, all various sorts of presentations, menus, certificates, as a very decorative, elegant and unusual font, besides its historical scrupulous reality... This font supports enlargement as well as small size.

Summit rehashes both Circuitry Fonts, combining them into one font. To further modernize Summit, I have included all the characters required for full character set. Regular with Small Caps. Summit includes all punctuations, numerals, diacritics and special characters. The oringinal Circuitry Font was inspired by the printing on electronic circuit boards, it was interesting that most all printed font-strokes were either 90 or 45 degrees. I have kept most if not all of these angles while simultaneously giving it a contemporary feel.

So far the Creator Campotype standard version known in the form of free font (published on several websites by license: free for personal use). The font takes the basic form of modern typography, but some user feedback consider it in the medieval look. Whatever it is, the inspiration of the font was originally set off from the logotype of internal student magazine where the designer had studied in the late 80s. Creator Campotype is a pure display font. This fonts do not have faces lowercase, but all caps. Nevertheless forms of different characters can be accessed by pressing the uppercase and lowercase on the keyboard. Maximum usage can be made by combining them as necessary. Some forms of characters were made more stylistic such as slash and backslash which “out of” the conventional form. In addition, the circle effects on several glyphs were created by default (as found on the free version) so that the glyph was enough to generated with the keyboard access as usual. This is a new barely modulated, slightly narrow, sans serif font family. It has eight styles: thin, thin italic, regular, italic, bold, bold italic, black, & black italic grouped into two 4-font families: Amico Thin with the Bold; and Amico with the Black. Amico has the standard feature set developed at the end of 2007. It has many OpenType features and 654 character/glyphs: Caps, lower case, small caps, ligatures, discretionary ligatures, swashes, small cap figures, old style figures, numerators, denominators, accent characters, ordinal numbers (1st-infinity): lining and oldstyle), and so on. It is designed for text use in body copy. However, Amico really shines as the choice for heads & subheads when using Amitale or Brinar for the text family.

The “XXII Totenkult” is inspired by the classical letterforms of old roman/renaissance typefaces and an ode to the decay. This is an allCapitals-font and the lowercase glyphs contain a variation of the uppercase.
