Bambino Font Family is a typography project by Milos Mitrovic and affiliates. Bambino has an influence of 1920s Futura-like fonts and art deco look and feel. Combining its vintage character with clean geometric form and organic flow, Bambino is shaped to fit modern aesthetics. There are 12 fonts (six weights with italics) included in the family. Bambino weight range spreads from almost hairline lightness to extreme bold style.

Corsham was inspired by traditional stonemason's engraved lettering designs. Most folks might picture wood type lettering as the fancy styles of the 1880s which so perfectly evoked images of the Old West. Occasionally there is an exception to that rule, as an online image of some vintage wood letters with an Art Deco influence inspired a revival as a digital type face. National Parks JNL was based on a 1930s WPA (Works Progress Administration) poster where the word "National Parks" was hand lettered in an unusual and eclectic Art Deco style. Bold and non-conformist, the typeface is available in both regular and oblique versions.

A 1925 edition for an orchestral arrangements catalog entitled “Carl Fischer Progressive Orchestra Edition” has the title hand lettered in a bold, stylized Roman type design. This has now become the digital font Fancy Roman JNL; available in both regular and oblique versions.

TwentyFourNinetyOne [2491] is a reinterpretation of the alphabet of 1919 by Theo van Doesburg; the original a true rendering of the thinking of the Dutch-based art movement “de Stijl.” Jump forward to 1980 and prop lettering used on the Buck Rogers in the 25th Century television series; a vernacular typeface that was a utilitarian mix of geometry and pixel-based forms, used to symbolize the futuristic universe of 2491. At times it would appear on spaceships, laser guns, signage at space ports or in one episode, a Spandex tapestry. It only seemed logical to combine and rethink the letterforms, add ligatures + other extras, and see what the results would be. Enamela (rhymes with Pamela) is a monoline square sans that is available in normal width and condensed versions. Although rooted in the early years of sans serif type, the Enamela fonts have a timeless quality that is practical and unpretentious. The letterforms derive from vitreous enamel signage dating from the Victorian era and widely used in Britain for street nameplates, Post Office signs, the plates on James Ludlow wall postboxes, railway signs and direction signs, as well as for circular Automobile Association wayfinding plaques throughout the first half of the twentieth century. The quirky terminals, stemming from the compression of geometric type, invite comparison with the Charles Wright fonts used for UK vehicle registration plates. Clio, Clio XS and Clio Condensed is a big family of 72 fonts. They were designed by Gabriel de Souza in 2012. They are simple and stylish and they have the ideal appearance to your work. For years, the print ads for the Hickok Jewelry Company [renowned for their line of men's belts, suspenders, wallets, cufflinks, etc.] featured its name and related main line ad copy hand-lettered in a condensed monoline with Art Deco styling. This has been reproduced in Fashionable JNL, available in both regular and oblique versions. For those of you who are wondering: yes, the founder of the company was a distant relative of "Wild Bill" Hickok.

Monton is a wonderful font family that includes from thin to black style as well as in oblique style, a total of 18 fonts. This is a condensed block sans-serif font that is perfect for titles, logos, branding, posters, flyers, website design, advertising, labels, packaging, web titles, text descriptions and much more. It is well readable and irreplaceable in modern design and can be used as a main or additional one.

Within the pages of the April 16, 1938 issue of Liberty Magazine was found a hand lettered condensed typeface with a fun attitude that’s perfect for casual and informal titling. Because the art of lettering allows for taking liberties with letterforms, and as this came from Liberty Magazine as an inspiration source, it was only fitting that the typeface would be named Taking Liberties JNL. It is available in both regular and oblique versions.

John Sigvard ‘Ole’ Olsen and Harold Ogden ‘Chic’ Johnson were musicians-turned-comedians who rose to fame in the zany 1938 Broadway musical review “Hellzapoppin'”. They reprised their roles in the 1941 film adaptation of the show, and the opening title card of the film has “Hellzapoppin'” hand lettered in a tall, condensed sans serif design with an inline. This is now available as Wild Comedy JNL in both regular and oblique versions.

Stovepipe Stencil JNL was not directly designed from a vintage source, but it does draw its influences from classic sans serif lettering of the past. Even its name borrows (somewhat gratuitously) from the "stovepipe" lettering so popular with sign painters. True stovepipe letters tend to be squarer with rounded corners, but the name has also been loosely associated with some tall, condensed type styles. The typeface is available in both regular and oblique versions.

The typeface of Quan Slim is based on the successful Quan font family by font foundry Typesketchbook. Font designer Chatnarong Jingsuphatada created Quan Slim as a condensed version to Quan. Both type families consist of eight weights plus obliques and additional rounded versions. Quan Slim’s typeface has a clean and modern sans serif appearance. This modern geometric font is very legible and can be used for headlines as well as small and long text.

The cover lettering of a 1940s issue of a romance comic spotted in an auction online was the inspiration for Monthly Adventures JNL. Classic in its Art Deco look, this condensed outline font is evocative of the hand-lettered titles used during the Golden Age of the comic book. Available in both the original outline version and a thick, solid version with the outline removed, as well as oblique variations of both.
