Above the Beyond is a font family that contains a high contrast Contemporary Garamond Serif and a Casual Signature Brush script. The serif comes in two styles - Regular and Italic - the italic angle is similar to the one used in the Script font. In his 1538 book on measurement, Albrecht Dürer gave clear descriptions and drawings about the proportions of the letters in both Roman and 'fraktur' alphabets (from Latin 'fractura', meaning that it's broken up with lots of different angles rather than smooth curves). Here is the fraktur alphabet as a font completed for use today, with a few characters modernised and some gaps filled. The Galgo is a Spanish Greyhound, an ancient hybrid breed of dog. Empire Display is a sans serif italic display face which references the styling of the 30s through to the 50s. It has a large x height and with its condensed proportions makes it ideal for headlines, posters or where large size settings are required. It has the unique feature of having the stems and cross bars slightly angled top and bottom. This also helps to create the art deco/modern feel that sets it apart from standard condensed typefaces.

The typeface was designed after seeing a photocopy of some News Gothic text where the ink had faded on the bottom of each character. As character recognition is generally based on the top half of a character, readability was never compromised. Rather like Antique Olive the characters have a top heavy look when viewed straight on, however, as most type is read at an angle with the top further away than the bottom this top heavy look is diminished.

Drop_it is a redesign of fonts originally created to be recognized by computers using OCR (optical character recognition) softwares. Strangely, human beings fell in love for the stylistic inconsistencies of these fonts made for machines.
