Kennerley Old Style was designed by Goudy for publisher Mitchell Kennerley in 1911. Goudy described it as a "book letter with strong serifs, firm hairlines, and makes a solid, compact page." One of Goudy's best text faces, Kennerley is considered an original American classic as it is not based on historical type designs.

Italia is the work of Colin Brignall, a refreshingly different serif typeface. At first glance, Italia might seem comparable to any other square serif typeface, but it has a distinctive pattern all its own. Italia can be used as either a display or text typeface and will give any text a unique look.

The decorative title typeface was designed at Polygraphmash type design bureau in 1967 by Iraida Chepil. It is a decorative variant ('open', or 'engraved') of classical serif typefaces. For use in magazine headlines, title and display typography. The revised and completed digital version was designed for ParaType in 2005 by Victor Kharyk.

Cortex was designed for Shanghai Word Expo 2010 / A.A.D.I Pavilion corporate identity: signage, corporate communication, graphic design (a 120 pages monography), promotional items, etc. It was inspired by the pavilion "slanted" architectural concept, and had to fit the famous chinese "YOUYUAN" typeface as well. This is a both very clear and dynamic typeface.

FF Dora Display is the Display version of FF Dora. ITC Jellybaby is the work of British designer Timothy Donaldson, bouncing all over the place but somehow remaining compact and legible. It began as an extremely fattened version of Donaldson't typeface Pink but then became transformed into a play on the futuristic" typefaces of the 1960s. Jellybaby expresses both retro and modern design."

Fidelio is a chancery italic typeface with swashes, designed by José Mendoza y Almeida in 1980. Written with a broad nibbed pen, it has Caps with swash versions, Lower Case and a wide number of ligatures. It is one of the most complete and appealing calligraphies. A 1926 trade ad for the silent comedy “The Nut-Cracker” starring Edward Everett Horton has the film’s title hand lettered in a decorative bold sans serif design complete with highlight lines and accent dots. Bellucci is the redesign of Ramiro Espinoza's first typeface, Mabella. Being not happy with the original design, he decided to redraw it completely and add 3 new weights. Bellucci is a constructivist, modular, compressed family intended for headlines and posters. The name is an homage to Mabel Bellucci, an Argentinian feminist activist.

In 1994, John Benson designed Balzano, Alexa and Caliban, three typefaces with a similar calligraphic character. Balzano differs from the other in its vertical figures, adding a static element to the otherwise lively, flowing components. Balzano is good for short texts and headlines, anywhere in which a personal, elegant look is desired.

A rollicking fun face based on lettering on a poster for Britain's LNER steamship lines, which featured a piano-playing mouse and a dancing goose. Scriptissimo is, as the name says, very much of a script! It is in the best American tradition. A script that could have served for writing the Constitution with, if only they would have had computers at that time. Scriptissimo consists of three different scripts that are meant to be used together. One is the script with the more or less plain characters. Two is the version for characters to start a word with. Three is the cut that has the characters for the end of a word. Ligatures is used for, well, ligatures and some glyphs like Ltd., GmbH, and so on. Scriptissimo is a very elegant and versatile script. Kia ora is a M?ori-language greeting which is used as an informal greeting, equivalent to "hi" or "hello", or an expression of thanks. The koru (M?ori for loop or coil) is a spiral shape based on the appearance of a new unfurling frond. It is an integral symbol in M?ori art, carving and tattooing, where it symbolises new life, growth, strength and peace. Its shape conveys the idea of perpetual movement, while the inner coil suggests returning to the point of origin.

Basati is a display typeface designed for headlines and hard-hitting messages. It is sharp, heavy, and hard as an axe. But don’t be fooled by its rough look or the impression of having been carved with a machete. Each character is precise and sharp as a scalpel, and in that perfectly cut informality lies her deliberately wild temperament. Perhaps because its design was conceived during a severe bout of lumbago, its strokes are heavy and provocative, as if trying to defy logic and gravity alike.

The island of Fuerteventura is more known for its white sand beaches and windsurf-friendly constant winds than for its typographic marvels. Still, it's on the walls of a ballroom next to its white-sand beaches that Debora Manetti found the hand-painted letterforms that she took as inspiration for her typeface Sala de Fiestas. The resulting font was a condensed sans serif full of curious details and a jumpy latino vibe that many years after still keeps its freshness and vernacular charme. Francesco Canovaro took the original typeface as a starting point for a grand tour into sign-painter aesthetics, developing a reboot of the original into a new type family: Salad. While being faithful to the original proportions and feeling, Salad provides extreme versatility through its five-weights range, its extended charset and its set of Open Type features including stylistic sets, alternates, positional numerals, small capitals and case sensitive forms. While the roman family with its italic counterpart provide a good workhorse tool for informal branding, packaging and editorial projects, the interlocking and the inline weights add additional possibilities for display purposes. Fast Rewind: A Timeless Handwritten Script Font A handwritten brush script with a versatile, relaxed and nostalgic feel. This illustrative brush script owes its inspiration to the 1950s art direction typical of mainstream magazines and book covers. A relaxed hand-lettered title was often paired with illustrations of handsome couples or escapist scenes, encouraging readers to settle into the latest gripping story from authors such as Ray Bradbury, Donald Westlake or Arthur Miller. Fast Rewind aims to repurpose this vintage look for contemporary designers with two handwritten fonts, drawn in ink and brush, and then digitally mastered to maintain those all-important human imperfections. Included are the Regular and Alternative designs, with a complete set of uppercase and lowercase characters, along with numbers, symbols and language support. Also included are a variety of underlines and illustrations as seen in these visuals. Plantin is a Renaissance Roman as seen through a late–industrial-revolution paradigm. Its forms aim to celebrate fine sixteenth century book typography with the requirements of mechanized typesetting and mass production in mind. How did this anomalous design come about? In 1912 Frank Hinman Pierpont of English Monotype visited the Plantin-Moretus Museum in Antwerp, returning home with “knowledge, hundreds of photographs, and a stack of antique typeset specimens including a few examples of Robert Granjon’s.” Together with Fritz Stelzer of the Monotype Drawing Office, Pierpont took one of these overinked proofs taken from worn type to use as the basis of a new text face for machine composition. Body text set in Plantin produces a dark, rich texture that’s suited to editorial and book work, though it also performs its tasks on screen with ease. Its historical roots lend the message it sets a sense of gravity and authenticity. The family covers four text weights complete with italics, with four condensed headline styles and a caps-only titling cut. Makiritare is a display font for headlines that originates from a research work on pure geometry of great simplicity from a Venezuelan ethnicity artisanal form from men called Makiritare or Yecuana. These rivers sailors and architects of the jungle live in the village of Santa Maria de Erebato on the border with Brazil. Despite having a prodigious symbolism in their art, they didn't have until recently a font that is tailored to your expression. It all started with a trip to the Amazon in 1976 with the notion of creating my thesis as a graphic design student. In 1992 I created the first letterform that was evolving to a more elaborate version being presented and selected at the International Typography Biennial Letras Latinas in 2006. Today JMTF presents Makiritare with a more complete and mature family of three weights, alternative characters, small caps, ordinals and ligatures. Makiritare fits any application that have an innovative and modernist purposes. Recommended for titles or short phrases, with striking large-scale use.

The name of the font is chosen to suggest its main purpose—setting multiple pages of text. All the features in this family were made with that in mind—legibility, distinct italics, small caps and various OpenType features, all make this font a useful tool for typographers. On the other hand, for packaging, posters, logotypes, etc. setting heavier weights in large size brings out its display qualities. Pagewalker is very legible and appears to be larger than other text typefaces. That is because the lower-case characters are made large compared to the capital letters. This means it can be used for setting text in, e.g. 9 pt size—while appearing to be 10 pt, but occupying less space. Pagewalker has a character set to support Western and Central European languages, and an extended set for monetary symbols which, in combination with tabular numbers, is perfect for financial reports. Each weight includes small caps, ligatures, proportional lining and oldstyle numbers, tabular figures, fractions and scientific superior/inferior figures.

Risotto Script is a sexy font designed by Felipe Calderón, it represents the texture, sound, smell and flavor of food that come in those interesting packages with different concepts. This font makes you want to eat it because it is designed with a unique texture like a lot of vegetables, it has flourishes that suggest herbs and country roots. Calligraphy with folded pen and food packaging were two of the inspirations to develop this project that will work well wherever it is applied. Risotto Script Pro has 672 glyphs that have the purpose of covering a lot of writing options with different results, by applying OpenType programming as: - Standard ligatures - Stylistics alternatives - Contextual alternates - Discretionary ligatures - Swashes - Terminal forms - Stylistic Set 1, 2, 3 and 4 - Initials (it includes leaves in some endings) NOTE: The X height is generous, in order to design signs to 8 and low size. Wink has been created as the result of exhaustive research, trial and development. It is an OpenType set of fonts which appears in a friendly and fun way, with a new twist on what Joluvian has previously created. Full of personality, with a brave and strong creative line, it is intended to reflect authenticity when being used in all types of media and styles. The ornaments offered in this font work as a graphic resource that expand all the possibilities for Wink users.
 
Although Wink is inspired by traditional calligraphic flourishes, its modern twist makes it elegant and simple at the same time. It’s not  completely a brush type but it has been created with the same calligraphy base Joluvian usually works with. Wink also has a caps version with the same style of the script. Both versions could work perfectly, individually or together. As usual, the type has been developed with Ale Paul for Sudtipos, and the collaboration of Macus Romero has been essential to illustrate the style that Wink represents.
