The opening title card for 1940's "Two Girls on Broadway" was the basis for Ticket Booth JNL. A typical Art Deco typeface, its features include a squared letter shape with rounded corners and a thin character weight.

Based on a few examples of an Art Nouveau-inspired wood type, Nouveau Sans JNL has an interesting mix of angles, curves and general letter shapes that are reminiscent of the period preceding the Art Deco streamline movement.

JY Décennie Express was developed as a sans serif workhorse complement to JY Décennie. The basic roman design shares characteristics, and in some cases, characters (e, o, and others) with the serif version, making JY Décennie Express work particularly well with its progenitor. The design is friendly and approachable, as opposed to stark (the effect one usually has with Helvetica and other over-used typefaces). On closer inspection, straight lines blend into curves on the outlines: the characters are in fact complex but appear simple.

As we were driving to “work” in the back of our chauffeur driven Humvee limo, sipping martinis out of the navels of Playboy bunnies and wondering what font we should release next, we decided it was time to reach out to the poor people. Yes, we felt it was time to create a font for the huddled masses yearning to breathe free, for the wretched refuse of our teeming shores. A font, if you will, for the tempest-tossed. It’s a little skinny and might be described as pinched and starved, but it’s guaranteed to see you through this current economic crisis as only the 26 letters of the alphabet can. Based on near-perfect circles, triangles and squares, geometric letterforms look uncomplicated, even though making them readable is anything but – something the designers of the first wave of geometric fonts discovered nearly a century ago. Many of the world’s most recognisable brands in technology, retail, travel, food, manufacturing and other industries continue to be drawn to the straightforward, honest character that geometric fonts convey. Fontsmith set out in 2015 to develop a typeface in the same tradition, but optimised for the demands of modern brands – online and offline usage, readability and accessibility. And, of course, with the all-important Fontsmith x-factor built in. FS Lucas is the bold and deceptively simple result. Handle with care The letterforms of FS Lucas are round and generous, along the lines of Trajan Column lettering stripped of its serifs. But beware their thorns. Hydrargyrum is the Latin form of a Greek word meaning "liquid silver" - mercury. The Hydrargyrum typefaces are designed with characteristics both of a metal and a liquid. The basic shapes of the letters are generally rigid and rectangular (particularly in style C), but the forms are enhanced by fluid curves and gently rounded corners. Hydrargyrum is not recommended for use at small sizes or in lengthy passages of text. It performs best in display-sized settings. Hydrargyrum consists of three styles, each in medium and semibold weights with matching obliques. The A style features solid, standard letterforms including the two-story a and g. Style B substitutes the a, g, M, and N (and related glyphs including numero and trademark symbols) for alternate shapes. The third subfamily takes the rectangular theme to an extreme, eliminating as many slanted strokes as possible from the letterforms. This makes some C-style letters ambiguous with one another, such as the U's and V's. As such, the C style is best used carefully even at larger sizes. The Hydrargyrum fonts are style linked within each style subfamily with, for example, Hydrargyrum A Medium as the regular style, Hydrargyrum A Medium Oblique as the italic, Hydrargyrum A SemiBold as the bold option, etc.

The Core Sans GS Family is a rounded version of Core Sans G and a part of the Core Sans Series such as Core Sans N, M, A, E, D. Core Sans GS is constructed of straight, circular or square shapes. These geometric shapes are inspired by classic geometric sans (Futura, Avenir, Avant Garde etc.). Every stem is a rectangle or a straight line and every letter, lowercase or uppercase, seems to be in perfect geometric form and even weighted. The small x-height makes readability clean and clear. Core Sans G can be used equally well in headings or in body copy. The Core Sans GS Family consists of 9 weights (Thin, Extra Light, Light, Regular, Medium, Bold, Extra Bold, Heavy, Black) with maching Italics. It also includes alternate characters (a,g,t) and a bunch of ligatures. The Core Sans GS provides a wide range of character sets to support (Cyrillic, Central and Eastern European characters) and advanced typographical support with features such as proportional Figures, tabular Figures, numerators, denominators, superscript, scientific Inferiors, subscript, fractions, standard ligatures, discretionary ligatures and stylistic alternates. “Nasser” is a Kufic modern Arabic typeface. It is suitable for books' covers, advertisement light boards, and titles in magazines and newspapers. It is very distinctive when used in black and white printout. It decorates colored pages and makes artworks more attractive. This font comes in three different weights. My father’s name is “Nasser”. Consequently, “Nasser” Typeface was designed for eternizing the memory of my late father. He was the person who taught me how to like arts, literature, and languages. Besides, my first cute child is named also “Nasser.” The main characteristic of “Nasser” Typeface is in its modern non-descender style for some of its Arabic characters such as “Sad”, “Seen”, “Sheen”, “Qaf” and others. The shape of the characters' “dot”, “dots”, and “point” is innovative; a triangle with a semi-circle shape. “Nasser” Typeface is suitable for books' covers, advertisement light boards, and titles in magazines and newspapers. Its characters' modern Kufic styles give the typeface more distinction when it is used also in posters, greeting cards, covers, exhibitions' signboards and external or internal walls of malls or metro’s exits and entrances. It can also be used in titles for Arabic news and advertisements appeared in different Arabic and foreign satellite channels.

It can be tricky to find typefaces that can convey the feeling of personal warmth that comes from a handwritten note, custom brandings, special series of products, especially as we type more and more and write with a pen or pencil less and less. To add some more of that warmth to a font, I’ve made Ronet. A duo font based on the my handwriting. Double eponymous styles of the font —Ronet and Ronet Alternative— each have a unique flavor with its own rhythm and character. It can be used on branding designs, product labels, invitation cards, social purposes which is bloggers, influencers but they were capable of so much more, and I’m happy to share them for general use. The family is made up of 24 different symbol typefaces. Designed by the collaborative effort of Karin and Peter Huschka, both living in Germany, Picture Yourself was a winner in the 2003 International Type Design Contest, sponsored by Linotype GmbH. The symbol library found in Picture Yourself offers an astounding array of high-contrast, simple forms, which may be used happily either separately or together in your layouts. Just as the fonts themselves stem from two designers working in collaboration, the imagery of the collection itself stems from two different influences. In large part, the font family was inspired by work displayed in the Frankfurt-based German Architecture Museum's 2003 Oscar Niemeyer exhibition.
