I began my work on Emona while still struggling with Birka. I took the superellyptic form as the basic shape, and that gives the typeface some of its characteristics. It is strictly vertical. It is easy to classify it in the same section as Bodoni & Company. Emona is what Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, was called in the Roman days. Emona was released in 1992.

Sovereign Display is a decorative all caps headline face in one style with small caps on the lower case positions. Thin horizontal crossrules underpinned by a heavier solid shadow give the typeface a prominent three dimensional appearance and an air of formal distinction. Ornate and iconic, Sovereign Display is perfect for certificates, manuscripts, titling or anything requiring a more sombre, elaborate or engraved slab serif style.

Wittenbach is based on lettering by Rudolf Koch which really embodies the essence of classic gothic-style poster lettering of the 1920s. It brings together the traditional style of gothic lettering and a strong, more modern sensibility characteristic of Koch's work and his era. It is very vertical and stylized, but also extraordinarily attractive without the harshness of many of the designs of that period.

Based on William Caslon’s design (c1720) which was itself based on Dutch Baroque typefaces. The old saying “when in doubt, use Caslon.” can now be updated ... “use RM Almanack instead!” Includes: Western European, Central European, Baltic & Turkish sets Due to the modular nature of this design there may be a slight lack of smoothness to the curves at very large point sizes (around 100 pt and above).

Esencia, a CastleType original, was inspired by a Spanish stock certificate from 1941 with 11 beautiful art deco style letters for the words "PERFUMES y ESENCIAS". Slender, elegant, with a Spanish flare. Uppercase only with numerals and punctuation. Supports all European languages that use the Latin alphabet, as well as modern Greek and most languages that use the Cyrillic alphabet. Includes alternate E, F, and S.

Zhi series is inspired from vertical shop banners/signages from Japan, where each banners is attached to a slim simple structured skeleton. M Zhi Ngai™ takes reference from M Zhi Hei’s straightforwardness and masculinity but inserted plenty of ornaments and gentleness. Featuring a strong thick–thin contrast in the strokes, the typeface looks bright, smart and contemporary, suitable for promotional materials and more other media.

Anarckhie is a decorative slab-serifed typeface with a calligraphic origin. The horizontal elements of the upper-case letters are below their midpoint, and the x-height of the lower-case letters is unusually small. There is some variation in the weights of the horizontal, vertical, and diagonal elements. The small x-height makes this typeface appear smaller than its point size would indicate.

Madita started with the idea of an upright sans script. Unlike other script typefaces, some of the characters look fairly constructed. The endings are either vertical or horizontal. On the other hand there are the swashes of a flowing script woven into the sans stroke that create an interesting tension. Madita is surprisingly legible, even in smaller sizes. The upper case letters even work in all caps.

ITC Braganza is the work of British designer Phill Grimshaw, an elegant typeface steeped in historical inspiration. Reminiscent of the handwritten manuscript styles of the 16th century, the name Braganza refers to Catherine, Duchess of Braganza, who was a prominent figure in Portugal at the time. The vertical script style displays the elegance and refinement which distinguished the Royal Courts of the 16th century.

Merganser is a Typeface intended for text and copy and was inspired to serve the avid community of Birders. Birders and birding material historically have a lot to say. Merganser serves that tendency because its designed legible at small scales. The Natural world also inspires the slightly humanist strokes of Merganser. Merganser was created as part of the Type@Cooper winter certificate in Type Design.

Nationale is inspired by the lettering of early 20th century share certificates and bonds. It includes a complete set of stylistic alternates for all letter forms, and two sizes of numerals. National speaks of the steam age, and the age of traditional design and engineering, when aesthetic concerns mattered just as much as function. Quida is a display family with three styles; Regular, Italic and script. The personality of the design comes from concave vertical shapes, which are consistent through all styles. HGB Info is a display typeface for my Linotype Nautilus Monoline. This came about while working on the corporate design for the municipality of Weissach im Tal. Shorter ascenders and descenders and a broader letter shape result in more compact word images. The ups and downs are cut vertically. This works particularly well in large degrees. This is the area of ​​application on signage and information systems.

A group of unique metal plates with stencil initials cut into them was spotted while browsing through online auctions for source material. What made these items even more interesting was how some of the stencil letters had been sectionally divided - not vertically or horizontally as in most stencils, but lines cut at angles. This is the basis for Steel Stencil JNL and Steel Stencil Oblique JNL.

Anglaise was designed for display and it likes to be big and present, filling the width of a whole spread. The repetition of vertical black and white space holds the typeface together and the contrasting straight and round shapes add the personality... for even more... use the OpenType features, and Anglaise will start merging and building new characters for you to play around with... Filigree, reminiscent of the delicate lace and jewelry produced in Europe in the 16th to 18th centuries, was inspired by the font Always, and by the way in which the threads (or filia) of the characters in Always intertwined. It has a soft, wafty character. It is best used as a display font at a relatively large size. At too small a size the delicacy of the individual filaments will be lost. Best results also from a combination of upper and lower case characters. Using upper case characters alone will not look as good. Alternate characters and ligatures are also included. If your application program supports "kerning" then I suggest that you turn it on. Although not essential, this will enhance the spacing of the letters. The font contains over 272 characters - (upper and lower case characters, punctuation, numerals, symbols and accented characters are present). It also includes a number of "open-type" characters - these enhance the flexibility of the font by providing alternatives that are used either at the discretion of the designer or are determined by the circumstances in which the font is used. It has all the accented characters used in the major European languages.

Mandarin Duck is a very playful typeface where its design was inspired by the rare duck seen in New York once every year. The delicate tail of this duck creates the edges of the characters. It is bold and fun, a perfect typeface for children books and larger texts.

Klee is the work of British designer Timothy Donaldson, who was inspired by the work of the famous modern artist Paul Klee. The capitals can be used alone or with the lowercase letters. Klee is a unique, roman typeface whose fine line structure gives it a delicate, feminine appearance.

Gianmani Fillet is a sans serif type contemporary designed by Gianmani Yuttapum in 2022. Inspired by the simplicity of the geometric, it is sharp and easy to read, suited to branding and corporate identity, wayfinding, editorial, delicate headlines, digital environments, signage, print, advertising, packaging, text application, and logos.

Visage is a contemporary text family designed by Garrett Boge in 1988. Its delicate serifs, subtly tapered stems, and generous proportions offer both distinction and readability to the text at any size. The family consists of five weights - Light, Book, Medium, Bold and Black, with corresponding oblique styles.

Brillig is a loose and informal handwriting font. It comes in four flavors, each of which has a very different feel. Brillig Gimble: more formal in that the characters are interconnected as in cursive script. To further enhance this effect, the characters have been created with a slightly "blobby" pen which provides a suggestion of precision. Brillig Earth: is bold and strong. It is more "down-to-earth" than the other styles, however, the boldness is tempered with quite wispy ends (terminuses) to the characters. It conveys a suggestion of speed and strength. Brillig Aire: is the most delicate and ethereal of the styles. Think of fairies, dandelions and dragonflies and you have an idea of what Brillig Aire conveys. Not only are the characters very light in weight, but they terminate in a wispy, delicate end. In spite of all this, Brillig Aire is very readable and can be used in a variety of contexts. Brillig Brave: is quite like Gimble in its feel with one important difference -- the characters are not connected as in cursive script. Each character stands alone. Brillig Line: is a clean, lightweight style using a mono width line for an informal, handwritten feel. Iturritxu (a small spring or fountain in the Basque language) is the basic style, one letterform per character, using highly readable glyphs suited to text applications. It includes Latin characters for Western European, Central European and Baltic Languages, plus Romanian and Turkish. Iturritxu 2020 is the feature-rich style for OpenType friendly applications. Designed to work especially well with the concave consonants and nesting vowels (KO, RO, TXO, ZO etc.) common in Basque (Euskara), the font also has many ligatures and contextual features for other languages such as English and Welsh. Much of the inspiration for the contextual forms comes from the compound consonants and vowel signs of North Indian scripts. Core Escher is an optical illusion type family which has two sub-families: Core Escher A and B. Core Escher A has impossible shapes inspired by the optical illusion works of artist M.C. Escher. The letterforms in this type family are structurally twisted and complicated but it looks simple because of its simple strokes. And for easy color variations, it split into two fonts, Core Escher A Left and Right. Core Escher B has a different kind of optical illusion. The letters of Core Escher B look like three dimentions by just putting thin lines on bold letters. Also B has two sub-families that have different viewpoints. Core Escher Family supports complete Basic Latin, Cyrillic, Central European, Turkish, Baltic character sets. Each font includes proportional figures, tabular figures, numerators, denominators, superscript, scientific inferiors, subscript, fractions and case features. The Englishman William Caslon (1672–1766) first cut his typeface Caslon in 1725. His major influences were the Dutch designers Christoffel van Dijcks and Dirck Voskens. The Caslon font was long known as the script of kings, although on the other side of the political spectrum, the Americans used it as well for their Declaration of Independence. The characteristics of the earlier Renaissance typefaces are only barely detectable. The serifs are finer and the axis of the curvature is almost or completely vertical. The overall impression which Caslon makes is serious, elegant and linear. Next to Baskerville, Caslon is known as the embodiment of the English Baroque-Antiqua and has gone through numerous new interpretations, meaning that every Caslon is slightly different. American Type Founders presented a Caslon in 1905 which is true to the forms of the original. This font is relatively wide and comes complete with small caps and old style figures.

Cadmium has a comprehensive latin character set and many Opentype features to enhance text, including small capitals, case-sensitive forms, superscript and subscript. Plenty of numeral variants include old-style figures, lining figures and fractions. Default numerals are proportionally spaced. Alternative styles for a handful of key characters provide some useful variations where stylistic sets can be implemented. The fonts are presented as four width-based sub-families: Expanded, Normal, Condensed and Compressed. Each width has a matching range of six weights and italics (obliques). Regular and Bold weights are style-linked, together with their respective oblique forms. Each width differs in its basic construction but all fonts share the same vertical metrics and may be used in combination with each other. Letter spacing is optimised for text sizes but is tolerant of significant tracking changes. Mantika News™, from German designer Jürgen Weltin, was designed to expand the Mantika super family with text and display typefaces for setting newspapers and periodicals. The suite of typefaces is comprised of regular and bold designs, with italic counterparts, for setting continuous text, and light and extra bold versions for setting larger sizes in headlines, sub heads, pull quotes and decks. The typefaces intended for text copy were designed with shared character widths, so that changes can be made in typeface choice without disrupting line endings or column length. The display designs have a slightly smaller x-height and shorter ascenders creating a more elegant demeanor while ensuring compact multi-line display copy. Prored is an avantgarde sans serif typeface that contains 5 weights – Light, Regular, Bold, ExtraBold and Black. It is small and compact font family with own characteristic expression, constructed to be safe choice for all kinds of typographic tasks. This script font was inspired by a lot of manuscripts, notes and drafts, written by the famous french novelist Émile Zola (1840-1902). Specially, letters and notes from the period he was writting "Germinal" one of his very famous novel (published in 1884-1885) depicting the french minor's life in the past middle of eighteens. It is an elegant pen written type, sometimes connected, sometimes disrupted, but always regular and legible, with many variants, ligatures and contextual alternate glyphs specialy numerous in the OTF version. It is used as variously as web-site titles, posters and fliers design or greeting cards, all various sorts of presentations, menus, certificates, letters. This font, in spite of its small size, supports very strong enlargements as well as small sizes ( the original size was about 22 to 30 pts ). When printed, it remain perfectly legible and elegant from 12/14 pts even if using an ordinary inkjet printer.

Monarcha is a serifed type family, with a strong influence of the baroque style, for extended texts. Its roman versions are slightly skewed, in the sense of reading, and its italics have unusual calligraphic features. Moreover, the contrast between thick and thin strokes is relatively smaller than in conventional serif fonts.
