Apnea is a layerable type family consisting of fifty weights. It is an all caps font with a few lowercase alternatives (a, e, i, m, n, t, w, and y) thrown in for a more casual feel. The base letterforms are inspired by a painted sign I found in the garage of an old house I moved into years ago. All the hand-drawn elements were done directly in FontLab to keep them loose and playful without getting distorted or grungy. At its core Apnea consists of eight base weights (Base, Drop Shadow, Halftone, Inline Fill, Outline, Outline 3D, Shading and Shadow) that when combined, can make up the rest of the family. Main Street is a revival of the old font Soutache, the original version of this decorative alphabet was created in 1873 by Julius Herriet, a type designer active during the period marked by the Western expansion. Main Street with its split serifs and ornate scrollwork reflects the romantic splendor of the old west from fancy garb and Cowboy Saddles to Ice Cream Parlors and painted window signage. Main Street goes one step further by creating a base fill font which can be placed behind the regular Main Street font giving this font more of an inline appearance. You will need an application that allows layering of your fonts in order to take advantage of FontMesa Fill fonts.

In Vasetters the letters are cut from the shape of a tessellating vase. To get the tessellating effect, the two sets of letters (and numbers and some symbols) must alternate, and this is done automatically in applications that support the OpenType feature of Contextual Alternatives (calt). Vasetters is monospaced and comes in two weights. The regular weight is tightly spaced, which should not be a problem at large point sizes. At small point sizes adjacent letters can be colored differently or the character spacing can be increased. The lighter weight can be used alone or layered above the regular weight to create the effect of hollow lettering. Vasetters is is fun, bizarre, weird, and obviously a decorative display font.

Karmaline is a six-weight sans serif font family with a unique and expressive design. This font has some intriguing special features such as subtly tapered topheavy vertical strokes and selected wedge-shaped horizontal strokes. It is evocative of designs from Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands in the period spanning 1900 – 1930, but with thoroughly modern features like high legibility at small sizes, even inter-character weight and flow, and a high x-height. Transat is a geometric sans serif typeface, with caps inspired by Art Deco signage — found inside the “Gare Maritime” (literally “sea station”) ocean liner terminals in both Le Havre and Cherbourg, France, in the early 1930s. The name “Transat” is the common shortening of “Compagnie Générale Transatlantique,” the company that operated majestic ocean liners like the SS Normandie out of Le Havre from 1862–1974. Loncherita is a typeface created by Fabio Eduardo Godoy Angel and has 5 files: Fill, Fill Outline, Shadow 1, Shadow 2 and dingbats variables. Its purpose is to serve as a childish fantasy modular typography useful in logo design and merchandising. It is also recommended to compose expressive titles that need the option in which letters can be colored by layers. In that sense Loncherita is a typeface with logic italic vertical logical and its amount of contrast between thick and thin strokes is monoline, its antlers are mullets and rounded ends. It is also important to note that ii has 26 Dingbats designed to be point of attention and illustrate countless children and playful issues.

SlipperyFishes alternates two letter sets to create an undulating line of text that reminds me of a slippery fish. It resembles Undulate, another typeface that uses the OpenType feature of contextual alternatives (calt) to alternate letters, but while the tops and bottoms of letters in Undulate trace parallel paths, the tops and bottoms of letters in SlipperyFishes trace reflecting paths. SlipperyFishes is monospaced with tight letter spacing to accentuate the ripple pattern. The family has four members: regular, outlined, condensed, and condensed outlined. The outline styles that can be used in a layer with their base styles to add color.Slippery fishes is bizarre and weird and can be used in places where those attributes will create attention-grabbing lettering.

The characters of Skagwae have no curves, just straight line segments. The letter shapes themselves are fairly standard, but the choppy line segments used to construct them give the fonts a crude, unfinished look that is highlighted at large point sizes. At small point sizes the fonts are surprisingly legible. The family has nine styles. The regular, bold, italic, bold italic, shadow, and shadow inside styles are proportionally spaced. Shadowinside is very similar to regular but is spaced to be used in a layer with the shadow style. SkagwaeMono-Regular and SkagwaeMono-Bold are monospaced versions of the family. A third monospaced style, SkagwaeMono-Rippled, is a distorted version with squiggly lines full of curves.

Brouwerij means Brewery in Dutch. I just liked the name and it seemed to fit the font quite well. As for me, believe it or not, I’m not a beer drinker! I can’t understand why people go nuts when the word beer is mentioned. Like it is something special (after all, it is the third most consumed beverage after water and tea). Like you are not a man when you don’t drink beer! Brouwerij is a pleasant all caps font that comes with interesting swashes for the upper class letters. You can (obviously) use it to promote your home made brew, but any other drink can use a bit of Brouwerij as well.

Skate is a multifunctional font family of a script in five weights and a bold complementary sans. FinalSix is the typographic adaptation of a lettering. Working on the graphic image for a sports event (the European Waterpolo Final in 2014) we had the idea of creating a character set that reflected the idea of the undulating movement of water in a pool. In practice, we draw characters with rounded tops, bottoms and diagonals and using the word WATERPOLO as a visual reference for a wavy feeling, in a process that we could define as “form follows meaning.” To preserve its personality as much as possible, the most idiosyncratic characters are found in the Default set, while we can find more standardized variations for editorial use in a Stylistic set.

Armavir by Fontazy is an uppercase type-family consisting of three gradually distressed sub-families Armavir 01, Armavir 02 and Armavir 03 (each in Regular and Bold weights) and Shadow (also in Regular and Bold). Armavir is a sans serif font with a slight touch of handmade. Each typeface contains stylistic alternate version of vowels -A, -a, -E and -e, that converting uppercase font in unicase(-ish). The Shadow style is suitable for each of three text styles. Being a duplicate of the text layer, it gives an additional decorative appearance to the text. All fonts in the family has Latin (West, Central and Baltic) and Cyrillic encoding. Armavir is perfect for logo making, print design, advertising, branding etc.

This font family is display stencil sans-serif with different stylistic layers available as open type font. The main characters are geometric and neutral but when we change the contextual alternates open type feature the letterforms activate the cursive stylish set. The word composition is divided by initial, medial and final forms, available for all uppercase and lowercase, the diacritics for Latin encodings (Western and central Europe and Baltic countries) are available. However the contextual alternate features (cursive mode) can only work on Adobe CS Indesign and Illustrator softwares. This typeface also has uppercase swash and stylish alternates. A large group of discretionary ligatures are also available to improve better legibility and readability on specific characters combinations.

This African font is modern and fluid. Its name means "water" in the Zulu language, and like the deep rivers that flow through the African jungles, it contains few straight lines. Use it when you want to convey a feeling of strength combined with flexibility. Use it for headings, posters and adverts when you want to create an impact. This African font includes a full character set: - all the upper and lower case letters, as well as all numerals, punctuation and special characters. Lucky Lady was inspired by the old, classic art and craft of brush script lettering usually applied in ads of the WWII era and 1940s. The name of the font family refers to one of the most emblematic combat units of the US air force in WWII that were decisive in the victory of the allied forces. Lucky Lady can be mainly used in titles and display texts. It supports East Europe languages. It's highly recommend to use the combined shadow styles under the main regular basic style layer. Lucky Lady includes standard and discretionary ligatures, alternative style for uppercase, fractions, numerators and denominators, end and/or terminal forms and other OpenType features.

When I created Face Your Fears some years ago, it was an instant hit. I have seen it on Gangsta Rap albums, metal albums, books and on movie posters. It has been used for T-shirts, websites and, believe it or not, for a beer label as well. I have always toyed with the idea of redoing the original font, as some of the glyphs were a bit off. Face Your Fears II is similar in nature to the original font, but comes with a lot of improvements, has slightly altered glyphs and (probably) better kerning. But maybe, just maybe, it isn't your cup o' tea. In that case, you can always just go for the original!

I was in a bit of a gloomy mood just before I created this font. I had no inspiration whatsoever (which always affects me in a bad way). I was trying to create a font using broken satay skewers, as using those gives the letters a unique look. I broke about 25 skewers and they all broke ‘the wrong way’. Yes, it’s pathetic, I know, but that’s how it is. I decided to go to the gym and do a little workout, hoping my dark mood would pass. When I came back, I broke one more skewer and lo and behold, it broke exactly the right way! I made this font in one go, using that fantastic skewer and lots of Chinese ink. Darkness Rising comes with all the diacritics you’ll need, plus double letter ligatures and some cool underlined alternates.

My pet peeve for many years has been with the 'rn' in small texts, especially with my smart phone. I felt that perhaps others may have the same peeve. I decided to try and fix that with Atlantica. As you can see in poster No. 4. "With the combination of 'rn' in small text it tends to appear as 'm'. Therefore it may be read as 's t e m' instead of 's t e r n'. Altalntica has an alternate 'rn'. By invoking the < Contextual-Alternate > feature. Atlantica will replace each 'rn' - or you may individually change them if you desire". Also note the deep cuts to help legibility for smaller texts. This combination apparently does not appear in many words, but when it does it can suggest a different word as in; eastern, stern, tarnish, Tornado, Turn and in some names as well.
