Joost Schmidt?s (1893?1948) name is undoubtedly connected with monolinear condensed letters of geometric appearance ? his unfinished draft of a stencil alphabet, constructed on grid paper in 1930, is much lesser known. These modular shapes simply consist of half circles, quarter circles and square strokes with half-round terminals. From just six original letterforms (a, b, c, d, e, g), Flavia Zimbardi completed Schmidt?s draft and extended it to a full character set for contemporary use, adding upper case letters and different figure sets including old-style. Joschmi overcomes legibility issues usually associated with this stencil style, with special attention to the design of white space. Zimbardi lends the face even more character by carefully adding round terminals in subtle spots of the alphabet, accessible through stylistic sets.

Legan, created by PeGGO Fonts, is a typeface with a large number of glyphs. The uppercase letters follow the classical Trajan pattern. It is designed with several geometrical proportions such as root five, divine proportion (Golden Ratio), regular square, and others, just like the Greek Trajan letters used on Trajan’s Column. The major innovation is a lowercase that is designed in accordance with the same Trajan rules. My concern for the global community is reflected by the large number of diacritics I have provided, first on the basic alphabet, then on extended latin languages, as well as ones for Cyrillic and Greek. Arnold Therhoernen. (Arnoldus ther Hornen, Drucker des Dictys , Arnold ter Hoernen, Arnold ther Hoernen, Arnoldus TherHornen.) Who was this guy? He was a printer active in the city of Cologne, having graduating from the university there. He learned his craft under Ulrich Zell. He printed books from 1470 to 1482 when the plague carried him off. Was he just another printer of the era? No, he brought out the first edition of the "Fasciculus temporum'' (The most popular work by a living author at that time.) And he was the first to use both a title page and page numbers. His page numbers, an idea probably suggested to him by Werner Rolevinck, were interesting in that they were centered half way down the page on the outer margin and were set in Roman Numerals.

Reliable was drawn with a somewhat dry brush, and then carefully made into a font. Reliable differs from other brush fonts, because it has got 8 different versions of each letter!!! 8 different letters that cycle while you type! So, without further ado, let me introduce the straight man to Revla Sans's buffoon - Revla Sans Text. It represents a complete overhaul of Revla Sans. The bounciness has been removed and details reined in, all for the purpose of optimizing the fonts for use in longer runs of text. 'Text' is perhaps a strong word here; you're not going to be setting novels in this typeface. It still retains the charm of the original, and could well be used in display settings. Think of it like this - Revla Sans would be a great choice for the logo and branding of a board game, no? All capital letters, excluding I, F, T and P, link to any following small letter: the sequence of the previous letter stroke always follows the angle of the initial stroke of the subsequent letter. Wisdom Teeth is the fifth typeface released by DM Founts. It's a modern and personal take on the original Baby Teeth font by Milton Glaser, and inspired by the lettering used for the Pac-Man series of games (and its clones). This typeface was around 25 years in the making, and was made in response to the large number of hideously bad clones of Baby Teeth circulating around the Internet. Version 1.0 Included in Version 1.0 are a number of accent characters, and alternate characters for A and Y, along with the usual ASCII characters. For the time being this is an all caps typeface. Creating the condensed version for the Brandon Text was the missing project to complete the Brandon series. Brandon Text was created as a companion to Brandon Grotesque. When we started to designed Brandon Grotesque Condensed we felt that there should also a condensed counterpart for small sizes; so we made Brandon Text Condensed. While a condensed typeface is not just a squeezed original, we took the Grotesque Condensed as a starting point for the Text Condensed version simultaneously we also kept an eye on Brandon Text to find the perfect missing variables.

Lemonado is a type family drawn with a dry brush pen. It includes upright and italic scripts and all caps fonts with brush texture or with smooth edges. Lemonado Script is playful and slightly bouncing connecting script. It includes two sets of lower cases to increase the hand writing effect. By enabling Contextual Alternates from OpenType panel you can cycle these two sets and achieve variation. Lemonado Script also includes set of lowercases without connecting stroke, you can use those in the middle of words or automatically add them at the end of words by enabling Stylistic Set 1 at the OpenType panel. There are also set of lower cases with end swashes, you can automatically add these swashes to end of words by enabling Stylistic Set 2 at the OpenType panel. All complicated shapes are cleaned and simplified with a bit elegance. Schuss™ Slab Pro is a slab serif, based on the Schuss™ Sans. Schuss™ News Pro is the modeled style between Schuss™ Slab Pro and Schuss™ Serif Pro. Schuss™ Serif Pro is the antiqua shape. Additionally all serifs are cleaned up. There is just one-side-serif in the "n" for example. Tab figures (except small caps), mathematical signs and currency symbols have a width system accross all styles and weights.

Based on the popular Microbrew Family (Rising Star, May 2014), Signyard is a display family trapped in time. Here's a posh serif typeface and its matching italic. Glowing with elegance, Cosmetiqa can go head to head with classic evergreens like Bodoni, Didot, or Century. And just like those go-to favorites, Cosmetiqa really shines at the huge, layout-dominating sizes which have been a staple of top-shelf fashion branding and magazine design since at least the mid-1980s. Nobody Home JNL is unusual in nature as it combines two vintage typestyles into one font. Both have been used for home and property identification for decades and still remain popular. Over the years the letters and numbers have been made of cast steel, aluminum, brass and plastic. The alphabet is in a distinctly bold, asymmetrical style, while the numbers almost take on a calligraphic feel. There is just a basic character set - alphabet, numerals and simple punctuation.
