 Customer ordered this design off the web and has no idea what font. Thanks for looking.

I have a document that was originally a Word document, converted to PDF. Opens fine in Acrobat Reader but when I open it in AI, it says I don't have the Calibri font which I do. Font opens as a bunch of question marks where letters should be. Any suggestions?

These have me stumped. Any help much appreciated.
Someone correctly identified it as Slimbach black italic but thanks for trying. The "m" does not match Georgia.
If anyone has Slimbach std. bold italic, could you print out Pom Rescue.com and email it to me in adobe Illustrator?
