This "Tiffany" may easier be re-drawn than found...

No, they are not in .ttf format.
The given formats are used by embroidery machine softwares, and not applicable for Windows... - re: baseball lettering fonts

? I would purchase the typical fonts for baseball/football lettering as: PRO BLOCK, VARSITY, PIRATES, TIFFANY etc.
