right now the actual query is not very smart. If you type in 'world famous fonts' it will look for the exact phrase.
thanks for the site, it's got tonns of illegal fonts but hey, im not the one who will get sued :D

Oh, I meant that maybe the «mischievous people» mentioned above did design that ligature, modified then the Alita files, and sold them as special-made.

I think Harting shifted the baseline of some characters some more, and this was yet another font for which the original .TIFF of the scans were out there on some BBS-es at the time, making it extra easy to re-do them if you were smart enough..

Smart choice. The Parachute guys are selling this gorgeous typeface for mere 79 EUR. Includes Latin, Greek even Cyrillic, as well as gazilion symbols...neat :)
