do you get the error when you copy it to the fonts folder? or when you try to open the ttf font file with Photoshop?
In the second case, you'll definitely get an error, no matter what you try!
In first case, if you get the error, then maybe it means that TTF fonts are not supported by Mac. But I am not sure about this, I don't have a Mac! :(
Another thing could be that the font file is corrupted, but I am pretty much sure that this isn't the case.
In one of these posts, you've said why you should create any text in Photoshop! So where does Photoshop come into the picture?
So, where do you get the error? If you copy it to the fonts folder, you may not get any message even if the font has been successfully installed, atleast not in Windows.

The dates are in 04b. The rest of the text might just be either Photoshop Small or Photoshop Large.

Hello,
I'm new to the forum and am using photoshop with some templates I've acquired from a client. They want to use the fonts in the template however when I use photoshop to edit them it substitutes them with others that look nothing like it. The specific fonts its asking for are as follows:
font184
114
139
348
278
If anyone can help me get these and tell me how to load them up i'd be forever apprecaitive and also I have a server that I could give you access to with other goodies if you are so inclined. Hell at this point i'm so frustrated I'd even pay for a little help.
Thanks

I made these buttons in Photoshop.
Had to reinstall Photoshop, and then for some reason the font had disappeared and I can't remember the name.
Anyone able to help me out please?

Yeah, I did the background. I followed the tutorial at Spoono to do it. I'm actually planning to make a new signature where I can use more of my skills, and I'd like to add some color.

Short answer: no. Long answer: this is made in a graphics editing program - Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. You will also need some sort of floral clipart for the swirls. But you must have at least basic graphic editing skills.

It was called Samba, I'm 99.8% sure. Photoshop says a font is missing, and asks whether I want to replace the font with something else in order to keep it vectorized.
I didn't download it off a font-site like this, but from the portfolio of some designer who offered some fonts for free. Whether they were his or not, I dont know. But I can't remember where I found the URL :(
