Banished was inspired by posters for the 1968 Cult Cinema Classic, “Astro Zombies”, but it exudes the rough and tumble, chewed up and spit out Old West era. Banished dives head first into all of the nostalgic clichés of the old west, as well as the cult classic that inspired it. Here's what's included with Banished: 388 glyphs - including Capitals, Lowercase (Alt. Capitals), Numerals, Alt. Numerals, Punctuation and an extensive character set that covers multilingual support of latin based languages. Stylistic Alternates feature that swaps all default Numerals with their Alternates Numerals Font is provided in TTF & OTF formats. Obliterate is a self destructing sans-serif typeface created from old rub off typography sheets brought back from the brink of becoming landfill fodder. Shueitai is a typeface that has been undergoing development for more than a century, starting from the days when Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP) was still known as Shueisha. As Japan underwent rapid modernization during the early years of the Meiji era, Shueisha, believing that printing was a business befitting a modern civilized society, began operations with a focus on letterpress. Before long the company expanded into developing its own typefaces. In 1912 it completed a full range of Mincho type, in sizes from Sho-go (#0 size, 42pt) through Hachi-go (#8, 4pt), which it called "Shueitai" a new style that came to form one of the two mainstreams of Japanese typefaces and continues to have a significant influence on font design even today. The Shueitai typeface is distinguished by abundant variations matching the size of type and the changing demands of the times. Whether it is the spirited and powerful Sho-go, the delicate and flowing San-go (#3, 16pt), or the bright and solidly reassuring Shuei-Mincho L, all Shueitai typefaces share a vibrant brushwork that adds an expression of eloquence and a burst of brilliance to every printed word. Currently, Shueitai is composed of 17 kinds of fonts useful for various purposes. The world has witnessed vast changes in the environment surrounding the printed world, with the tran-sition first from letterpress to Desktop Publishing, and most recently to e-books. But no matter how this environment might evolve, the written word remains the basis of communication, and the importance of beautiful and readable typefaces stays unchanged. In preparation for the changes that will inevitably come during the future, DNP will continue to evolve the Shueitai designs from now on. This clean looking (all caps) font has characters made of gaps, which form the stencil divisions, spaced evenly along the strokes. The letterforms have a well-proportioned constructional appearance. The characters look like they have been built from interlocking bricks, the stencil gaps give them both rhythm and texture. The sans serif typeface also has a sense of movement because of the way the stencil gaps follow the horizontal, vertical or curved direction of the stroke.

Chimphand is an organic, natural and contemporary handwritten typeface with their tall x-height. Weights of light, regular and bold for both normal width and condensed allow you to play with the typeface more. In addition, you will have an access to their style sets ( Gap ) to add stencil-ish character to every weights. This gap style is much more subtle than normal stencils, but unique and nicely fit to the typeface. Gaps are more visible on larger fonts and bolder weights. Chimphand is good for any purpose, but works more on shorter text. Thanks and enjoy!

A juicy, mighty-morphing, modular font extracted from the crevices and convolutions of the brain, with nifty coding to cram every gap with tails and curlicues.

This is a well-built, functional (all caps) typeface, which is very modern in character. The use of diagonal corners in this angular typeface is inspired by the pennant numbers on British Royal Navy warships, which adds an military quality to this typeface. The gaps, which form the Stencil divisions, follow pre-established horizontal and vertical lines, they help to achieve both geometric and proportional harmony. The direction of the gaps is always at a right angle to the stroke.

The DUALIS, aka the serif-detesting Garamond, combines specifics of 2 typeclasses: Sans Serif & Antiqua. When the Garamond is too old fashioned and the Optima is worn out, the Dualis will fit the gap.

Latok is a fat geometric display family with an original vibrant feel for poster and editorial usage. You can choose Latok Small with wider gaps or Latok Large according to the size of the text.

Arroyo is based on water flow. Little creeks on the surface of the earth formed by the action of fast-flowing water, this phenomenon inspired me to create this font. The little gaps/creeks form the letters of the font.

ATC Abernathy, is a soft serif typeface based on retro package design. With a modern influence, it bridges the gap between old and new. Contains 330+ glyphs, full alphabet, ligatures, numerals, accents and punctuation. ATC Abernathy was released in 2018.

Mercado is a versatile stencil font family with 3 styles and 3 weights of each style. I was inspired by local boutique supermarkets to create a stencil font family with both upper and lowercase as well as a large international characterset. Mercado Regular can be used at small point sizes without the stencil gaps filling in. It also makes a bold statement when used large. Mercado Display with it's precision slices is best used large, or in any design solution where the tight gaps will not become filled in. Mercado Sans is a quirky and strong sans serif based on the bones of the stencil version.

ITC Usherwood font was designed by Leslie Usherwood, an informal and personable font which bridges the gap between modernity and tradition. There are hints of Bauer, Goudy and Augustea in this font, but ITC Usherwood remains both classic and contemporary, beautiful in form and functional in design.

Shabon Dama is a cheerful fun Arabic typeface, it bridges the gap between formal and fun, thus keeping it readable. It fits well with video games rated for everyone, kids comics and books, and cheerful marketing. Featuring three weights: Light, Regular, and Bold. ARABIC CHARACTERS ONLY.

Quarterpound is loosely inspired by fonts used in Remmington typewriters. It has proportional design to create a more unique feel and improve its readability. It was created to fill a gap between edgy monospaced fonts and grungy typewriter imitations. It's meant to look credible in print and digital screens.

Ekberg is based on a sample of poster lettering by Samuel Welo. It's got a spare but stylish and rather modern look. It's a bit of a change from our usual fare, but a gap we need to fill. Ekberg features more than one version of a lot of the characters.

The result of a study into the Paris Metro system; Metro Sans is a Grotesk typeface with personality. It bridges the gap between the stern terminals of a Swiss Neo-Grotesk, and the smooth curves of a modern day Geo-Grotesk. The two combine to give a versatile typeface that works well in both body and display weights.
