Daddy The Comicaze is fun handwriting font, it was inspired by our love of cartoons and comic books, but as always, we wanted to add a little bit of humor to it. So we played around with the kerning and spacing until we came up with something that was both fun-looking and easy to read. What else is special about Daddy The Comicaze? Well, for one thing, it includes a lot of different characters! There are tons of punctuation marks and accented letters you won't find in normal fonts. The typeface which inspired this offering was originally called "Chaucer", not because it is typical of lettering of Chaucer’s time (which it is not) but, more likely, because it’s pretty funny, even if the humor is low. Another purveyor of low humor, Mack Sennett and his Keystone Kops, suggested this version’s name. Both versions of this font include the complete Unicode Latin 1252 and Central European 1250 character sets.

My son’s name is Ata Caner Yüksel. After building this character, I wanted to honor him by using his name for this font. I think it fully reflects the character I created in my mind.
